“Chillin was very good with Luna she sent me lots of pictures and videos every day. Luna can be very timid when i'm not around but Chillin was very patient with her . I raccomend her for local people and she was added to my favourites. ”
“Marina took excellent care of our elderly cat Vegas while we were on holiday. She kept in touch every day with messages and loads of photos, meaning we had nothing to worry about and could enjoy our holiday. I highly recommend Marina to look after your beloved pets.”

“Shawana was amazing with our two cats! She communicated very well with me while we were away so we didn't have to worry about our kitties! She took great care of them, changing water daily, giving wet food and cleaning litters. She even broomed the floors from the litter ❤️ Our cats love her too, even Mango who is usually a bit scared and shy. We will definitely rebook her in the future! Thank you Shawana ☺️”

“Iliana was an absolute gem looking after Freddie and Mollie. She was perfectly punctual with feeding times, gave them lots of attention and playtime, and kept me updated regularly via WhatsApp—which was such a comfort while I was away. I could tell from her messages and photos that the cats were relaxed, happy, and in safe hands.”

“This was, I think, the 3rd time Alen fed Charlie, and, as always it couldn't have gone better. Charlie seemed to really like Alen, and the videos he sent me were a great relief. Thanks again.”

“Mehdi took care of our cat as if it were his own. Not only did he spend quality time with our cat, but he also tidied up any mess it made around the house, treating our home with the same care and attention as his own. We truly appreciate his dedication and kindness. We would highly recommend him to anyone without hesitation.”

“Excellent cat sitter. She followed all instructions perfectly, kept us updated throughout, and took great care of our cats, who were happy and relaxed when we returned. The house was spotless, the litter trays were impeccably maintained, and she even went above and beyond by helping with a few extra household matters while we were away. Despite the short visits, she made sure to play with the cats. We’d happily book her again and highly recommend her.”

“Thanks very much Annabelle! Annabelle was great with our cats, and played with them for 20 minutes on each visit - which they loved! She sent us lots of pictures and videos which was amazing - they were in great hands. We would definitely book her again!”

“Shania did look after our cat very well. I believe she is a one of the kind/trust worthy sitter. She has been updating us with pictures videos/calls and all the related information about our cat every single day. Leaving a house key with a stranger is not easy but her service made us to think differently. I would highly recommend Shania.💕 ”

“Harriet is such a star! My dog is very sentimental, she doesn’t like everyone to take her for walks especially particularly about letting the harness on her. I had to emergency travel so I had no choice but ask for help and pray that the person would be able to help and make a bond with Lady in such a short amount of time. I was super lucky I found Harriet, Lady loved her from the first second and seeing that I was able to focus on my family and I was able to focus on my family when they needed me. Forever grateful for her”

“Good experience with Harshit! Very reliable and communicative — sent updates and photos of Tony Stark while we were away. He was happy and well looked after. Если нужно покороче или в другом тоне — скажи.”

“Joanna was very caring, attentive, and professional. She took great care of my cats while I was away, and communication with her was always smooth and easy. She really gave me peace of mind, and I’m very grateful for her help. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Agnieszka is a kind person with a genuine love for animals. She looked after my cat so well that Moya didn’t notice I was away. Agnieszka went above and beyond my requests to make sure Moya was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I would happily trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter.”

Sacha & Gina did a wonderful job feeding and cleaning up after my 2 shy cats. Think they must have an affinity with animals. They made the handover and pre visit easy and sent plenty of updates with photos/video. My first time using a catsitter, would def use again. Thankyou.

Jade was amazing. Went above and beyond. She even changed the time when asked to could accommodate me with no hesitation. She took her time was not rushed. I can’t rate her highly enough 10 stars if I could. Will be booking again with her in the future. Highly recommended.

The best cat sitter either Dolly or I have ever had. Where as some seem to be in and out. Sonia takes, loads of daily pictures, run's your cat through a range of playful activities and even watered our plants. She even left us a very cute gift ready for our return. Above and beyond indeed. Gold Standard in cat sitters

Shania has been incredible. Our boy Ninja is usually very shy and hides from strangers so was expecting not much interaction. We were surprised to see him interacting with Shania and greeting her. She has a way with him and made us feel so happy knowing he was getting social time and not just food etc. Shes a kind caring sitter, sent photos and videos daily, keeping us updated thoroughly. Would highly recommend her services and will be using her again as and when needed. Thanks Shani, Ninja will miss you and glad you got the best out him.

Abby is a reliable, conscientious, thoughtful and fun cat sitter whom we’ve been very grateful to for looking after our cats! Both our cats have very different cat-sanalities and yet Abby has been able to not only entertain them on her visits, but train them incredibly quickly! We have been thoroughly impressed and grateful for Abbys care of our cats and would highly recommend her services!

Hannah looked after our cats while we were away for a week, and I can highly recommend her. She is friendly and easy to communicate with, has a lot of sitting experience, and was very attentive to all of our fussy cat parent anxieties! She kept us updated with messages and pictures/videos every day, and we really felt able to switch off and relax while away. We came home to three very cheerful and healthy cats - we wouldn’t hesitate to book Hannah again. So all in all Hannah is a really good sitter and you can book her with confidence.
Marie-Carmel was absolutely wonderful with my cat! I was so relieved to have found someone so sincere and genuine. She sent daily photos and videos, and took amazing care of Blossom We came home to a very happy, content pet. Bonus - we had a fresh loaf of bread waiting for us upon our return! Thank you! Couldn't ask for a better sitter—10/10 recommended!

Xiyuan visited my 2 cats (13 years old) once a day during 1 week. She was very kind, reliable, conscientious and used to cats (also old cats as mines). One of my cats was a bit ill, Xiyuan communicated with me, sent me feedback and gave me informations precisely. She sent me pictures and videos everyday day. I felt very comfortable with her and strongly recommend her. She is also a very nice person.

Zoya was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of our kitten whilst we were away. She provided constant updates and photos/ videos so we had total peace of mind that Layla was receiving the best care possible. Layla loved Zoya too and had lots of attention from her. We will definitely use Zoya again in the future. Thank you!!

Kasia was absolutely brilliant, and really went the extra mile for us! I swear, the cats were probably upset when we returned from holiday... She sent great content, took lovely care of them, and was truly brilliant. Highly recommend, and our cats insist that she comes back again.
Sumayya is a fantastic cat sitter. She was reliable, friendly, and took great care of our cat Sumo whilst we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated the regular updates and photos. Would definitely recommend Sumayya and happily book again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
