About: I have taken care of animals my whole life, I have had a whole different variety of animals from dogs to parrots to an African Pygmy hedgehog, I studied animal management at college including animal behaviour and I have had work experience at kennels and pets at home, I moved to London in 2025 and up until that point I have always had animals around me so I miss having a connection with animals, I have a dog who’s living back at my parents house in Somerset as I couldn’t bring him with me and he has 2 other friends with him who he grew up with so I felt it was unfair of me to take him away from them, I have experience walking dogs of all sizes from my dog (British bulldog/shar pei) to pugs and even walk with 5+ greyhounds at one point, I love animals with my whole heart and I would love to be able to take care of your animal for you! I don’t currently have any pets due to the landlord not allowing us to have pets! I miss being able to care for animals and have a connection with them which I would hope to be able to do with your animals! I have a fenced detached garden which is available to use for a run around and I also have a large park next doors which would be suitable for use!
About: I’ve cared for dogs of many breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and I truly treat every dog like family. I have experience with larger, active breeds like German Shepherds, gentle and affectionate breeds like Cocker Spaniels, and breeds that need extra care and attention, such as French Bulldogs. I’m very mindful of individual needs, routines, and personalities, whether that’s energetic playtime, calm companionship, or lots of cuddles. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, administering basic medication if needed, leash walking, and keeping dogs safe and happy at all times. I’m patient, attentive, and great at picking up on dogs’ moods and body language, which helps them feel relaxed and secure quickly. I always keep pet parents updated with messages and photos, so you can feel completely at ease while your dog is in my care. Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority. I’m currently not working, which means I have plenty of time, flexibility, and attention to fully focus on caring for your dog. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, allowing me to stick closely to your dog’s usual schedule for walks, feeding, playtime, and rest. I’m available on weekdays, and I can provide frequent check-ins, companionship, and supervision throughout the day so your dog is never left feeling lonely or rushed. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities. I follow any instructions you provide carefully and make sure routines are kept consistent to help dogs feel secure and relaxed. I keep a calm, clean, and dog-friendly environment, supervise interactions closely, and ensure dogs are always safely leashed during walks. I’m attentive to body language, energy levels, and individual needs, and I’m happy to accommodate crate training, special feeding routines, or medications if needed. I also keep pet parents updated with regular messages and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while your dog is in my care.
About: Hi, I’m Krishna! I’m a huge animal lover with a genuine passion for caring for dogs. I grew up with two amazing dogs who mean the world to me. Since getting married last year, I’ve moved in with my husband and his parents, so my dogs have stayed at my family home with my mum. I miss them every day, which inspired me to start dog walking and pet visits so I can continue spending time with dogs doing something I love. I’m also passionate about animal welfare and support causes such as Guide Dogs and Rescue Paws, helping to feed and care for stray dogs whenever I can. I work from home, so I’m very flexible with my availability, and I’m lucky to have several lovely parks nearby for enjoyable walks. I’m patient, caring and attentive, and I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit or some playtime and company, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy and well cared for. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos, so you can have complete peace of mind while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your furry friend and give them the love, care and attention they deserve! 🐾 I work from home full time with flexible hours which means I can provide pet care in the mornings, lunch time and evenings 7 days a week. I’ll ensure all doors are shut securely so the dogs can’t run away and there are no hazardous obstacles in the way that could cause harm.
About: I’ve been loving animals since childhood. I had taken care of a cocker spaniel for a friend for three years and also a few lovely cats occasionally. Friends comment me as responsible and trustworthy. I have a flexible work schedule so I have plenty of time to take care of your cats or play with your dogs. I can drop in for your pets or walk your dog. Currently I can drop in to take care of your cats and dogs or I can pick up your dogs for walking. I enjoy both staying indoors and outdoor activities. Your pets will know I genuinely love them.

“This is the second time we've used Tara and she was fantastic again! Very communicative and provided us with lots of pictures of Smokey while we were away. She even tided up in the flat which was way above and beyond what we expected. Will definitely book again. ”

About: I’ve been around pets my whole life and am very comfortable with both cats and dogs of various ages and temperaments. For family and friends, I’ve looked after a range of pets including a super active Australian shepherd puppy, a very sweet, but anxious yellow lab, an elderly cockapoo, and several sassy but lovable cats. I work full-time in social media marketing, with two work from home days a week that are quite flexible, so I’m happy to schedule my week to spend the most time possible with your pets. For longer sits, I would need to look after pets that are happy to stay at home on my office days. I am happy to follow any guidelines you have for keeping your pet safe and comfortable, whether that’s crating them, keeping them out of certain areas of your home, or caring for their specific needs.

About: Reliable, gentle and experienced pet carer. I’ve looked after dogs for years, handling feeding, play, routines and updates. Pets stay safe, calm and happy with me. I’m fully working from home with a flexible schedule, so I’m available to walk dogs throughout the day. I can give pets plenty of attention, playtime and companionship, with no children at home and a quiet environment. My home is quiet and cosy, with no kids around, so pets settle in easily. Since I work from home full‑time, I’m able to give them plenty of attention, walks, playtime and gentle supervision. I always make sure they feel relaxed, secure and loved while you’re away.
“Thank you Rachel and Mike for looking after my babies for this days. I strongly recommend this couple, very responsible and caring. Following the instructions as agreed and beyond. Keep it up and we’ll request your services soon x”

About: Experienced with Poodles, Cavapoos and French Bulldogs. I work from home, offering constant companionship, personalised care, multiple walks and regular photo updates throughout every stay. I’m a caring, reliable and experienced dog lover who understands how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. I regularly help care for a poodle, previously had a Cavapoo of my own, and have also looked after my friend’s French Bulldog, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, routines and needs. I work from home full-time, which means I have excellent availability throughout the week and can give your dog plenty of attention and companionship. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and can enjoy regular toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles and multiple walks throughout the day. When your dog stays with me, you can expect a calm, safe and loving home environment where they will be treated as part of the family. I’ll follow their usual feeding, walking and sleeping routine as closely as possible, including any specific instructions you provide. I’m also happy to send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your dog is settled, happy and being well cared for. Whether your dog enjoys long walks and lots of playtime or prefers a quieter day with company and cuddles, I’ll adapt their stay to suit their individual personality and needs. I work from home full-time, so pet care fits naturally into my routine, with regular toilet breaks, playtime, companionship and several daily walks when needed. I provide a calm, clean and loving environment, follow each owner’s instructions carefully, maintain normal routines and supervise pets closely throughout their entire stay here.
“Bridget has been paying drop-visits to my elderly Shitzu. She was caring and it is obvious that she loves dogs. Bridget is always willing to help, understanding, and I strongly recommend her.”

About: I provide structured, reliable dog walking in the Harrow area, tailored to each dog’s energy level, temperament, and routine needs. I’m equally comfortable with high energy dogs that need a good run and structured exercise, as well as nervous or reactive dogs who benefit from calm, steady handling and predictable walks. I adapt my approach depending on what your dog needs on the day. Walks are primarily in safe, quiet green spaces and natural routes, giving dogs a chance to explore, decompress, and return home settled rather than overstimulated. I focus on consistency, safety, and clear communication. I’m punctual, attentive, and always mindful of leash control, recall habits, and each dog’s individual behaviour patterns. Whether your dog needs, a fast paced walk, structured exercise, or a calm sensory walk, I adjust accordingly. I stay calm and observant with dogs, especially in unpredictable environments. I don’t rush walks unnecessarily, but I can match higher energy levels when needed for younger or active dogs. My approach is steady, responsive, and focused on keeping dogs engaged and secure throughout the walk. If you’re looking for a dependable local walker who can adapt to your dog’s personality and energy level while prioritising safety and routine, message me for a free meet and greet. I regularly make trips to Rickmansworth to walk friends through Croxley Hall Woods, and closer to home I alternate between Headstone Park and Harrow Recreation Ground. Proper green space, not just pavements. I call all dogs puppies. Every single one. And the only time you'll catch me on my phone is to take photos of them. I'm not a militant walker. Sniffing is actively encouraged. A walk isn't just exercise, it's information gathering, and puppies deserve time to read the world at their own pace. If your dog has homework from obedience school, bring it on. I'm happy to practise commands and routines on our walks. On days I'm home working on music or sound design, my visiting puppies are right here on the couch, very much entertained of course. No unattended guests here, ever. Honestly, I need these walks as much as the dogs do. This isn't a side hustle I picked up last week. It's just how I live. My home is calm, clean and pup friendly. Puppies have access to fresh filtered water at all times. Food and medication go straight into my calendar so nothing is ever late or missed. Your dog eats and takes their meds exactly when they're used to, no exceptions. New puppies don't just get dropped into a group. Introductions always happen on neutral ground first. I watch how they interact before anyone comes home with me, and if I ever feel uncomfortable with a dog's behaviour around others, they become a solo visitor. The safety of animal already in my care comes first. I don't allow unattended roaming in my home. Puppies are supervised throughout the day. I take a five minute break every twenty five minutes. This is when I practise tricks, hand out focused cuddles and love on my pups. Bathroom breaks are on lead. No unsupervised outdoor time. My nearest vet is 600 metres away and I can be there in under six minutes on foot. I know exactly where I'm going if I ever need to move quickly. I keep owners updated with photos and messages throughout the day. You won't be left wondering how your dog is doing.

About: I have been around dogs and cats since childhood and have many years of hands-on experience caring for pets. I am especially comfortable with medium, large and giant dogs, and I understand the importance of calm, confident handling and following each owner’s routine. I have cared for dogs for extended periods and have had my own cat, Kicia, for the past ten years. I can provide dog walks and drop-in visits, including feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, playtime and companionship. I always follow instructions carefully and will send regular updates and photos. I understand that every animal has a different personality, so I take a patient, calm and respectful approach to each pet. I am usually available for dog walks and drop-in visits from Monday to Friday, mainly between 11am and 3pm. However, my availability can be flexible, especially for local bookings, so please feel free to message me if you need a different time. I may also be able to accept early morning, later afternoon or same-day bookings depending on the day and location. I will always follow the owner’s instructions carefully and respect their home and their pet’s usual routine. Before accepting a new booking, I prefer to discuss the pet’s behaviour, needs and any important safety information. During walks and visits, I will keep pets secure, supervised and comfortable, and I will send updates and photos after each service.

Giuseppina has been caring for dogs for over 9 years—looking after pets for friends, families, and as a freelance dog sitter. Together, we live with our two-year-old French Bulldog, July, who’s full of energy, incredibly friendly, and loves spending time with other dogs. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, playtime in the park, or relaxed walks, your dog will be welcomed into a warm, calm, and dog-friendly home where they’ll be treated like one of our own. We can’t wait to welcome your dog into our home! 🐶❤️ 🕒 My Schedule & Daily Routine I work from home most of the week, which means your dog will never be left alone. I’m also off on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekends are all about spending quality time with pups! I take my dog out three times a day — in the morning, afternoon, and again before bedtime. On sunny days, I love heading to the park for longer walks, fresh air, and fun play sessions. Whether it’s a calm stroll or some zoomies in the grass, your dog will be part of my routine and treated like family every step of the way. I believe dogs thrive with attention, love, and structure — and that’s exactly what I offer every day. 🐾🌞 🔒 Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. I live in a secure, pet-friendly home with no hazards and plenty of space for your dog to relax and feel at ease. My neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by green spaces, perfect for peaceful walks and outdoor time. About: I am a full time university student studying Fine Art at Westminster University, looking for some summer work while I am on my break. I have such a deep loving for cats, which comes from having had 5 cats as pets over my lifetime so far, however they are at my parents and so I would love to fill this cat shaped gap!

About: I love dogs and have done since I was little. I have owned two in the past but do not have one at the moment and I miss canine company. I love the honesty and loyalty of dogs and would welcome your furry pal as part of our family. Dogs seem to know I am friendly and are friendly back to me. Our home is the bottom half of a detached Edwardian house in a quiet road and has an enclosed back garden. We have plenty of room for dog company, with only three of us living here. About five minutes' walk away is Harrow Recreation Ground which is large and great for a good exercise session. There are also plenty of other parks and walks within easy driving distance. I'm mainly at home and work part-time around my pet-sitting commitments. My husband and daughter are also here a lot of the time, so there is always plenty of attention for the doggies! We have a fenced garden with a lawn and paved patio area. We are out the back a lot in the summer when the weather is nice.
About: Over the years I've dabbled in almost everything regarding canine care, be it working at daycares or grooming salons, training, hydrotherapy, rehab, puppy raising, and senior care. Having a large aging dog pushed me more towards hydro, rehab, and senior care, but I adore pups of all ages and sizes, regardless of whether we're just chilling together or doing some training to bond! Dog care is my full time job; I dedicate most of my time and energy into multiple dogs-- mine, and other people's! I've made a career out of this for over a decade, and don't plan on leaving this industry. I've got three dogs, two of whom are trained AAI dogs with plenty of experience being around dogs of different ages, sizes, and temperament. The last one is a goofy puppy who's happily learning! I live in a two-floor flat within a gated community, and we have a fenced garden. I am also a trained canine/small animal hydrotherapist and know pet first aid.

Tracey looked after our cats for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I haven't ever been so relaxed leaving them! Our cats are quite nervous, especially with new people, but Tracey worked her magic and had a new bestie by the end of it. We got updates and photos everyday which really gave me peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tracey again or to recommend her to anyone else looking for a reliable cat sitter. Thank you again for everything Tracey!
This is the second time ‘Aunty’ Anji has looked after our 3 naughty Kits. They were thoroughly spoiled and we came back to 3 happy chilled cats who did not miss us one bit! I absolute recommend Anji who goes above and beyond including wonderful photos of their shenanigans.
A lovely lady. My cats are very suspicious of people, but Storm took to Ksenia very quickly. Breeze a little later. Her careful approach and gentle persona soon soon them over in no time. I received regular updates on them, as well as photos, which took away the story of how they were getting on. I would recommend Ksenia to sit for your 🐈/ 🐈 🐈

Thank you so much Tara for taking such great care of Minx and my new kitten, Socks. It felt very reassuring to know that you were able to spend time with my cats. As before, you showed my cats great care and affection and spent time checking they were fed and watered, litter tray cleared and pkayed in the garden. Loved watching the video clips back after I got home from work. Made me smile and laugh! Thank you again, much appreciated. Marie Callanan

Terri has been AMAZING! She was meticulous in her updates and the most important thing is we came back to a VERY happy cat! I can tell he loved her. Will definitely be asking for Terri’s help again. I highly recommend Terri to anyone who is looking for a trusted, responsible and cat-fan cat sitter.

Kat was wonderful with Beau, visiting him twice a day, spending time with him to keep him company and sending us lovely pictures and videos. She also kindly looked after our greenhouse plants and veg plot in scorchingly hot weather and did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend her and use her again.

Thank you Evelyne for looking after Christy. I really appreciated the daily contact with detailed updates and pictures. When I returned home Christy was relaxed and happy so I know she was in good hands. I would not hesitate to re-book and would highly recommend Evelyne to anyone.

Roxane was lovely to meet and the perfect partner for our cat Alfie while we were away. She did everything we asked for in terms of food and water, medication and litter and spent time bonding with Alfie too. Daily updates per visit were fantastic and everything was clean and tidy when we returned. If you're thinking of booking her, do it!

Millie is such a lovely sitter, she really looked after Cleopatra very well, and I came back to a very happy and content cat. Millie also sent me pictures of Cleo, which put my mind at ease and I was able to enjoy my nephew’s wedding knowing my fur baby was in such good hands. I will definitely ask Millie to look after Cleo next time I travel. Thank you so much Millie!

Tsvetelina is absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Before the booking even started, she took the time to come and meet my cat, which made both me and my cat feel much more comfortable. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. During every visit, she completed everything I asked, including changing the water, refilling the food, cleaning the litter box, and making sure everything was tidy. She also paid attention to the little details, like checking if the weather was too hot and making sure my cat was comfortable. I especially appreciated the detailed updates after every visit. She always sent videos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She also spent time playing with my cat and was incredibly patient and friendly, rather than just stopping by to complete the tasks. I truly felt that my cat was in the best hands. I highly recommend Tsvetelina to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring pet sitter. I will definitely book with her again in the future!

Maria is not only a cat sitter but a very caring, responsible & loving human being who goes above & beyond to make sure your cat & house is safe & looked after well. I have used her services for my cat many times before & will continue using her. Highly recommended. Thank you Maria for all your love to my Cat.
Janice was wonderful. My cats are quite scared as they are rescues from the RSPCA and had difficult starts in life but she even managed to get them to venture out to see her. Pics were sent and daily updates. Everything was neat and tidy and the cats are happy. Highly recommend and will definitely use her again.

I can’t even begin to thank Ingryd for taking all the stress out of leaving your fur baby at home! She popped in every evening to check on our cat, emptied her litter box, gave treats, and even added ice cubes to her water fountain! Ingryd also watered our plants, and brought in parcels that had been left outside. We won’t hesitate to get in contact next time we go on holiday, and we can’t thank you enough! :)

It was our first time meeting Cathy, and those two weeks were wonderful. We had complete peace of mind. Today is her last day.🥲 Our cat was a bit shy (perhaps a little too much), and Cathy gave him the space he needed. I am so grateful.✨ She was very kind, knowledgeable, and excellent with timing. She kept us fully updated at all times with messages and photos. Thank you for everything; to anyone in need of a sitter—Cathy was absolutely fantastic, without a doubt! 🙏🏻

If you live in a flat, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or lift etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
