About: I have experience caring for many animals including dogs, cats and tortoises through sites such as Borrow my doggy and Trusted House Sitters. Additionally, I have looked after animals with complex needs, requiring regular medicine doses and hand feeding. About: I am currently a vet student and my whole world revolves around animals. I have done dog sitting and walking for 5 years now and love it! I am passionate to provide the most loving care for all animals with constant play and cuddles. Due to being a vet student I am in class every week day but I am very happy to spend my time in the evenings and weekends looking after your pets as well as during breaks and holidays. I have done housesitting various times, sometimes for a day and other times up to a week. About: Lucky enough to have grown up with a miniature schnauzer, teaching him agility skills and tricks as a puppy through to adult also experiencing his transition into senior adult. He passed 6 years ago, but that’s only made me love and appreciate dogs even more <3. Have dog sat little furry friends through to big dogs (such as rottweilers) I currently work full time, working from home Mondays and Fridays. My office is based in Welwyn Garden city and I am there from Tuesday through to Thursday but go out at lunch time and post work for walkies!! “Victoria is very professional, friendly and a lovely person at the same time. We met with Victoria before the booking, she took notes of everything regarding Buddy and his needs. She took a great care of him and went above the beyond. Unfortunately Buddy has upset stomach on that day, so he needed potty breaks very often. Victoria provided the needed breaks for him, also she was making sure to keep Buddy hydrated, and she was sending me regular updates. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
