“Where to even start with this incredible human. Dolo was so thorough and engaged with Nigel during her stay. She went above and beyond making sure he had plenty of exercise, and that he was also stimulating his brain. She knows just the right amount of communication dog owners want, providing a mixture of pictures and videos. Nigel was SO well looked after. Dolo left my flat absolutely immaculate. It was cleaner than when I left, and she washed the towels and sheets and remade the bed (which was so unexpected). I came home from a trip and had to do nothing. Mark sent me regular videos & pictures an updated me about what Billy had been like & where he had taken Billy pictures showed me Billy was having the time of his life with Mark. I can’t thank Charlotte enough for looking after our cat Albie! From the start she was kind, reliable and clearly cared deeply about making sure our cat felt comfortable and happy while we were away. Lin looked after my cats (and house and garden) brilliantly while I was away. Everything looking happy and well cared for when I arrived home and I was really reassured by the daily photos and updates. Lin also managed our other particular household quirks - what happens when the cleaner comes, managing the recycling and rubbish etc really well. We loved having Magda watch our puppy Noa! It was the first time we left her and we felt very very comfortable leaving her with Magda.
