About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have always loved them. My family dog was a Springer Spaniel called Pip, who we had from a puppy until he was 16. I helped look after him when he got very old, so I know how important it is to give dogs lots of care, patience and attention. We’ve also had German Pointers as a family, and I regularly look after my friends’ Cocker Spaniel and Cavapoo. I’m very friendly, caring and love spending time with dogs. I understand that looking after someone’s pet is a big responsibility and that you need to be able to trust the person looking after them. I take their safety and happiness seriously and would treat your dog as if they were my own. I’ll make sure to keep you updated while your dog is with me so you can feel reassured. About: This is Lorena and Flavius! We are a millennial couple that work from home most days and are parents to a sweet, friendly Cockapoo. I’m a lifelong pet owner who grew up with a medium-sized Yorkie and a cat. Our Yorkie had a daughter that lived with my relatives and I also regularly cared for her. When I moved to London I didn’t want to have a pet of my own as I was still a student, so instead I started looking after friends’ pets whenever they went on holiday. After a few years my partner and I have finally brought a dog home, although we still enjoy caring for other furry friends! Our pet, Amber, is an extremely friendly dog who has been socialised since she was very young and fully enjoys the company of other dogs. Our flat is located right next to a dog park and we live close to a few big green areas in Walthamstow, so we’ll ensure your pet has plenty of walks and outdoor playtime. We are also a pet loving household, so we enjoy snuggling in bed and giving lots of cuddles throughout the day. Because we have a dog of our own, there will always be someone at home to look after your pup. About: My experience with pet care started years ago by spending time with friends’ dogs of all shapes and sizes. Since this spring (as I started working remotely), I’ve been dog sitting in London more regularly, which has given me the chance to spend meaningful time with different breeds (but mostly Cockapoos), personalities, and energy levels. I currently work from home 99.99% of the time, which means I can dedicate plenty of time and attention to the dogs I care for. I am based in Walthamstow and there are a few nice parks around where I can bring your pup for a walk. For long stays, I am happy to go for 2-3 walks a day (morning, afternoon and evening). In terms of feeding, I would follow your instructions. Your pet will never be left alone - I’m always nearby to give them attention and care. I live in a three-room flat. We’re also lucky to have several lovely parks close by, perfect for daily walks and fresh-air adventures. I’ll happily keep you updated with photos as often as you’d like, and if I’m ever uncertain about anything, I’ll check in with you right away to make sure your pup’s routine and comfort are always prioritized.

About: Hiya! I used to stay with my sister’s dog for ten years for overnights. Some days she slept in my room. I had experience using borrow my doggy, and some dogs stayed with me for the weekend and good walks. I went for a walk, fed them, gave love, and talked to them. I enjoy a lot spending time with dogs! I also have experienced my dog at the end of her life. I had to inject NaCl subcutaneous into her and give her food, water and medication through a syringe. I will care about your pet as my own. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life! Growing up, our home was full of furry friends. Since moving to London I don't currently have any pets of my own, I really miss having animals around, and that's why I would love to help other pet owners. I’m comfortable with all sizes and temperaments of pets and always take time to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing they are in great hands. I WFH on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday and Fridays, so I am able to dog sit on these days. I live in a flat, I do not have a garden, but I have a forest area a 5 min walk away, and grassy area at the end of the road for toilet breaks at any time of the day. I recently had my large family dog stay for a week, and toilet breaks were not an issue despite not having a garden.

Julie is a clingy baby that loves a good play or cuddle. I’m trying to study vet nursing and I’ve worked in clinics before. I adopted my first cat, Poppet, five years ago and before then I’ve been fostering multiple cats. Julie is my second cat. Poppet has sadly passed recently but she had kidney disease and both eye and ear problems, which means I am comfortable with giving any meds or eye/ear drops. As stated before, I’ve worked in clinics which gives me a great advantage at handling any cat in a professional and correct way. I’m very passionate about all animals (poppet and Julie was/is the love of my life) and as I’m not from here, I’ve myself used cat sitter before when I’ve gone home to visit, so I know how important this is, and also what I’d want if I was the one hiring a cat sitter. I have a few private clients but would love to build up on this network. Might also be worth mentioning that I am autistic and I’m generally better with animals than humans. About: Ever since growing up with my own golden retriever (Ellie), I've known that I always need to be in close proximity to a pet. More recently, I raised my parents' puppy during the pandemic and often dog sit for them. I'll spend a weekend with my parents' dog in the Midlands once a month, but then I'm in London for the rest of the time. About: I am a huge dog lover and have had my family whippet Roger for over 10 years (sadly don’t live with my family anymore so miss him) so feel very comfortable spending time with dogs. I’m a friendly Canadian who would love to balance my work in front of a laptop with plenty of walks in the park. I can easily fit in walking and minding duties around my remote freelancing schedule. I mostly work from home with occasional meetings on site. We love getting outside and spending time in local pubs and taprooms, so we're happy to bring a dog along with us (but equally as happy to leave them at home if they're not comfortable in those environments). We have Lloyd Park nearby for leisurely walks, or some fetch. We live in a ground floor Warner flat with a spare room, perfect for a dog that needs a bit of space for their bed or to be crated.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and since moving to London and not having our family dogs around my home feels so empty! I hybrid work and usually am at home 3 days a week, while I can’t commit to a pet of my own right now I’d love to help out look after others when I can! I have experience with all kinds of breeds, our family over the years have had Jack Russell’s/ sausage dogs/ staffies / XL Bullies/ Labradors so no dog is too big! I currently hybrid work so can be at home 2-3 days a week, I manage my own workload and don’t have strict working hours so can duck in and out for walks whenever needed. I currently have no other pets in the home so your dog will be the only one getting attention all day. There is room for a crate in the living room or kitchen if needed.

About: I grew up in Yorkshire with a cockapoo and terriers, so I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Ed and I both work from home at different points in the week, so your dog will never be without company. We love animals - we’re just waiting for the right time to get a dog of our own, so in the meantime we love having the chance to look after someone else’s. We live at Blackhorse Mills, which has its own dog garden on site for easy toilet breaks and play, plus a balcony where your dog can relax outside with us. The area also has plenty of options for different walks, so there’s always somewhere new to explore. Between the two of us, Ed and I are working from home at least three days a week, with that set to increase once I move into a fully remote role. Weekends tend to keep us close to home too, so there's rarely a stretch where we're both out. I'm an early riser, so morning walks are never a rush, and there's plenty of green space nearby for good walking routes. We build walks, play, and toilet breaks around whatever routine your dog is already used to. Our flat has a fenced balcony, and there's a gated dog garden within the building for safe outdoor time close by. As we don't have pets of our own, any dog staying with us has our undivided attention - no other animals to navigate or compete with. We're always up for sending updates through the stay so you're not left wondering how things are going.
