I’ve taken care of animals since the age of 10 where I have cared for horses at a local riding school. So my love of animals has been a part of me since a young age. I frequently look after dogs of all ages using the Borrow my doggy app and have had the responsibility of taking them for walks, looking after them for long periods of time and providing a safe and comfortable environment for them to stay over. As a masters student in wildlife health & conservation, I am very passionate about animals and always strive to ensure that the animals welfare is my top priority. I love looking after my grandparents dog, Charlie, who follows me around and who I love to play with in the garden. Being at uni makes me miss him and I hope this will help me to meet new friendly dogs.

I have good communication skills which means I will be able to understand your pet's needs and be able to follow any specific instructions given by you. I believe it is important to have some knowledge about different types of pets and their behaviours, ensuring I will be able to look after your beloved pet while respecting your home.

Esmae was a dream catsitter to our Winnie. She spent her visits playing with her and shared photos promptly. We returned from our holiday to a cat that was content and well looked after. She is a responsible pet carer who I would highly recommend. Thank you Esmae!
We can't thank Esmae enough for the amazing care she gave our ragdoll cat, Teddy, who struggles with Pica. We were really nervous about leaving him, especially after he ate something dangerous the day before our trip. We thought we might have to cancel, but Esmae kindly stepped in last minute to do an extra drop-in visit, which gave us huge peace of mind. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease. She was so attentive, thoughtful, and clearly experienced. Teddy was incredibly well looked after, and we could tell how happy and relaxed he was when we got back. We’re so grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
Esmae has looked after my dog whilst I was on holiday and also if I’m away at weekends. She has always got back to me promptly and is polite in all her dealings and is not afraid to message me for information. I would highly recommend her going forward.
Esmae is kind and caring towards animals. She frequently looks after her grandparents dog, Charlie, who is an active labradoodle. She’s patient and attentive, taking him on walks long and short, playing with him in the garden with his favourite tennis ball and spends a lot of quality time with him. She would be the perfect person to look after your pets!

Schedule
I am currently available for morning and evening animal care, with occasional day care depending on my work schedule. I am also available to do pet sitting visits to your home.
