“Five stars isn’t enough for Charlie and Gary! They looked after Lola, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, they were incredibly attentive, asked lots of questions at the meet and greet, and then followed Lola's care instructions. We were so grateful for the frequent photo updates, it really put our minds at ease seeing her so happy and settled while we were away. Lola had a blast on all her lovely walks, and the best part was seeing her bond with their dog, Jenny. By the time we picked her up, they were buddies! It’s such a relief to find sitters who truly treat your pup like family (and let's her snuggle on the sofa!) About: My husband and I both work from home, so there is always someone around to provide company, supervision, cuddles, and attention throughout the day. Whether your dog loves adventure, playtime, or simply relaxing in a cosy home environment, we’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and part of the family while you’re away. We understand how important it is to know your pet is in caring hands, and we’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages throughout their stay. We enjoy two walks a day in the beautiful country parks and green spaces around us, with plenty of opportunities for sniffing, exploring, and play. We will of course tailor activities to suit each dog’s age, energy level, and needs! We have a secure fenced garden where dogs can safely play and explore, and we share our home with our friendly staffy Homer who loves meeting new canine friends and is happy to keep visiting dogs company.
About: Hi! I’m 22 years old and have been around animals my entire life. I have looked after big breeds like bullmastiffs and cats regularly, so I’m very comfortable with both large dogs and the individual routines and loveable quirks of cats! In the past, I’ve also owned and cared for rabbits and bearded dragons which has given me experience with a wide range of temperaments and care needs. As a masters student, I attend university only twice a week, so aside from my lectures, I can dedicate all my time to caring for your pet. If your dog is sociable, I can arrange safe introductions with friendly pets of my neighbours or nearby family members. If your pet prefers a quieter environment, they’ll have my flat to themselves, ensuring they never feel overwhelmed. I’m available for boarding any day of the week and on Mondays and Wednesdays before 11am and after 4pm for drop ins or visits! Your dogs safety and comfort are my top priority. My flat has a secure balcony with high fencing, providing safe ventilation if your dog needs fresh air while I step out briefly. I have a crate suitable for all sizes, including large breeds like a bullmastiff, so your dog can rest securely when needed. For exercise and outdoor fun, I live next to a beautiful countryside field with a lake, perfect for safe, scenic walks. Every aspect of their environment is designed to keep them happy, secure and cared for.

“Can not recommend Serena more. After Olive's doggy care fell through last minute, Serena came to the rescue. She and her partner were so extremely accommodating, not only taking Olive in on the same day but providing such great communication and care throughout. Olive can be a touch of a sensitive soul at time however, from the snaps that Serena send over during the 4 night stay, settled in immediately. About: I have started taking care of family and friends cats and dogs over the past year and I absolutely love it! I love the comapny and taking them for walks it brings me so much joy as I work from home. I work from home and love having pets to keep me company. I am avaliable to walk them anytime I do not have a meeting! I have a fenced garden for your dog to play as well as a spacious downstairs for a bed. I live next to lots of greenary to take your dog out for a run around!

I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter for Dolly! She was treated like one of the family and genuinely looked after as if she were her own pet. Dolly was absolutely spoiled with love, attention, and cuddles, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. We also had regular updates and pictures from Laura. Dolly was taken out regularly, had lots of fun adventures, and came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. It was obvious how much affection and care she received. Hugo had a fab time staying with Travis for the night. We had great communication throughout so I knew how he was doing. Travis cared for Hugo beautifully and followed his routine. He took him for a good walk annd regular toilet bteaks and I felt relaxed knowing her was in safe hands. I will definitely use Travis again.
2nd sleepover with Ashley & Layla couldn't have been more excited. Practically dragged me to Ashley's door & squealed until she let us in. Layla may not be able to talk but she made it clear how wonderful shw thinks Ahsley is and this makes me happy knowing that she is having a great time. Ashley always sends updates and doors on Layla nearly as much as I do. I cant recommend Ashley enough and if I cod wod give more stars 💯
Jay is outstanding! We left koda in his care and though we were a bit reluctant (as any 5month old pup’s mum would), we honestly had the greatest experience. Jay’s communication was amazing, we never had to ask for updates; they just came unprompted and we loved it, receiving updates often reassured us that our Koda was not only having the best time, but that Jay also truly cared about making us feel stress free. We will 100% use Jay’s services again and could not recommend him more!
Evelina has been amazing. At the last minute she agreed to take Nula for a couple of days which went well. Evelina then agreed to have her for a couple more days which has been a great help and saved alot of stress. I would book her again without a doubt. She sends photos and videos of Nula too which is great

This was our first time leaving our rescue dog Skye while we went on holiday so we were initially a bit nervous, but Ruby was absolutely amazing and made us feel totally at ease with her daily updates and loads of photos!! Lynn is clearly a dog lover. I have left my boxer with her couple of times and he really enjoys her company and the dogs she has visiting as well as her own dogs. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
