Her care really made me feel completely comfortable being away and I would have her come watch Monty again in a heartbeat!”

“If you need someone to look after your pets, Olivia is fantastic! She looked after Gus while we were away for my sisters wedding. She was super organised and had great communication before the trip. She ensured to understand Gus’ needs and how to look after him. Gus was immediately settled and happy. Olivia sent us lovely check in messages while we were away which made the weekend so much more relaxing as we had peace of mind he was well looked after. On top of all this Olivia left the house spotless and with a very happy Gus. Going away will be much less stressful in the future now we know Gus has someone so great to look after him.”

She was really great at keeping in touch with us while we were away and sent lovely pictures so that we knew our cats were happy and being well looked after. She took time to understand them all at the meet and greet and then when she was staying with them in our home. They clearly really loved her and she sent us regular picture updates - she even got a cuddle from our most nervous cat so she clearly did an amazing job! We were a bit nervous leaving her for the first time as she has some separation anxiety but Danielle was very reassuring and the puppy loved her and was very relaxed when we got back. Danielle also sent a pic of them having fun while we were out. We’ll definitely be messaging Danielle next time we need a sitter!”

“Tamsin is such a wonderful, kind and reliable human being. She has two adopted cats of her own and she is the best cat mum that I have ever known. If ever there is any concern about either one of the cats, she takes them straight to the vet without hesitation and has sorted out some of their issues that were disregarded by the cats previous owners. Now the cats are living their best lives. She gives them all the love and attention that they deserve. But also very cautious about keeping them fit and healthy. That means giving them lots of play time, feeding the best wholesome food at set times and not over feeding them. She has been doing harness training recently with one of the cats that has learned to sit and allow Tamsin to touch the top of her neck. There's lots of progress in such a short time. She has looked after many a dog before the cats came along. She looks after her friends sausage dog Tango very regularly. Her friend knows that she can rely on Tamsin to look after him and Tango knows her very well now and will run to her in excitement when their are back together again. I would also trust Tamsin with any of my own animals and for most other things, on that matter!”
