I am beyond pleased with the service I have received this week whilst I have been away from Heidi. She has been exemplary and looked after my normally scared/nervous cat excellently. She sent regular updates and went above and beyond to make sure my cat was looked after. I will definitely be using her again. Haiqing did a wonderful job taking care of our cat Barney. This was the first time using the in-house service and everything went very smoothly. Communication was great and our family loved seeing photos of Barney every day. It was great knowing he was at home in his surroundings and had visits and cuddles while we were away. Schedule
I am studying online and occasionally do some part time work.I have got plenty of time to play with pets. I am so proud that I have trained my cat to use the toilet on top of the toilet seat.

A typical day
There are many parks near my home, which is very convenient, and I'm more than happy to take the dog out to play. I also have some ball toys to play with the dog.
