About: I have always had cats, no dogs as I was working full time. I now own a Cavichon/Beagle as I work part time. I used to volunteer dog socialising up until COVID, but we had to stop then. So I started dog sitting and now sit for 2 Whippets, an Australian Labradoodle, a Boston Terrier and a miniature Dashund. I also walked a Vet students Cockapoo for a year. I am mad about dogs. I lost my two elderly cats. So now I only have my dog, who is very laid back. I am now retired so free to walk and Dog sit Mondays to Fridays, Also some weekend availability. I absolutely love dogs and love walking them. I would take great care of your dog and love playing with them too. I have a secure fenced back garden and access to plenty of parks within 15 minutes walk of my house. I am happy to take dogs in my car if they are used to cars. I just love caring for dogs. I am now retired so I can take bookings Monday to Friday so I will have plenty of time to play and walk your dog. I have a secure back garden and a pet friendly house, pets are allowed on my furniture. If I walk your dog I will keep on a lead, and if I am in your home keep all exits secured.

I also have experience walking and caring for dogs, including regular walks, following lead etiquette, and sticking to established routines. I currently offer a limited number of dog walks alongside my main focus on cat drop-in visits. I fit pet care around my main work schedule, offering cat drop-in visits once a day or every other day, and 1–2 dog walks per week. I plan visits in advance to ensure I arrive on time and can spend focused, calm time with each pet. My availability is limited so that every visit is consistent and stress-free for the pets. In the pet owner’s home, I follow each pet’s routine carefully, ensuring feeding, litter cleaning are done according to instructions. I handle shy or independent pets gently, always letting them approach me at their own pace. I maintain a calm and safe environment, avoiding hazards and minimizing stress. I supervise pets at all times, keep doors and windows secure, and never leave them unattended in risky situations. In my own home (for dog walks or occasional cat care), I keep the space clean, safe, and quiet, providing pets with a comfortable and calm environment. I treat each pet as an individual and prioritize their safety and well-being above all.

About: I love pets and have a small kitten. In my family we have several dogs and cats and I absolutely love them. I have cared for friends pets a few times, both dogs and cats. I would love to help you out and be friend with your pets. I work full time but from home mostly, only go to the office once or twice a week. I have a flexible start in the morning so can walk before 9:30 and finish usually between 4:30-5:30 pm, when again I'd be available. If you live close to my address and could pop by at lunch time as well. I am good at following instructions and will care for your dog as you prefer. I am caring and love a cuddle but if they prefer space that will be respected, I have experience caring for anxious dogs/cats. I can come around whenever needed to feed them, walk them and keep them company for a while.

About: My brother's German Shepherd, Finn, I have looked after recently for six days while he had an eye infection. Finn is also a rescue with an anxiety condition and so needed medication administered. I also have experience with puppies as well. I feel therefore with my experience and calm demeanour I am a good pet-sitter. It also brings me great joy and contentment to be around pets. It is currently my only method of income, so I have a lot of availability in terms of schedule. This means that unless I have other jobs lined-up or a holiday for example, I will be completely free to care for your pet. In the pet's home I would be with the pet for as long as they needed, whether that meant constantly or only a little bit throughout the day. I also have experience of addressing health needs, and so would be very vigilant with that if needed. Overall I am always contented to be around pets, so would give them one hundred percent of my attention one hundred percent of the time.

About: Growing up, my family always had rescue dogs - each with their own unique story and challenges. Over the years, we fostered a wide variety of dogs, many of whom needed both physical rehabilitation and behavioural support. From tiny Chihuahuas to big-hearted Rottweilers, no breed or size ever put us off! I’ve spent my whole life caring for dogs — walking, minding, and supporting those with special physical or medical needs. Between December 2022 and December 2024, I worked as a staff member at Pups Yoga, where we cared for puppies aged 7–13 weeks during classes. During this time, I gained hands-on experience with early canine training and puppy first aid. My love for dogs has always been a big part of who I am. I have a natural way with them, and judging by their wagging tails and cuddles, the feeling is definitely mutual! ❤️ I’m also fully DBS checked and insured to look after your beloved fur babies. Most recently, I’ve adopted my own rescue dog, Muffin, from Cyprus — he’s been an amazing addition to my life and a daily reminder of why I love what I do. 🐶✨ I am currently on a career break, which allows me to provide full time, attentive care for your doggies in my home throughout the day. I live in a ground floor maisonette with a good sized, enclosed garden. I live with just my husband, my pet tortoise Clive (who is fenced off above doggy reach), and my recent addition, my pup Muffin. I live opposite a large field, and 5 min walk from a large dog park. I have my own insurance and am able to provide references from various dog owners!

About: My Dalmatian, Jack went to the Rainbow Bridge 14 days before Christmas 2024. It broke me completely. I have had to say goodbye to many over the years, but there was something about Jack that left me reeling for months. Caring for a pet is one of life’s most rewarding responsibilities, offering unconditional love, companionship, joy and laughter. Pets are not just something that we own, they are part of our family and deserve all the love, respect and as much attention as possible. I am called Nanny Biscuits because all the dogs in my family know that I am going to give them loads of cuddles and doggy biscuits if they are allowed. I am aware that not all dogs are allowed to have treats for various reasons and I am very comfortable with that. Your wishes for your pet have to be respected. I have found that if I look after a pet in my home, it is good to have a blanket or item of clothing from you that has the familiar smell of you and the home the pet lives in. Comfort items boost emotional safety and comfort which every pet needs if they are in unfamiliar surroundings. I work full time, Monday - Friday. I work from home on a Monday and a Friday. My job does not give me annual leave, but we get "vacation time". I have 3 weeks off over Christmas. Two weeks off at Easter and a week off for Whitsun. I am available throughout the summer from the last working day in July until the first working day in October. I do have "vacation duty" for two weeks this September from 14th September - 21st September. I am happy to care for your pet in my home or yours, or, wherever you pet feels safe and comfortable. Morning, afternoon and evening walks are always on the agenda, I enjoy dog walking, and I am also content with a dog that does not need as much exercise as others.
