It felt like cat sitting and professional photography packaged into one! One of our cats has diabetes and requires insulin injections twice daily. Stefanos handled this flawlessly. When the kitty vomited his meal due to hairballs, Stefanos kept an eye on him and gave him a bit more food to prevent hypoglycaemia (which is exactly the right approach) after confirming with me. This speaks volumes about his professionalism and experience. Stefanos is also excellent at earning a cat’s trust. Our other cat is quite skittish, yet he managed to get him out of hiding within minutes of arrival. Just a couple of days later, the kitty started to happily cuddle with him everyday! He clearly spent a lot of quality time with both cats, keeping them stimulated with play and petting. We can see that he genuinely cares for them and formed a real bond. Communication before, during, and after the stay was timely, clear, and respectful. He also left the flat clean and well cared for, which was the cherry on top of an already outstanding service. I wish there were ten stars instead of five to rate Aleksandra (Ola). She was absolutely brilliant. From our first meeting, when she came to meet our furry boys and see the house, we felt completely comfortable with her. She arrived early on the day we left and settled straight in, allowing us to enjoy our holiday knowing everything was taken care of. Every day, she sent lovely anecdotes, photos and updates about the boys. To say we felt reassured would be an understatement. We returned today to an impeccable house and happy, contented cats. I really can’t recommend Ola highly enough. She is an absolute gem, and we feel so lucky to have found her.

Ronnie is a brilliant dog sitter, I highly recommend booking with her to look after your pet. I am so happy to have found her! Ronnie looked after my 10 year old staffy for 4 days in our home. We were lucky enough to have Zoe and Ross to sit for 11days to look after our crazy but kind rescue boy, Loki. He came with a bit of a rider as can be an anxious lad sometimes and needed someone who was happy to work with his likes and dislikes, as well as well as carry on the consistent messaging he knows. Zoe asked all the right questions about Loki’s needs and we couldn’t have asked for a better match - lovely, kind people. Zoe took time to read our messages prior to our meet and greet and stayed in touch until our booking. Zoe immediately put our dog at ease and was happy to follow his routine. Zoe shared lovely photos of their stay with our dog and the adventures they got up to, exploring a range of sites in our area. It was lovely to see pictures and have messages of how Loki was getting on, including looking very chilled and having a good play in the garden. The house was spotless on our return and Loki was clearly very happy and relaxed with Zoe and Ross. I would highly recommend them both for conscientious, experienced and attentive dog sitters. It was lovely to have a couple who have life experience too and took initiative, such as a minor power cut in the home and having their bedding in the wash on our return. Would absolutely use again for our Loki.
