Shania has been incredible. Our boy Ninja is usually very shy and hides from strangers so was expecting not much interaction. We were surprised to see him interacting with Shania and greeting her. She has a way with him and made us feel so happy knowing he was getting social time and not just food etc. Shes a kind caring sitter, sent photos and videos daily, keeping us updated thoroughly. Xiyuan visited my 2 cats (13 years old) once a day during 1 week. She was very kind, reliable, conscientious and used to cats (also old cats as mines). One of my cats was a bit ill, Xiyuan communicated with me, sent me feedback and gave me informations precisely. She sent me pictures and videos everyday day. I felt very comfortable with her and strongly recommend her. She is also a very nice person.
Zoya was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of our kitten whilst we were away. She provided constant updates and photos/ videos so we had total peace of mind that Layla was receiving the best care possible. Layla loved Zoya too and had lots of attention from her. He made daily visits to our two young cats and nothing was a problem even when our water had to get turned off for 5 days due to an issue with boiler in our absence. My female cats took to him instantly. David’s daily summaries and pictures were much appreciated as it felt like I was separated from my babies for so long. Yvonne cared for my cat Mumma when my husband and I were away for a whole week. Yvonne is very friendly and caring. We had a meet and greet beforehand and went through all the details. I could already tell that Mumma is absolutely comfortable with Yvonne. Her energy matches our cat perfectly. Yvonne was always on time and she did a great job with Mumma. She provided lots of photos and videos of each visits and was very responsive so communication was never an issue. Laura was excellent, she was great in communicating with us and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was well cared for during her drop ins. She exceeded our expectations and then some. She also took initiative to learn his routines to help him with his seperation anxiety while we left him alone for thre first time at length. Would highly recommend and use again!
