My dog and I enjoy a good nature walk/hike during the day while the kids are at school and then sometimes a big adventure on the weekends. Our cats and guinea pigs couldn't be more loved and cared for. They all thrive and enjoy each others company as well as my kiddos.

A typical day
I love taking our dog on nature walks. He is high energy so a good one gets him to relax. He anlso enjoys the tranquility of it as well. Taking your fur baby on the same type of walk, to the local dog parks, or around your neighborhood is fantastic too. Gets that energy out as well as "checking their mail". Thats what we call it in our home. LOL

I have always been in a home with pets. Currently have our dog (6yr) Phx, 2 cats (one still a kitten), as well as 2 guinea pigs. Our Kitten is trained almost as well as our Dog.
