I have owned dogs, cats and horses since I was a child. At the moment we are pet free after losing our 3 dogs who were elderly 😟 We really miss having a pet and it would be nice to have an animal in the house again!

Nicola and Husband were fantastic with Max. Allowed him to settle at his own pace and provided reassurance to us that he was ok throughout the whole stay. Truly allowed him to be part of their family. Really well looked after during the heatwave too. Can’t thank you both enough 😊
Nicola was wonderful with our pooch, Dennis. She was extremely communicative before and during, and totally unfazed by his slightly mad flattie ways. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

I can't thank Nicola enough for looking after my dog for two nights. He's a very nervous boy, so I was naturally anxious about leaving him, but Nicola was so kind, patient, and reassuring from the very beginning She really took the time to let him settle at his own pace and made sure he felt safe and comfortable When I picked him up, he was calm and content, and it was obvious he'd been genuinely well cared for. Knowing someone treated him with so much patience and understanding made all the difference. I wouldn't hesitate to leave him with Nicola again and would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of him! 😘 Will deffo be rebooking!

Schedule
I work full time in a school so available at weekends and school holidays. My husband works shifts so we have some availability during the week.

We have a safe fenced garden and currently have no other pets. We have Epping forest for long walks opposite our house and is generally a quiet part of the forest
A typical day
When caring for visiting dogs, I welcome them as part of the family from the moment they arrive. They enjoy two long walks each day, plenty of playtime, and constant companionship. My home has a secure, fully fenced garden where they can explore safely and relax outdoors. Indoors, dogs are free to settle wherever they feel most comfortable—yes, they’re absolutely allowed on the sofa for cuddles. I aim to create a calm, homely environment so your dog feels loved, included, and truly at home.

I’m also experienced in administering medications, including injections, and I follow instructions carefully to ensure everything is done safely and calmly.
