We’re lifelong dog lovers with a warm, dog-friendly home and one small pup who’s always happy to make new friends. Having used Rover ourselves when travelling, we understand how important it is to feel confident that your dog is safe, comfortable, and cared for just like they would be at home. Dogs staying with us enjoy a relaxed and secure environment, including a fully fenced garden for playtime and plenty of toilet breaks. Walks are part of our daily routine - whether your dog prefers a good stroll, a quick sniff around the block, or a longer adventure, we’re happy to match their pace. We know that every dog is unique, and we’re committed to keeping their routine consistent - from meals to naps to cuddle time. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you can relax while your pup enjoys their own mini getaway.

Charlotte and Gary took great care of Lola. This is the second time she’s stayed with them and this time it was for a whole week. She had the best time, lots of lovely walks, and we received lots of photo updates. It was great being away and knowing that Lola was happy and being looked after. Thank you!
I needed to be in London all day, Charlotte was wonderful with my two Yorkies & gave them all the love & care they needed while I was out. Fully trustworthy & reassuring to know everything was taken care of & my dogs were happy 🐶🐶 Would definitely recommend Charlotte & her services.

Five stars isn’t enough for Charlie and Gary! They looked after Lola, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, they were incredibly attentive, asked lots of questions at the meet and greet, and then followed Lola's care instructions. We were so grateful for the frequent photo updates, it really put our minds at ease seeing her so happy and settled while we were away. Lola had a blast on all her lovely walks, and the best part was seeing her bond with their dog, Jenny. By the time we picked her up, they were buddies! It’s such a relief to find sitters who truly treat your pup like family (and let's her snuggle on the sofa!) We would recommend Charlie and Gary in a heartbeat and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Thanks again, guys!

Schedule
Pet care is a central part of our daily rhythm. We both have flexible working patterns and make sure that one of us is always at home, so dog is never left alone. This allows us to stick closely to their normal routine - whether that’s regular toilet breaks, meal times, walks, or just having company throughout the day. Walks are scheduled around the dog’s needs and energy levels, and we’re always nearby for play, cuddles, or quiet companionship. Our setup means dogs get plenty of attention and feel secure, without long stretches of alone time.

We pay close attention to behavior and mood, and tailor care depending on what they need - whether that’s extra quiet time, games, or a bit of one-on-one time for reassurance. We also keep their space clean and their diet consistent, with the odd treat here and there.

A typical day
We love getting to know each dog’s personality and finding the activities they enjoy most. For some, that means long walks and exploring new scents in the surrounding neighbourhood and local woods; for others, it’s a game of fetch in the park, a tug of war to keep their brain busy, or simply some cuddle time on the sofa. We have a fully fenced garden where dogs can safely run around and play, and we build in lots of interaction throughout the day- whether that’s practicing a few tricks, slow strolls for the older generation, or belly rubs and a good ear scratch. We also stick closely to their usual play style and energy level, so they feel safe, seen, and happy while they’re with us.
