The best cat sitter either Dolly or I have ever had. Where as some seem to be in and out. Sonia takes, loads of daily pictures, run's your cat through a range of playful activities and even watered our plants. She even left us a very cute gift ready for our return. Shania has been incredible. Our boy Ninja is usually very shy and hides from strangers so was expecting not much interaction. We were surprised to see him interacting with Shania and greeting her. She has a way with him and made us feel so happy knowing he was getting social time and not just food etc. Shes a kind caring sitter, sent photos and videos daily, keeping us updated thoroughly. Abby is a reliable, conscientious, thoughtful and fun cat sitter whom we’ve been very grateful to for looking after our cats! Both our cats have very different cat-sanalities and yet Abby has been able to not only entertain them on her visits, but train them incredibly quickly! Hannah looked after our cats while we were away for a week, and I can highly recommend her. She is friendly and easy to communicate with, has a lot of sitting experience, and was very attentive to all of our fussy cat parent anxieties! She kept us updated with messages and pictures/videos every day, and we really felt able to switch off and relax while away. We came home to three very cheerful and healthy cats - we wouldn’t hesitate to book Hannah again. So all in all Hannah is a really good sitter and you can book her with confidence.

Xiyuan visited my 2 cats (13 years old) once a day during 1 week. She was very kind, reliable, conscientious and used to cats (also old cats as mines). One of my cats was a bit ill, Xiyuan communicated with me, sent me feedback and gave me informations precisely. She sent me pictures and videos everyday day. I felt very comfortable with her and strongly recommend her. She is also a very nice person.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
