Her communication is outstanding, we had frequent updates and lots of pictures which is amazing! Trasto's welfare and happiness was the most important for her. Trasto is a 14 year old cat and he really enjoyed being with Marina. We were delighted to see videos about Trasto. We were able to relax on Christmas holiday with our family, knowing our much loved pet (and home!) were being so well cared for. The house was spotless. About: Hi! I’m Stela and my fiancé Tim and I are huge dog lovers. 🐾 We both grew up surrounded by animals and spent years living on a farm with two beautiful Labradors, so caring for dogs has always been part of our lives. Since moving to London, we really miss having dogs around and love any opportunity to spend time with them. Tim works from home full-time, so your dog will always have company and supervision throughout the day. I also work from home two days a week. We are both first aid trained and experienced with dogs of all sizes, and we always make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable and loved. We live in our own spacious two-bedroom flat in Woolwich, very close to the riverside which is perfect for long walks. Our building also has communal green areas and we have a large secure balcony for fresh air and relaxation. A typical day usually starts with a lovely morning walk along the riverside, followed by breakfast and some relaxing time at home. During the day there are plenty of cuddles, playtime and attention, and Tim often takes another walk during his lunch break. In the evening we go for another walk and wind down at home, making sure your dog feels part of the family. We are always happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, and we’re very happy to arrange a meet and greet beforehand. Tim works from home every day, so there is always someone around to give dogs attention and company. He loves morning and lunchtime walks. Our flat is clean and secure, with lots of space to rest and play. Dogs are supervised at all times, including on the balcony. We follow the owner’s instructions and make sure dogs feel at home. We are both first aid trained and experienced with small and large dogs.

About: I’m a true animal lover through and through. Today I share my home with three adorable mini schnauzers, who keep life fun and active. One of them and I have competed in agility and earned our Canine Good Citizen certification together, so I’m comfortable with basic obedience, focus work, and keeping energetic pups mentally and physically stimulated. I’ve also completed a Canine First Aid course and previously worked at a busy kennel and cattery. In my home (boarding or daycare): My house is fully pet-proofed and set up with a secure, fenced garden for safe playtime. I keep a consistent daily routine that includes regular feeding, potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of one-on-one attention. My three mini schnauzers are friendly and well-socialized, so new dogs usually settle in quickly. I monitor all pets closely, especially during the first few hours, and separate animals if needed for comfort or safety. Because I’ve completed Canine First Aid training and worked in a kennel, I’m confident handling everything from minor scrapes to emergencies. In both cases, I focus on building trust quickly by being gentle, patient, and attentive. Every pet is treated like part of the family — never left unsupervised in potentially unsafe situations. Your peace of mind is just as important as your pet’s happiness.
