About: We have been around dogs our whole lives and have been helping care for family, friends' and neighbours' pets. We understand the importance of keeping pets happy, safe and comfortable while their owners are away. Whether it's feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, we treat every dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. Elicia works from home during the day, while Jack works during the day and is home in the evenings, meaning there is usually someone available to provide care, attention and companionship. We already enjoy taking two walks each day, so regular exercise and outdoor time are part of our routine. Your dog would be treated as part of the family, with plenty of opportunities for walks, playtime, affection and relaxation throughout the day. We are committed to maintaining your pet's usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and settled while in our care. We provide a safe, caring and comfortable environment for every dog in our care. We live in a flat with access to a secure garden, giving dogs space to relax and enjoy outdoor time throughout the day. Dogs staying with us will receive at least two walks a day, alongside plenty of attention, playtime and companionship. We are happy to accommodate crate-trained dogs and will follow their normal routine to help them feel settled and secure. We will cater to your dog's feeding schedule and any specific care requirements, ensuring their needs are met while they are with us. Regular toilet breaks are provided throughout the day, and we ask that dogs are house-trained. We will send regular updates for what your doggy is up to!

Lola had a blast on all her lovely walks, and the best part was seeing her bond with their dog, Jenny. By the time we picked her up, they were buddies! About: I’ve had pets in my family since I was a teenager and it’s always been a dream of mine to have my own which came true a few years ago! I now have 2 beautiful cats and a very goofy miniature cockapoo so your babies will be well looked after in my care. I work mon - fri however spend 3 days wfh so can look after animal around my work schedule. As I also have my own dog im used to tending to him throughout the day and going for lots of walks I live in a house with a garden but also am a few minutes away from 3 different parks in the area. My cockapoo loves playing with all dogs, so your pooch would have hours of entertainment with my Reuben!!
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since I was a kid, specially dogs! I have been a pet care pro for over 4 yrs. Pets stay with us in our own home and get treated like one of the family! I’m always home during the week and I have 2 teenagers and hubby that are in and out of the house and love to fuss and treat our furry guests too! My home has a fenced garden. About: I’ve always had pets in my family home and we currently have 2 dogue de bordeaux’s! All of the dogs we have owned have lived with us until they passed, meaning I have experience with puppies through to seniors! As well as this, I have always had large dog breeds, the biggest being 2 Newfoundlands, so I am able to cope with many challenges our pets can throw our way. I’m a university student currently at home for the summer which makes me perfect for caring for your pets! I absolutely love getting out and about so I’d love to take your dog for a lovely new walk! I have a fenced in back garden and two loving female French Mastiffs, they’re giant teddy bears with no prior issues with other animals! If you would prefer for me to sit inside your home, I will be happy to leave my two at home as my partner will be there, do not feel like they are necessary as well! :)

About: Myself and wife were both brought up owning dogs. The kids haven’t had pets, but they are they are well behaved kids, very excited to help out My wife and I are both shift workers. We have two children at school. There is always someone at home and we are looking forward to introducing are kids to pets. About: My husband and I have been dog owners for most of our lives , we have recently retired so have plenty of time on our hands and want to open our home to welcome dogs to stay with us and our young Cavapoo, Bella. We have looked after friends and families dogs so far which has been most successful. We live in a bungalow in the Rawreth end of Rayleigh and have five foot fences surrounding our (approx) seventy x thirty foot garden. We have a dog flap which gives access to the garden, this can of course be locked upon request. Currently we will only be taking dogs from one family at a time to ensure that your pooch gets our full attention and best possible care. We are recently retired so have plenty of time to welcome your pet dogs into our home. We are available throughout the week to offer attention and affection as well as exercise. We have a secure five foot fenced, seventy foot garden, this consists of a lawn and patio area. Our small Cavapoo will be delighted to offer company to your pooch.

It's always a bit stressful when you leave your pets with someone you don't know very well and it was a long stay, but as soon as I met Shaki I was able to relax and felt confident Terrance would be fine and well looked after and he was. She kept me up to date throughout with photos and videos and kept up with his medications etc. Would happily book with her again. Thanks Shaki for looking after him so well.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
