About: I’ve recently relocated from London to Brentwood and I’m looking to meet some new local pups! Over the last decade, I’ve handled everything from high-energy puppies who need help with their basic commands and potty training, to older dogs who just want a quiet companion. I’m reliable, tidy, and most importantly, I genuinely love Dogs! I work from home 3x a week, i would love to take care of another furry friend alongside my little frenchie! “Can not recommend Serena more. After Olive's doggy care fell through last minute, Serena came to the rescue. She and her partner were so extremely accommodating, not only taking Olive in on the same day but providing such great communication and care throughout. Olive can be a touch of a sensitive soul at time however, from the snaps that Serena send over during the 4 night stay, settled in immediately. About: My partner Scott and I love dogs and have our own Czech Shepherd, who is friendly, well trained and loves to meet other dogs. We have grown up with lots of different dogs and we can look after dogs of any size or age comfortably! I work from home for most of the week and this is flexible so I can often cater for whenever dog care is needed. I can walk any dog we are looking after in the morning and the afternoon so that they can have lots of fun and also some down time in between! I have a large fenced garden so any dogs can run around and play. I have my own dog so I am used to making sure that a dog has everything it needs.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life, 2 staffies (one who didn’t get on with other dogs) a springer and a jack/staffie cross. They all had their own personalities but all needed a lot of walks and I miss that the most, taking them out for a long walk in rain, hail or shine and getting home and watching them curl up and drift off always makes me happy. I work full time but wfh home on a Monday and Friday so I only offer long weekends, unless they can have a dog walker for the days I’m not at home. That way I know I can take them out for a walk in the morning and then again after work. I have a reasonably large fenced garden. I don’t allow dogs upstairs or on the furniture. You’re dog will get lots of cuddles, walks and playtime if they like those things, I know they don’t all do.

Serena looked after my dog Teddy and my cat Lexa for 11 days. Everything was smooth including drop off, pick up and communication throughout. Lexa is an indoor cat, Serena ensured she was kept inside, Lexa had cat trees to climb and play with. Teddy is a very affectionate lap dog, Serena made sure he had lots of cuddles. Both pets had a great time, thank you for looking after our fur babies so well.
Jay and his partner were absolutely fantastic at looking after my boy. I absolutely enjoyed every photo and update they sent me. Carlos definitely had the best time at their house in fact he had so much fun that he now misses them and their little frenchie ! Definitely 100% recommend and would have Carlos back there 100%
Travis looked after my 7 year old lab, Milo, and I couldn’t be happier with how it went! Travis was reassuring from the start and I couldn’t fault how he treated Milo. He kept Milo’s routine the same from his walks to his feeds and was happy to do whatever Milo normally does. The regular updates and pictures while we were away were great and we were happy to see that Milo was having a good time with Travis. We’ll definitely be booking him again - thanks Travis!
Caitlin was brilliant with Dave and I’d definitely recommend her. She kept me updated throughout his stay with regular messages and lovely photos, which was really reassuring. Dave seemed really happy and settled when I picked him up, and it was clear he’d been well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Caitlin again!
We were quite nervous about leaving Boo for the first time with a family we didn’t know however Vanessa was very reassuring. Vanessa spoke in a very calming way around Boo and Boo appeared comfortable straight away. I felt confident when leaving Boo with Vanessa and she sent me a lovely little video showing me Boo playing and having fun, which was lovely. When I collected Boo, Vanessa and her husband expressed how much they and their daughter had enjoyed looking Boo and I could see Boo had had a great time too!I I would definitely use Vanessa again and would highly recommend her.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
