“Kuma stayed at their home for 2 weeks while I traveled away to see family. It was the most lovely experience, and Kuma gets along with their dog Ashford really well. I received many videos and updates every single day, and it made my holiday so much more enjoyable to wake up to many pictures and a story about their day together - they really do go above and beyond, and they took care of Kuma like family, even bathing him when he got dirty and always making sure he was comfortable. Any time they wanted to do something for Kuma like bathe him or take him away on a day trip with everyone, they’d check in with me first and ask if it was okay - I really appreciated this as it shows that they respect my thoughts on his care, and I would say it helped fully earn my trust during his stay! I can see that Kuma’s gotten attached to them, and how happy he looks with Ashford makes me think maybe I need to get a dog for my dog 😂 But in all seriousness, I will be bringing Kuma back whenever everyone’s available as I’ve never seen him so happy away from home before, and I feel like Daniel and Brian are extremely trustworthy and caring sitters! About: I have been caring for various dogs on the Rover app for over a year now. Me and my partner (Sham) have cared for all sorts of breeds ranging from chihuahuas to American Akitas! I take care of my family dog whenever my family requires. I have grown up with dogs since I was about 3 years old as my mum has a huge love for them as well. I grew up with a German Shepherd and a Dachshund. I am more than happy to go for walks as I do like to have any excuse to be active. I used to work from home mostly but have recently changed jobs and required to go to office more frequently. I can adjust my days and my partner also often steps in to provide care during the week when I’m not home. I have a communal outside area where I can take your pet for some outside time. There are a couple parks close-by. One of which is about a 10-15 minute walk away from me and is a great place to have a walk. I live in a flat that has two bedrooms and quite a large space in the hall and living area. We have taken care of a German Shepherd before and she seemed quite happy with the space.

I’m in a spacious flat with no other pets or children - calm, clean, and easy to settle into. I’m also an active runner, so if you have an energetic dog, they’ll be well exercised. I provide regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Special rates are available for longer stays. For boarding, I only accept multiple pets when they come from the same household. I work mostly remotely, so your pet gets consistent company throughout the day. About: Dogs and I go wayyy back. My family started having dogs since I was 11, from one dog initially and four now, we once have 7 of them together. Rather than having the parents mainly care for the dogs (they pay the bills), I was the one who walk, feed, bathe and play with them. I basically spent all of my outside school time with them. Until now I am the one they follow around as long as I’m at home. Not just having our own dogs, we took in stray dogs and put them on adoption, took care of lost dogs we found on street until we found their owners, and I even had chance to help deliver puppies when my dog was giving birth! I’m currently working full time, but my schedule is pretty flexible since I work from home from time to time. I’m mostly in charge of my own time and able to work my schedule around. I am very experienced with dogs. I could understand what the dogs need and easily crate your dogs, putting them on leash, feed and play with them.

About: I've looked after my friend's dog a lot, she is a very reactive rescue dog and took a while to gain and then build trust. It's important to read pet's moods and behaviours and learn their idiosyncrasies so you can give them the best care. I work from home 2x days a week- but these are flexible as to which days. My job isn't demanding as I am in charge of my own time so would have time for lots of cuddles and 3x walks a day. This would encourage me to get out and about and lots of exercise for your pet! Can look after overnight or late nights with notice. If its doggy day care you are after- i can be flexible, happy to negotiate to suite your needs. I live alone in a spacious flat, no pets, so dogs who prefer being with humans would be very welcome. My flat is situated on the 2nd floor but with three walks hopefully they would be tuckered out! They are free to roam around all of the flat and have plenty of blankets for them to snuggle up on.

“Luna stayed with Steph for a couple of days while we were away. With Luna being quite nervous of new people, I am always a little bit anxious when leaving her with somebody for the first time, but I needn't have worried as Steph was brilliant. We had a meet and greet a few days before Luna was due to stay and Steph immediately put me at ease - she didn't try to rush Luna and happily followed our suggestion to ignore her until Luna felt more comfortable with her. Over the weekend we got lots of lovely photos and it was clear that Luna had settled in very quickly! Would highly recommend Steph to anyone and we certainly hope to use her for boarding again!”

They took care of him during one of the worst heatwaves in the UK and were constantly updating us with photos, ones on which you could see him just having the best time, was completely relaxed and as comfortable as he was home (sleeping on their laps, on their bed and looking so happy). He ate a lot which doesn’t happen as often as he can be taken over by some anxiety and not eat his normal amount. They showered him with cuddles and even took him out for a pup cup. Honestly, they made this experience absolutely stress free and quite the opposite - we were so happy he was with them and we will definitely be leaving Harvey with them again. Thank you!!”
