About: We have both had small and medium sized dogs growing up, including both senior and puppies needing training. We absolutely love looking after our friends dogs. Since we work full-time, we don't have a dog of our own yet—which means when we’re with your pet, they get 100% of our undivided attention, energy, and affection. We both work full-time, so will always make sure our available time is when we are home, giving your pet 100% of our attention when required. We have a fenced 90ft garden so lots of space to run and play fetch. We don't have any pets in our home so if your animal is a little nervous with other animals that's nothing to worry about.

About: I grew up with dogs and from a very young age and have always loved animals. I currently have a 9 year old German Shepherd who I trained from 10 weeks old. I also have a 3 year Presa Canario who I have trained from 12 weeks old. As well as dogs, I had 2 senior cats. Unfortunately one has passed but I still have our 14 year old cat called Poopie. I occasionally check in and look after the pets of my friends and family. I work full time but I am flexible on location therefore I am able to look after and cuddle your furry friend during weekdays. About: I am currently a Uni student that loves animals, while I would love to have some, unfortunately I can't, as I am currently living in accommodation, to get around that I decided to try and find some to take care of! :) I have had a few pets ever since I was little, from hamsters, tortoises, birds, dogs and so on. About: I have loved animals and especially cats since i was around 5-6 years old. I would spend my pocket money on cat food for the strays i had taken in. I have been a cat parent for the last 30 years. After taking my current fur baby in from the streets i have developed an even deeper understanding of cats through trials and errors. I have now learnt to be even more patient and understand how difficult it is to find a really good cat sitter you can use regularly. It’s never easy leaving g your pets with a stranger but Amy was reassuring from the moment we met her. She clearly is a natural with cats as our two girls are both cautious with strangers but in the few days she was caring for them she had made friends with them both. She followed all instructions and spent plenty of time with the cats themselves. We received regular updates and photos which was lovely to know how they were doing while we were away. Amy would certainly be my first choice to look after our cats when looking to go away again.
Cheuk Lee was very attentive to Gandalf, checking daily if he was using the litter as he should. He had blood in his urine once and she kept investigating it everyday! That made me stay at ease as I knew he was in good hands. Communication was spot on too with plenty of pictures. Someone you can trust and I recommend.

We had a great experience with Zahra. She took excellent care of Momo, followed all her routines, and sent regular updates with pictures that gave us real peace of mind. Maureen took great care of Cookie while we were away. She spent lots of time playing with her and also supervised her in the garden so she got some outdoor time. She went above and beyond in terms of Cookie’s care requirements, even helping to remove a matted fur spot on her back. She’s trustworthy and reliable - we will be booking her again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-in visits, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12.00 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our booking protection will kick in. This means you'll get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
