“Rocki was booked to go to the boarders and came in to season a week before we went away. I was nervous at booking someone to come and stay with her, but was immediately put at ease when Chloe came to meet her. She was so good with Rocki, I had lots of photos and videos while I was away. Took her to her normal costa for a pup cup and private field runs and walks. I was completely at ease knowing she was with Chloe. Rocki certainly missed her. Would definitely rebook.”

“Alex took such great care of our little miniature dachshund Rolo whilst we went away on holiday. Alex gave us lots of updates and photos during her time dog sitting for us which was really appreciated. I would 100% recommend Alex to family and friends. She is approachable, professional and super friendly 🤎”

“Karolina was amazing with Yoshi! She sent loads of picture updates of her and Yoshi out on walks and chilling at home. It’s so comforting to know that your pooch is being pampered and looked after. We’ll definitely use Karolina again - thank you. ☺️”
“Accepted last minute booking and still made time to meet our puppy beforehand. Handled a whole day with Bean in the heat really well, making sure he was kept cool and even stayed a little longer because we were running late to get home. Would definitely recommend and book again.”

“Justyna was excellent! Florence was very excited when she arrived and was very calm and happy when I got home. Justyna sent us photos through out the afternoon and made sure to keep Flo nice and cool in the heat! We would definitely ask her to dog sit again :)”

About: Owned two cats since they were both 8 weeks old, they've just had their 12th and 8th birthday! Lived with 6 rescue dalmatians with my adopted parents for 2 years. Have cared for the latest 4 dalmatians weekly for the past 7 years. Experienced with rescues, young and senior dogs. Successfully running Cookies Cats and Canines for the past 2 years and have built up loads of lovely regular clients 😊🐾 Currently work 3 mornings a week (Monday, Friday and Saturday) at a local supermarket for 3 hours a day. Morning visits available from 7am daily. Walks available from 9am Tuesday to Thursday and from 11am Mondays, Fridays and weekends. Will always treat them all like my own! Those on overnight pet sits are more than welcome to join afternoon walks with those who are dog friendly!
“Ruby is an amazing dog sitter. She looked after my dog so well, he was very happy in her company. She was very reliable, sent loads of photos and our dog was very happy in her care. Would highly recommend to anyone!”

About: Hi, I'm Tayla – a proud Crazy Cat Lady and lifelong animal lover! I live in Leighton Buzzard with my partner and our 10 cats, but my love for animals extends far beyond felines. Not owning dogs myself means I love when I get to spend time with yours! I have over 10 years of experience house sitting and caring for other people's pets, and over 15 years of experience rescuing and rehabilitating neglected cats. Whether your pet needs feeding, walks, playtime, medication, cuddles, or simply a reassuring presence while you're away, I'll treat them with the same love and care I give my own animals. I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pets, and I'd love the opportunity to meet yours! 🐾💕 I am a self-employed cleaner. This means I work for myself and it is easy to move around and adjust to any pet care needs if neccessary. I will be looking after your animal in their own home to ensure they are as comfortable and stress-free as possible while their humans are away.
“We could not recommend Georgina enough! She house sitted for us with our dog for over a week and kept us updated every day along with pictures. Came home to a very happy dog and a lovely clean house. Thank you so much Georgina! Already booked our next date :)”

“This is the first time we have used a dog sitter and Billy and Paige were great. Our 2 dogs were clearly comfortable in their company from the start and we had regular updates and photos. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend”

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, as an adult I have constantly had, cats, dogs, horses, fish and birds, not up mention hamsters and Guinea pigs. All animals have been loved, with dogs and horses having been trained, so I have picked up many a good tip along the way, as I was trained as they were trained. I have hand reared two beautiful kittens from a few days old. Up early to carry out some dog training followed by a walk, then to feed, first of two daily meals, often hand feed as part of on-going training. 2nd walk sometime between late afternoon to early evening, weather dependent. First steps are to establish trust and very important to know and keep to the usual routine, for continuity and for the cat or dog to trust, and feel safe and secure. Good to know typical signs of stress or anxiety to be able to reassure and provide the correct care.
“Alisha kept us up to date with her visit with buddy, sent us lots of pictures of a very happy bulldog! Our house was left exactly as it was found. We will 100% book in with Alisha again and recommend her to all of our family & friends!”

About: I am easygoing, but not at all a pushover. I like to think I have a firm but gentle touch, and have a good degree of empathy. Having worked with animals - from horses to cats to dogs to chickens! - my experiences of their psychology have stood me in good stead when making new four- (and two!) legged acquaintances. I've always thought dogs to be some of the best judges of character and human nature, and honestly, you just can't hide your own true self from their animal instincts. They see, they know and they will make up their own mind about you whether you like it or not! As for cats, well, they are an enigma wrapped in a mystery drowning in a tub of Dreamies. Would we change them? Never! So all I can say is, if I meet your dog/cat/chicken and they give their paw/claw of approval, what better endorsement is there? Dog walking, cat sitting and general animal care if my full time business, and I make myself available most weekends. I have no problem with short notice bookings and take extra care to always heed to concerns and needs of my clients. I don’t board dogs or cats at my own residence as this would be too stressful for my own cat boss, but am happy to housesit if available to do so. This has always proved to be a more agreeable arrangement as there is no place like home for a dog or cat who are as much a member of the family as any other relative!
About: We’ve had our own dogs for many years, also looked after family and friends dogs. Now hoping to offer my services from home more permanently. Currently on a career break so am at home throughout the day. Am available for dog walking, home visits or boarding. Can also be available short notice. Our back garden is safe and secure, it is fenced with a gate. My own dog has the run of the house and our visiting guests would have the same
About: For the past 4 vears, I have been the dedicated sitter for two wonderful Cockapoos. Caring for them long-term has given me fantastic, hands-on experience in managing multiple dogs at once. Because Cockapoos are such an intelligent and energetic breed, I am highly experienced in: • Managing energetic walks and providing mental stimulation. • Keeping to strict feeding, medication, and routine schedules. • Understanding dog body language and preventing anxiety when their owners are away. • Handling the grooming and care needs of poodle-cross coats. I work 2.5 days with my nannying role, alongside tutoring so plenty of time to fit in doggies and cats. For housesitting I am flexible around the area. My primary career is in professional childcare, I hold a current Paediatric First Aid qualification. While this is for children, it means I am naturally hyper-vigilant, safety-conscious, and trained to remain completely calm in an emergency. You can trust that your home and your pets are in safe, highly capable hands. Routine-Focused Care: I will stick strictly to your dog's established schedule. • Calm Energy: Perfect for dogs who might be slightly anxious or need a gentle approach • Home Security

“Ameera was fantastic looking after Lacey at short notice, sending lots of photos and making sure she was comfortable in this hot weather. Her communication skills are also fantastic and would highly recommend 5*****”

About: Myself and my partner Tomek work in theatre and during time off we love to work with dogs. We have recently moved to the Leighton Buzzard area and I’m taking some time off theatre so I’m very free and flexible. If you chose me to look after your dog it’ll be getting all of my attention throughout our time together! During the height of the pandemic I trained and worked in a small dog grooming salon and Tomek took on dog walking duties, later working as a daycare supervisor at Bruce’s Doggy Day Care. Before joining Rover we have been offering dog sitting/waking services to many people in the village where I grew up. Through this we have gained experience in looking after dogs of all shapes and sizes, from a little old yorkie terrier to 3 young french spaniels. I have also grown up always having cats so have a lot of experience furry felines too. I am freelance and currently have a quiet period before my next theatre project so I am very flexible and can cater to your needs. If you choose me to look after your dog, it’ll get 100% of my attention. I have qualified as a dog trainer from the National Dog Training Acadamy which has given me a great understanding of how to work with dogs. Coupled with my year as a dog groomer's assistant I have a well rounded skillset that will enable me to provide your pet with the best care.

Alex was amazing and made leaving Boris and Bertie so easy. She’s caring, professional and very efficient. The dogs loved her with the added bonus that the house was left in immaculate condition. I also received lots of updates and photos which was so reassuring. I will definitely book Alex again!

Accepted last minute booking and still made time to meet our puppy beforehand. Handled a whole day with Bean in the heat really well, making sure he was kept cool and even stayed a little longer because we were running late to get home. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Will was brilliant! We simply couldn't have asked for more care and attention for our dog, Rodney! He sent regular updates, walked Rodney every day for a really decent amount of time and really supported Rodney in feeling comfortable and at home even when we werent there with him. The photos of them snuggled in the sofa was perfect and proved to us that Will has a brilliant way with dogs! Wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you, Will!

Sarah & Rhodri were amazing with my fairly new rescue Basil. It was the first time leaving him with someone new since I adopted him so I was a little anxious how he’d be! They sent beautiful photos every day and it was clear he was very content and very well looked after. My house was spotless when I came home too! I’d absolutely book with Sarah again.

Matthew and his girlfriend arrived early and were very friendly. Matthew asked all the right questions and gave us confidence that our dog’s needs would be met. Good and quick responses from Matthew every time and we came home to a happy dog. Would recommend and will use him again. Thanks!

We are so grateful for the amazing care our dogs received on our wedding day! From start to finish, Ben went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Knowing our dogs were safe, happy, and well looked after gave us complete peace of mind so we could fully enjoy our special day. Ben was reliable, kind, and clearly has such a genuine love for animals. The dogs got on well with him straight away, and it was such a comfort to know they were in the best hands. We can’t recommend Ben highly enough – he truly made a big difference to our wedding day experience. Thank you so much! 🐾💍
