“Catalina and the whole family are lovely, sweet and helpful. They were knowledgeable and very welcoming and we definitely felt like we were leaving our dog in great hands. We received regular updates and they adhered to her schedule really well and she received a lot of outdoor time too. “We left our bichon Crystal with Marlene for 2 nights. Marlene is very bubbly, pleasant and very welcoming. It's plain to see that she absolutely adores animals. She shared photos of Crystal everyday of their walks and at home plus giving us funny little updates which we loved. Marlene played a little game with Crystal, hiding her treats which she enjoyed once she grasped what the game was all about ? we shall definitely play this game with her. Thank you so much Marlene for the idea. It's obvious to see that Crystal was very happy and well looked after when we picked her up and we were not fully convinced that Crystal wanted to come home with us. We would highly recommend Marlene. Thank you so much Marlene, we will be seeing you again in November ?”

“Alfie had such a lovely weekend with Onder (and Bambi!). Genuinely haven’t seen him that relaxed on return from a dogsitter, so he clearly had an excellent time! Onder was very responsive and we got lots of updates (and videos!) and he was very generous with keeping Alfie for an extra few hours when we got stuck during to bad weather. Would 100% recommend!”
