Haiqing is so accommodating and really loves animals. She was brilliant with my Labrador and being the first time with her , she really took the care to make sure Mochi was comfortable and happy. She also updated me regularly with photos and info on the day. It is rare for my lab to bond so quickly but she did with Haiqing
Haiqing has been absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough! She has been so reliable and a real life saver when we’ve needed a cat sitter, even when it has been last minute. She also has been super with our cat and I never have to worry about him when we are away.
This was my first time using Rover. I was pretty apprehensive, but Heidi was great - very responsive throughout our time away, proactive about keeping our cats safe during the heatwave and reassuring us with lots of photos and messages. We arrived home to happy cats. Thank you!

Schedule
I am studying online and occasionally do some part time work.I have got plenty of time to play with pets. I am so proud that I have trained my cat to use the toilet on top of the toilet seat.

A typical day
There are many parks near my home, which is very convenient, and I'm more than happy to take the dog out to play. I also have some ball toys to play with the dog.
