About: Hey there. My name is Sophie. I’m am well experienced in dog sitting and care for exotic animals, and have met some wonderful people and pets along the way. My main services are daycare and boarding in my own home but I can provide training at a cost. I have worked as a vet tech previously, so I have a medical background and professional experience . I’ve also worked previously for a kennels and cattery in sheerness. Specialising in bully breeds, all breeds are welcome and catered for. I am also DBS checked and have a clean record. Your pets come first! , I work from home part time so my schedule is free to spoil your pets with time,attention, lots of play and exercise. I have a fenced garden which is about 60 ft long with natural grass and foliage. I have baby-gates that cover the stairs in my home to prevent any accidents. Your dog will be watched at all times. I have a basket of toys that your pet is welcome to play with whilst staying with us. I have my own very friendly 1 year old Labrador at home who accompanies me on walks but any dog that is incompatible I will leave him at home or walk them separately. All dogs who board must be vaccinated and flead/wormed recently to keep everyone safe and happy who is in my care.

About: I have had pets all my life. I’ve always been drawn to animals and feel my best self when surrounded by nature and all creatures. I’ve had hamsters, rabbits and currently have three adult cats. They are the love of my life and each have their own unique personalities, which bring me so much joy and fulfilment. I think animals are so very important for ones well-being and mental health, and it’s a privilege to be able to spend time with any. I’ve spent years with friends dogs, walking them, spending time in the house, and occasionally taking care of them when friends were away. I think it’s important to spend time with each animal and get to know their individual personality and what makes them tick. I am incredibly enthusiastic and empathic, and animals often take to me pretty quickly. I’m currently training to be a counsellor, and have experience and knowledge on how to maintain calm and regulated around emotionally intense situations and believe these skills can be applied when around animals. Humans and animals are more alike than we like to think. I also volunteer weekly at Spitalfields City Farm. I’m focused on self development, learning and my focusses are connection, joy, peace and play. Interacting with animals plays a huge part in this. Spending time at farms and walking through nature are some of my hobbies. About: Since the age of 8 I have cared for animals including cats, dogs, rabbits & reptiles. While living in my childhood home I have been lucky to take care of 4 cats, 1 dog, 2 rabbits and a lizard. My two rabbits where my first pets who I took care of comepletely on my own. One of which was a lion head and the other a Dutch breed. They’re care included changing cage bedding, grooming/ bathing when needed & feeding. Three of the cats I took care of where of the sphynx breed which required weekly baths, nail and skin care as well as medicating when needed as they are more prone to health issues. I also really enjoyed taking care of our family dog (chorkie breed) during the time I lived back at home. This also included walking, feeding, grooming bathing & general pet care of any kind. During this time we also owned a bearded dragon who we had for 6 years before he unfortunately passed away. Caring for our lizard included bathing weekly, changing terrarium efficiently and feeding live roaches. Since I moved out of my family home 2 years ago i have brought in two domestic shorthairs, I adopted my boy cat and brought my girl cat with me from my family home. I now take care of them everyday and visit family home regularly to help care for them too. I am used to different type of care for different type of animals and nothing makes me more happy than engaging with pet care :) I would love to give my free time to pet care and sitting whenever I can. It has been a thought of mine for a very long time and i really want to start. I currently don’t have a specific schedule so I’m open to different opportunities. I can guarantee any pet care I give with be specific to the type of care the owner would want me to give. I and myself very paranoid when it comes to my pets health and safety so if anything feels slightly wrong I would contact the owner and make reasonable steps. I have a big heart for animals and I am truly open to anything. I also have patience and understanding, I would never put any pet at risk as I would treat them with the same care as my own
