About: Hi! My name is Gabby and I’m a newly qualified vet living in Hatfield. I love all animals and I’m very experienced working with and caring for dogs and cats. I’ve grown up with dogs and I have a very active 2 year old Labrador at home who loves long walks and playing with his ball! My flatmate at university has an elderly cocker spaniel who I’ve helped look after for 2 years so I’m comfortable looking after all sorts of dogs with different temperaments and needs. I’m also able to administer any medications your pet may need whilst you are away. I have variable availability during the week and weekends, although I may need to leave in the day for a couple of hours. I’m very happy to house sit for up to a week, and available for dog walking and doggy day care. I am very flexible for July and August and available for most weekdays and weekends with notice. I am able to dedicate the majority of the day to your pet and fit in to their needs. Having worked with dogs and cat for over 5 years, I have lots of experience with different temperaments of pets. I’m confident administering any medications that they may need and with give them however much exercise they require. I will try as best I can to make your pet comfortable in their own home and fit into their routine!

About: I have taken care of dogs since very young. Starting with a family dog, a border collie, who we were lucky enough to have from a pup to 14! To now, I have a 3 year old vizlsa who I have had since 9weeks.. I have trained him since he was a tiny puppy and now have my very own Velcro dog! However if your fur baby prefers to be the only pet, I have my parents living local that love to take care of my Barney. I also look after friends dogs when they are away, these range in size and age from a 8 year old kelpie to a 2 year old cocker poo. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, and will welcome them into my home like they are my own 🐶 I currently work as a serving firefighter, my shift pattern allows me a lot of time off. However each week is not the same for me, I work an 8 day rotation so each week is slightly different. Please feel free to message me with queries. I have a small securely fenced garden. I also have 3 different walks on my doorstep, some of which are very quiet! I also have a large crate/ bed that can be used if you wish.

About: I’ve always been around dogs especially growing up with our family dog and rescuing my gorgeous labradoodle Bumble who we’ve had for a year now. About: I love all animals, but most of my experience is with cats. That being said, I’ve cared for many dogs in the past, as well as other small animals such as hamsters. I do my best to match the energy I get from the animals. If they are shy and quiet, I won’t push them to the point of discomfort. Equally if they are playful and cuddly, they will get as much cuddles and playtime as they need! I am currently on maternity leave with my 3 month old baby, and we go on walks multiple times a day, so would be great to take a pet with us! If not a walk, I have plenty of time each day to feed pets/provide company! My approach is to match the energy the pet gives me; I won’t push a pet out of their comfort zone, and will respect their wishes as much as possible.
