“Harriet is such a star! My dog is very sentimental, she doesn’t like everyone to take her for walks especially particularly about letting the harness on her. I had to emergency travel so I had no choice but ask for help and pray that the person would be able to help and make a bond with Lady in such a short amount of time. Abby is a reliable, conscientious, thoughtful and fun cat sitter whom we’ve been very grateful to for looking after our cats! Both our cats have very different cat-sanalities and yet Abby has been able to not only entertain them on her visits, but train them incredibly quickly! Hannah looked after our cats while we were away for a week, and I can highly recommend her. She is friendly and easy to communicate with, has a lot of sitting experience, and was very attentive to all of our fussy cat parent anxieties! She kept us updated with messages and pictures/videos every day, and we really felt able to switch off and relax while away. We came home to three very cheerful and healthy cats - we wouldn’t hesitate to book Hannah again. So all in all Hannah is a really good sitter and you can book her with confidence.

Xiyuan visited my 2 cats (13 years old) once a day during 1 week. She was very kind, reliable, conscientious and used to cats (also old cats as mines). One of my cats was a bit ill, Xiyuan communicated with me, sent me feedback and gave me informations precisely. She sent me pictures and videos everyday day. I felt very comfortable with her and strongly recommend her. She is also a very nice person.
Zoya was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of our kitten whilst we were away. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
