She treated Max like a queen and made sure she had an incredible week, with lots of fun walks and adventures. Absolutely fantastic! Enzo stayed for five days and had the most amazing time. From the moment we left him, we felt completely reassured that he was in the best hands, which meant we could relax and fully enjoy our holiday. We received regular updates and lots of lovely photos, and it was clear just how happy and settled he was. The weather was incredibly hot during his stay, but they went above and beyond to make sure he stayed cool, comfortable, and well looked after. Enzo had so much fun! Luna stayed with Zivile for 3 nights/4 days. Zivile and her family were brilliant with Luna, she was cared for as if she was their own. India was absolutely amazing, I was worried leaving our dogs for the 1st time with a stranger but after meeting with her my mind at ease immediately. You can tell she has a love for dogs. Chico was the only boarded dog which meant he got a lot of attention, Caroline and her family treated Chico like their own and he even slept in their bedroom! Their house backs onto the fields which is perfect, cannot recommend enough he was very well cared for. 5 stars

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
