About: Hi, I’m Martyn — lifelong animal fan, late-bloomer cat dad. Growing up, I couldn’t have pets because of family allergies, but I’m trying to making up for lost time. Since moving to London and finally having my own place with my partner we have been fostering cats through Feline Friends. For the last year and more we have looked after a range of cats — from confident older cats to shy kittens finding their feet. Some standouts: Hector (a proper gentleman), Mouse (not small at all in reality), Archie (big drama queen), and our current duo, Hansel and Gretel — two black kittens who are confidently developing their cuddling skills. Outside of cats, I’m a graphic designer from wales. I have a beautiful 9 year old daughter and currently working for a college in east London so have a current and clean DBS. I’d like to say that I’m reliable, easygoing, and patent so hopefully the perfect cat sitter! I’m not expecting cats to trust me instantly and more than happy to wait for them to come to me when they’re ready (but no promises that I won’t bribe them with treats). I’m hoping that cat sitting can be a way for me to meet more cats (and lovely humans), while helping out a bit with the cost of, well… life. About: I have spent my entire life surrounded by dogs of all ages and breeds. I grew up from the age of 3 with a black labrador who I looked after for 13 years. I have also been around many rescue dogs such as 7 ex racer greyhounds of varying temperaments and ages. I have aided in the training of puppies including the basic training of a shin tzu and the crate training and basic training of a jack russell cross. At the age of 17, I completed work experience as a dog grooming assistant, teaching me about the varying coats of breeds as well as more on behaviour of breeds and noticing conditions such as fleas, worms, tics and matting. Since coming to university I have volunteered as a dog walker and pet sitter for dogs in my area and am well accustomed to meeting all types of dogs (rescues, seniors, youths, nervous, energetic, etc). I am currently a university student so will have plenty of time to look after and spend time with your pup! I am available at weekends for boarding and every weekday evening. I am also available during the day all day over summer break! I have a secure house with a garden so no need to worry if your dog is an escape artist! When leaving the house for walks, dogs will remain secured on lead to keep them safe (unless owners specify their dog has mastered recall and are confident with others taking their dogs off leash for walks).

About: I myself have grown up my whole life with both a cat and a large dog, which i love very deeply. Im used to taking care of them everyday and also when my family wants to go on holiday, i stay to keep them happy ❤️ I also take care of my friends’ pets when they go abroad and have gotten the chance to explore many cities in their homes whilst having the privilege of caring for their furry friends! I am a university student, so my schedule is never full! I have certain days off and weekends completely free, so id love to take care of your pets and bond with them! I will always take time to learn about the pets and their behaviour along with what they are and aren’t allowed. If theres a structure i need to follow in terms of walks or feeding times, i’ll never miss a second. 🫡 I will also find out if the cats are indoor or outdoor, ensuring pet safety.

About: I’ve had 2 dogs with my family for more than 10 years and have taken care of them both. I can follow instructions easily and have experience in giving prescribed medications to dogs due to one of ours taking medication for most of his doggy life. I currently work 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home and off on weekends. I can care for your pet on the days I’m off and working from home easily. I’m comfortable with whatever the owner need and want for their pets as long as instructions are communicated. I own a car and can travel to places if needed.

About: I'm an active, outdoorsy person who genuinely loves being around dogs. I take your dog's exercise seriously: proper walks, real time outside, and plenty of stimulation. My hands-on experience comes from regularly walking and caring for two very different dogs — a Staffordshire Bulldog and a French Bulldog. I’m currently working from home with good flexibility. I can work around the schedule for helping out. Weekends should be free in the day too. My flat is a cosy, well-kept one-bedroom on an upper floor — no balcony or outdoor space, but we’re just a 5-minute walk from a park, so dogs get outside plenty. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the flat, which is worth knowing for smaller or older dogs.

In recent years I have assisted a family member who’s looks after dogs on a day care and boarding basis, in doing so I have gained experience of looking after all types of dogs I attend night college 1/2 a week at present and therefore I’m available most days and weekends to look after a dog of any kind I have my very own large apartment and am able to accommodate a dog easily and I’m surrounded by open spaces to walk the dog insuring any exercise and toilet needs are met.
