About: I’ve grown up around dogs, they have always been a part of my family, we currently have two and one is a rescue. But since moving out of my family home I really miss having dogs around which is why I’m more than happy to help out looking after others! I often help out with friends and families dogs too from walking to house sitting whilst on holiday. They all range in size and age so I have varied experience with all different dogs. I currently work as a surveyor but I have the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week so plenty of time to help with your dogs. I’m usually not available on Tuesday and Thursdays, and If I’m not available on the weekends this will be shown in my calendar. I keep my calendar kept as up to date as possible. Looking after dogs in the owners house, I will be able to follow advice and rules of their house as I’ve done this multiple times with friends/ families dogs. I basically mirror the routine that the owner follows so the dog can be relaxed as possible.
About: As someone who grew up with at least one pet in the house (dogs, cats, birds, lizards, and fish), I have a lifelong love of animals and genuinely enjoy caring for them. About: I have raised and cared for two Labradors since I was 11 years old including walking, feeding and training. I love spending time with all dog breeds and have experience with caring for young and old dogs alike and all ages in between. I am always the friend that stops on the road to say hello to a passing dog! I work from home 3 days a week so am able to dog sit and walk during these days. I also work locally so can walk dogs before or after work on the days I do go into the office. I can be flexible. Our home is very close to Clarence park, which is a very friendly area for dog walking. I have a car so can take to a number of different parks or woods, which is my idea of a good walk! About: I have grown up with dogs (of all sizes!) from birth and have taken care of neighbours, family members and friends’ dogs since a teenager. I’ve also looked after dogs on BorrowMyDoggy when I lived in London. I’m a confident carers of all dog breeds and sizes! I work from home part of the week so have plenty of time to play with and walk dogs/ puppies. I’m available for boarding from Friday through to Monday - I spend most my weekends walking into town, in the garden, or going to parks so your dog will be well stretched and looked after. I have a fenced garden, a bigger shared garden behind my fence, and Clarence Park is on my doorstep. I have a good sized front living room, long hallway and doors that open out into the garden from the end room so your dog will have lots of space to roam around as they please.

Typically drop-ins are 30 minutes and walks are 1 hour, but I can be totally flexible to your dog’s needs! For day care, I own my house with a safe and secure garden. I work from home so am always present and am able to give them unlimited attention. I cannot drive, but am a keen walker so can come to you, meet in town, or you can drop your dog to me. For overnight boarding, I only take one dog at a time to ensure the very best experience. My dog Barney is a 9 year old Cocker Spaniel and he is very friendly, calm, and reads other dogs well. He will join us for walks and will be in the house for boarders, so it’s the perfect set up if you are hoping to socialise your dog. He is fully vaccinated and neutered and I ask the same of your dog too please. I will introduce him during our meet and greet to see if we and the pups get along to reassure us all :)

Boarding over the weekend is no problem and for all day care I’d be taking your pooch of 2-3 walks a day if that suits the dog. Of course if elderly and needs shorter/less walks that’s not a problem! Our garden is completely fenced of with no means of escape! Our home is around 1,000 sq ft mid-terrace. We have no problem with dogs going upstairs but of course if this is against what they do at home, we will enforce any rules you have for them so we don’t undo any training!

About: I have had all types of dogs throughout my life from little to large with different temperaments. I understand how to handle different types of dogs and will be on hand throughout for any of their needs. I work from home full time and am mum to an energetic bubbly Cockapoo called max. As I work from home I can attend for all doggy needs and am available for lots of walks around the local park which is just across the road and if your dog likes to swim and splash in water just like my doggy then there is lots of places around for this. I was very impressed and pleased after Sam looked after Heidi for a week in which being the first time having Sam She was very professional,sent me video/photos/messages keeping me updated everyday. Sam done an amazing job at keeping Heidi as cool as possible in the awful heatwave even though She liked to play and be brushed. I would definitely use Sam again as left my home clean and tidy and one happy cat.
Absolutely fantastic - I would happily work with Carla again. She was incredibly communicative throughout, sending photos and videos after each visit, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Lucy is the first person I’ve ever trusted with my cat whilst I’ve been away and I was quite nervous at first . However she responded quickly to my enquiry and instantly put me at ease . Helen looked after my two cats while I was on holiday. She quickly became best friends with them, despite their cautious nature - we got lots of photos of belly rubs and cuddles. We came home to two happy cats 🙂 Would definitely recommend and will be using her again!
Fiona kindly came to my rescue with only a few days notice. Ahead of her ‘dropping in’ on my dogs she was extremely approachable in all her messages as well as reassuring. On the day, my timings changed and upon letting Fiona know we’d left later than expected, she very kindly adjusted her schedule to make her visit later than originally requested. She clearly spent the whole 30 minutes with my two pups and got to know their personalities very quickly. I would happily invite Fiona to tend to any of our pets again in the future.
