Fran took care of my 2 cats (Fidget and Patches) over Christmas and we have had such a positive experience. Fran made sure to ease any anxieties I had from the beginning as I was anxious about leaving them for the first time by arranging a quick call and drop in. She was kind and compassionate to me and my cats. She sent videos, pictures and updates every day which I was very grateful for. Both of my cats warmed up to her over the course of the week. She made sure the cats were eating, had clean litter, and given lots of fuss and attention. Fran was respectful and responsive with her communication and followed personalised instructions regarding the cats and their likes and dislikes. Linda is nothing short of amazing!!! I can't recommend her enough! Every day we had prompt updates with pictures of our cat and details of how he is, how much food he's had and how he was when she left. Nothing was too much trouble and Linda was even kind enough to pop our recycling out! And was even brave enough to get rid of a gigantic spider!! Which I am so greatful for! 😂 I would absolutely hire Linda again in a heartbeat. I truly felt that my cat and my home were in very safe hands. - thank you so much!!
