I cannot recommend Roxanne highly enough! She has looked after my dog Alby twice now and both times have been absolutely brilliant. From the moment I left him with her, it was clear she genuinely cares — she was super attentive, proactive with updates, and made sure Alby felt completely at home. He came back happy, relaxed and tail-wagging, which says it all really! It's such a relief to find someone you can truly trust with your fur baby. Roxanne was an absolute godsend and I am so grateful we booked her to look after Pippin for the duration of our time away! Pippin tends to be shy and reserved but he warmed up to her quickly and we recieved some lovely update from her about his time with her. She kept to his feeding schedule really well, and we would definitely recommend her!
Roxanne was great taking my dog Maple for walks last week. She was available for a video call for a last minute booking, she communicated well and asked about Maple so she could provide for her needs. She kept me up to date and Maple seemed to enjoy spending time with her, I would definitely book again.
Roxanne is a highly reliable and likeble soul. She bonded immediately with my two cats and even managed to win over the one who is very timid. She sent me videos of both cats receiving lots of attention which was so lovely and reassuring to see. If would have no hesitation in recommending Roxanne.
