About: I grew up with cats and dogs, so when I could, I got my dog Basil and then rescued my cat, Dillon. After a few years and after looking friends’ dogs and cats, I’m confident to be able to look after more. I can look after dogs overnight as long as they get on with my cat and dog but I can’t stay at your home. Always happy to answer any questions! I work from home twice a week and am home most weekends. I already have my own dog daycare requirements, therefore would love to extend the offer to other pups too! About: This is Lorena and Flavius! We are a millennial couple that work from home most days and are parents to a sweet, friendly Cockapoo. I’m a lifelong pet owner who grew up with a medium-sized Yorkie and a cat. Our Yorkie had a daughter that lived with my relatives and I also regularly cared for her. When I moved to London I didn’t want to have a pet of my own as I was still a student, so instead I started looking after friends’ pets whenever they went on holiday. Our flat is located right next to a dog park and we live close to a few big green areas in Walthamstow, so we’ll ensure your pet has plenty of walks and outdoor playtime. We are also a pet loving household, so we enjoy snuggling in bed and giving lots of cuddles throughout the day. Because we have a dog of our own, there will always be someone at home to look after your pup. About: I’m based in Walthamstow, living with my boyfriend in a lovely flat with outdoor space. We miss having pets at home - when we lived in Oxford we looked after family and friends pets all the time, and then had a good stint on borrowmydoggy in London. I adopted my first cat, Poppet, five years ago and before then I’ve been fostering multiple cats. Julie is my second cat. Poppet has sadly passed recently but she had kidney disease and both eye and ear problems, which means I am comfortable with giving any meds or eye/ear drops. As stated before, I’ve worked in clinics which gives me a great advantage at handling any cat in a professional and correct way. I’m very passionate about all animals (poppet and Julie was/is the love of my life) and as I’m not from here, I’ve myself used cat sitter before when I’ve gone home to visit, so I know how important this is, and also what I’d want if I was the one hiring a cat sitter. My first pet Nelo the cat came into my life when I was nine and taught me responsibility, care, and that love is shown through actions something I carry into every pet I look after. In a pet owner’s home, I follow their routine as closely as possible to ensure their pet feels comfortable and secure. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, administering medication if needed, and providing plenty of affection and attention. I also keep the home tidy and respect any specific instructions given. If caring for a pet in my own home, they will always be in my company, ensuring they feel safe and never alone. I have a secure garden, allowing for frequent toilet breaks and outdoor play whenever needed.
