About: We’ve (Tom & San) have been using Rover and sitting pets for a few years, we took a break whilst we let our newly adopted husky (Blu) settle in. Now he’s settled, we’re back and ready to look after other people’s furry friends! We have experience in small to large dogs, as well as cats. Animals are a big part of our lives, and we love to share our love for them through the support of others. We have experience in training dogs, especially having adopted our own. We will ensure when sitting your pets to enforce training and help you with new habits as well as enforcing exciting. Where overlap with our dog Blu is involved, he’s a big softy who loves to play and go on long walks. Blu also does very well with puppies, he is very patient. A pet owner can expect me (or sometimes even “us”) to give your pet the love and attention as if it were my own. I will endeavour to be flexible as possible to ensure my routine fits in with your pets, as opposed to making theirs fit into mine. Our jobs are incredibly flexible, with being work from home and both having access to cars. If you invite me to sit in your home to enhance your pets maintenance of their routine, I can ensure you will come back to a happy home and most importantly a happy pet. Throughout your sit we can have a group WhatsApp set up to keep communication constant with photographs and any adventures we go on - all for your peace of mind.

For many years, I looked after my two beloved companions: an 8-year-old Dachshund and a wonderful mixed breed who lived to the age of 14. Through my time with them, I gained deep insight into the needs of dogs at every stage of life—from playful puppies to wise seniors. Although my older dog has recently passed away, the love and knowledge I gained from her continue to shape the care I provide. In addition to my own pets, I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for many friends, looking after their dogs and cats while they travel, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. My availability is quite flexible! I work from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I’m home the rest of the week, so I can take care of both dogs and cats. During the week, I’m available for walks around midday, but only if the pets live close to my home, as it can be tricky otherwise. I’m also available for other care times throughout the day, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I’m free after 6 PM as well. I live in a two-story apartment with Napoleon. He gets along well with some dogs, but he’s not as comfortable around cats. The space is cozy and pet-friendly, offering a safe and comfortable environment for your pets. About: I have been caring for various dogs on the Rover app for over a year now. Me and my partner (Sham) have cared for all sorts of breeds ranging from chihuahuas to American Akitas! I take care of my family dog whenever my family requires. I have grown up with dogs since I was about 3 years old as my mum has a huge love for them as well. I grew up with a German Shepherd and a Dachshund. I am more than happy to go for walks as I do like to have any excuse to be active. I used to work from home mostly but have recently changed jobs and required to go to office more frequently. I can adjust my days and my partner also often steps in to provide care during the week when I’m not home. I have a communal outside area where I can take your pet for some outside time. There are a couple parks close-by. One of which is about a 10-15 minute walk away from me and is a great place to have a walk. I live in a flat that has two bedrooms and quite a large space in the hall and living area. We have taken care of a German Shepherd before and she seemed quite happy with the space.

“Billy, our 1 year old cat, loved staying at Vasia’s. He has never met another cat, and Vasia did a fantastic job of introducing him to Cosmo, her cat. Billy and Cosmo got along great, we could tell even in the short time we were picking Billy up. We got to meet Vasia, her partner and Cosmo before the trip which put us at ease. The apartment is spacious and well suited for a cat. We received many photos and videos while on our 1 1/2 week trip, and we never worried about him. We definitely recommend Vasia, we hope to use her services every time we travel”
