We had Krystal come and look after our cat for a few days and we are very glad we did. Hera is a rescue and complicated, but Krystal was lovely with her, so Hera (who is not a sociable cat, to put it mildly) absolutely adored her and came down to see her when she turned up – I can’t stress enough how much this says about Krystal’s care of her! Hera was on tablets and Krystal followed the schedule to the letter and we were very happy with the way she managed the care. She was also proactive, bringing our bins in, although we hadn’t asked or expected her to do this. What really makes her a special person to look after your cat, however, is her updates. She is so descriptive of what she’s seen and done and how Hera was, you can definitely picture exactly what is happening and it’s very reassuring. We can’t recommend her highly enough. I think Hera is sad we’re back 😊
Susanna is a fantastic cat sitter! She sent us lots of photos and videos when we were away and kept us updated on the cats’ wellbeing. She was so helpful when we had some concerns about one of the cats spending a lot of time outside. Vince and Howard really took to her and she spent lots of time playing and cuddling with them. I would definitely recommend Susanna for cat sitting and completely trust her with my babies!

She was super prompt to reply to the initial request and to get the meet-up/key handover in the diary - all of which immediately put our minds at rest.
