I have an up to date DBS check and am fully insured with Protectivity. I volunteered for animal charity The Cinnamon Trust for over 13 years where I assisted elderly/disabled owners with their pet care needs. I had a great time providing a friendly and trustworthy service for people and their pets, enabling them to stay together, minimizing their stress. For a couple of years, I held both paid & volunteer roles as a live in caretaker, gardener and cook in retreat centres in the UK and France where I looked after the resident cats too. From Gail Aylward at Moulin de Chaves retreat centre: 'Rebecca stayed with us as a volunteer at our retreat centre in SW France. She was a steady and reliable person, and we felt happy to have our centre and our cat, looked after by her.' I absolutely love taking care of cats so decided to extend my love of animals (and people!) to a pet sitting service now I'm living back with family in Chesham Bois. Alongside my cat sitting duties, I spend my time honing my writing, art and calligraphy skills, working from home. I have a daily meditation, yoga and Tai Chi habit. Animals seem to pick up on this grounded energy that I bring with me, resulting in calm and happy customers. I have studied pet sitting, cat nutrition/health, feline behaviour & psychology and pet first aid courses through the Academy of Health and Fitness. I regularly liaise with Rover Support to ensure I am offering great service and in line with company protocols. *** Available weekdays, weekends and school holidays (last minutes too!)***. Drop-ins to be completed by around 6:30 pm. In addition to drop-ins ( Amersham, Chesham Bois, Chesham), I am available for house sitting for regular drop-in clients (subject to my availability) and new clients upon request. I always prioritise cat sitting as it's the greatest job in the world! I am happy to step in for one-offs when your usual sitter is unavailable. Holiday rates apply. Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & Day and Easter Sunday are £34 per 30 min drop in (limited local availability) and £75 base rate for house sitting (not available house sitting 19-27th December as booked up). Available for nearby drop-in requests (Chesham Bois) from 24th-27th December (30 mins only) and drop-ins from 19th-23rd in and around Amersham (not Chesham). Experienced with many Pedigree cat breeds including Ragdolls, British Shorthairs, Scottish Folds, Persians, Russian Blues and also regular moggies too. I can discuss your requirements first in an online Zoom meeting or at an in-person free meet and greet at the Chiltern Lifestyle Centre to see if I am a good fit for you and your cat. If all is well, I will arrange a free meet and greet in your home to meet your cat(s) and go over the routines there before confirming the booking. I have taxi numbers saved on my phone, which is fully charged during drop-ins in case of emergencies and I have family members local I can call in case of emergency too for extra support.

About: I’ve taken care of many of cats and dogs in my time. Having my uncles dog comes round for play dates and even long stays. My dog gets the best care :) I am currently working part time. Free everyday but Thursdays and Fridays, i can do anytime before 4 on a friday. The weekends i can do. I have a massive garden all fenced off and dog safe. I will listen to the owners needs and enquiries. Make sure everything is safe.

I am kind, attentive and caring, as well as energetic and love to play, so your beloved pet will never feel bored or alone. I can cater to any need you have for your pet and I love to send you photos of our time together so that you can trust that your pet is having a great time. I look forward to hearing from you :) I work on Monday’s to Wednesday’s, however a Monday is a work from home day and so if your pet requires a visit, house care or a walk, I am more than able to cater to this! I am at university studying my masters on Thursday evenings and so I cannot commit from Thursday 2pm onwards. Fridays to Sundays are open all day / night. I cater to your pet’s every needs when house sitting at your home. I ensure they are not able to escape through the front door and I am incredibly vigilant whenever I am with your pet. I also keep an eye on them during feeding times to ensure they are safe and do not choke. I am also incredibly kind towards animals - I love them so much! And so your furry friend will never feel alone. I’m energetic and full of fun, so they will also have a great time playing with me, as I will with them :)

About: I have had a lovely little dog for the last 15 years who sadly passed away early in 2024. I now visit friends with dogs all the time and dog sit when they are at events. I am free and able to be with the dogs that visit all day every day. Love having doggy company and getting to know new characters. I often sit dogs for friends on their home and my own.
