From making the enquiry, she was really responsive and we agreed an initial meet, so her and her family could meet Bruce, this went well so we agreed the dates. I dropped Bruce off, and Leann already had experience with large breeds and e collar training. This really put me at ease when I left! She sent .e regulat daily updates and photos sp I could see how settled bruce was with them. Wheb i arrived to collect him, he was playing with Leannes son in the garden, really happy. About: I’ve had dogs and cats around me since I was a kid, and for years that meant two big dogs and three cats of my own. When I lost them, I missed having that presence and routine in the house, so I started sitting for friends and family. Now I’ve decided to open that up to more people. My wife works from home full time, and I’m remote when needed too, so your pet is genuinely never home alone. There’s always someone around for walks, feeding, and just company. Whatever you need, a quick drop in, a walk, or a full stay at ours, we’ll treat your pet like one of the family. I work remotely as a photographer, so most days I’m editing from home, with studio time in the office around twice a week. My wife works from home full time too, and on the days I do need to be out, she’s here. Between the two of us, there’s always someone home with your pet, whether that’s for company during the day or keeping an eye on things overnight. We live in a three bedroom terrace house with a fully fenced garden and no side access, so it’s secure and self contained. We’ve got security cameras around the property, and we’re on a semi quiet road, so it’s calm without being isolated. It’s a comfortable, settled space for pets to relax in.

About: I’ve wanted a dog of my own ever since I was little, and joining Rover feels like the perfect way to get my fix! For the past 2-3 years I’ve been the person family and friends turn to when their dogs need looking after - something I genuinely love doing. I’m hoping to adopt my own dog soon, and in the meantime I’d love to look after yours ☺️ I work from home most of the week and often have one or two days at the weekend free. I’m available for lunch time walks or dog sitting at weekends. I love going for long walks in the countryside nearby and having a dog for company would be a dream. I’ll always endeavour to stick to your dog’s schedule whether dog sitting in your home or mine. I don’t have any other pets so well suited for dogs who like to have all the attention! I have a very small garden that isn’t fenced so any adventurous dogs I’ll need to keep on lead for toilet breaks, but I am also only a 5 minute walk from playing fields and open countryside where they can roam off lead if you’re comfortable with that.

“Sacha and Cristina are an absolutely lovely couple, they came round in the morning to have a meet and greet with our 1 year old staffy Gizmo, and he loved them straight away. You could tell they were at ease with him and him with them, and that they clearly love dogs. Later they picked him up and had a great walk with him, sending us lots of pics along the way and updating us, then dropped him off at ours afterwards and gave him his food. We could not have asked for more and will definitely be asking them to look after our little grey ball of joy again. We could not recommend them more 😊👍🏼”

About: I grew up in a house with 2 dogs so they've always been second-nature to me. During university, I house/pet-sat for multiple families, for both dogs of varying sizes and cats. I have had my 8-year-old pug since she was a puppy so I am very comfortable with both puppies and flat-faced breeds specifically. My dog has unfortunately struggled with varying health problems since she was young, so I am also very experienced with administering different forms of medication and caring for pets with any health concerns. I have recently moved from the US to the UK to join my husband and am currently working part-time. I’m generally available Thursday through Sunday. I am able to abide by any rules you have for caring for your pet in your home. I can take them for walks (on- or off-leash) or just let them into the garden, depending on your preference. I have a lot of experience feeding animals who take multiple medications/supplements, so no instructions are too difficult.

When I lost them, I missed having that presence and routine in the house, so I started sitting for friends and family. Now I’ve decided to open that up to more people. My wife works from home full time, and I’m remote when needed too, so your pet is genuinely never home alone. There’s always someone around for walks, feeding, and just company.
