Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel relaxed and comfortable. I make sure to follow all instructions provided, eg. feeding schedules, walk routines, medications (if needed). I can also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and reassured while you’re away.

Ruo Xuan was absolutely fantastic looking after my kitten, Chloe, for a week in September. This was the first time I'd needed a cat sitter to stay in my home for a full week, so I was understandably a little nervous about it. From the beginning, Ruo Xuan put me completely at ease. She came to meet Chloe twice beforehand, which really helped Chloe feel comfortable with her. During the stay, she followed all the care instructions perfectly and went above and beyond. I got daily updates and photos, which was lovely. When I came back, Chloe was happy, content, and clearly very well cared for. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend Ruo Xuan to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to look after their pet.

We’re so happy that Ruo Xuan was the one looking after our cat Frodo for the whole week. She visited him twice a day, and our little boy was well fed, looked after, entertained, and given plenty of attention, care and affection. After every visit, Ruo Xuan sent us photos and videos with updates on how Frodo was doing, so we always felt reassured that he was happy and everything was okay. Ruo Xuan is such a lovely person and very easy to communicate with. We’re incredibly grateful for the wonderful care she gave our little Frodo. Thank you so much! ❤️
Ruo Xuan took care of my very shy kitty for three days and I could not have asked for a better sitter! Not only she completed all the detailed tasks perfectly and efficiently, she really made efforts to lure out my shy and hiding kitty with love and compassion. My cat has NEVER opened up to anyone but family but he actually opened up to her in only two days! Even let her pet him. By day 3 he was completely relaxed and I could tell by the photos Ruo Xuan sent me, he completely opened up to her. I cannot be more grateful and finally I feel like I can go on more trips. Thank you!!!!
Ruo was great with Hachi, very accomodating around our schedule and made sure he was comfortable on his walks! Would definitely call on her again
Ruo Xuan is an amazing puppy sitter. She took great care of Berry, and managed her naughty-ness (puppy biting, separation anxiety) very well. She met all of Berrys needs, followed feeding/walk/play schedules. I will 100% recommend and will use her again.

Schedule
I am able to work remotely most days, so I have a flexible weekday schedule that allows me to spend quality time playing with and caring for your fur babies. I’m also available on weekends to make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and care while you’re away.
