I love animals so much that I completed a PhD studying animal behavior, including spending more than a decade conducting fieldwork in Uganda, DRC, and Indonesia. Having spent my whole life watching and caring for animals, domestic and wild, I am just as comfortable napping on the ground with your laid-back pal or going for a 15-mile hike with your energetic buddy. I have experience caring for all sorts of animals, including puppies still undergoing house training; senior dogs that need special attention due to loss of sight, hearing, and/or mobility; wobbly cats; reptiles of various sorts; and more! Whatever your critter needs are, I have most likely dealt with it before. I have also taken thousands of portraits of animals and would be more than happy to add yours to the collection!

With independent transportation, I can come to (or pick up) your critter, wherever you are located. Whether your critter needs indoor relaxation or outdoor exercise, I can make sure they get what they need.

Kevin was a great house sitter and dog sitter! He was dependable, quick to respond to messages, and very professional. He watched our dog on short notice over a holiday weekend, which we really appreciated. We will definitely try to book him again when we go on another vacation!
My pets are my family and I'm super particular when it comes to them. I have a 9 month Mali puppy and so it's really important who comes around her at this age. As such, leaving them is hard for me because that's always on my mind. Long story short - If Kevin had more availability, I would be doing a lot more traveling lol. Punctual, knowledgable, kind, clean, thorough and goes above and beyond. We are so lucky we found him!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Kevin! He took fantastic care of our two very different family members—our quiet cat and our high-energy Dutch Shepherd puppy. From the start, Kevin was incredibly communicative, providing regular updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind. He was clearly very thorough, making sure all instructions were followed perfectly and giving the puppy plenty of exercise and training reinforcement. Most importantly, he was deeply caring; both animals clearly bonded with him quickly and were happy and relaxed when we returned. We wholeheartedly recommend Kevin to anyone needing reliable and attentive pet care, and we would welcome him back anytime!
Kevin was reliable and responsible during a last minute cat sitting request. We came home to a happy kitty!
In our house we call Kevin the animal whisperer. He has been our go to dog trainer, dog walker, and dog/house sitter for 6 years. We have 2 large and very active dogs: a female golden doodle and a male golden retriever. Kevin created an instant bond with them and remains one of their favorite humans. Kevin’s background in animal science and his calm demeanor make him a perfect fit for Rover. Over the years he has done so much for our dogs. He helped with reinforcing basic commands and crate training in the early days. He has taken them on regular walks and the occasional special hikes to vary terrain and sniffy experiences. (Our doodle is very keen on seeking out new scents.) Kevin is trustworthy, reliable, and we are so grateful we have Kevin to provide extra love and activities for our furry kids. Whether for regular outings or the occasional need, Kevin is absolutely the best!
