Friendly, Reliable Dog Care
I absolutely love dogs and treat every pup as if they’re my own. I have personal experience caring for a large breed reactive rescue dog, which has given me a great deal of patience and understanding when it comes to dogs that need a little extra attention on their walks. I’m reliable, attentive and genuinely enjoy long walks, playtime and giving lots of cuddles. Since losing my own dog in March, I’ve got so much love to give, and I’d love to share it with your pup. Whether your dog loves energetic walks or prefers a slower sniff-around, I’m happy to match their pace and personality. My goal is always a happy, relaxed dog with a waggy tail (and a happy owner too!). As a previous Rover customer myself, I know how much regular photos and updates mean, so you can count on great communication and plenty of reassurance that your pup is in good hands. I’m always happy to do a meet and greet before to put you and your pup at ease.

Ruby took care of our dog last minute and was amazing with him. He relaxed instantly and had a great time, we will absolutely use her again!

Ruby was fantastic!! We’ve had quite a few different dog sitters now and Ruby was one of the very best! We have 3 energetic larger dogs and, although they all love people, I often worry they will be too much for someone who is not confident bossing larger dogs. Ruby did a brilliant job and the dogs seemed so happy and relaxed around her. She even managed to make friends with our cat who is very hard to win over☺️ She sent photos everyday too and it’s always great to see the dogs happy and relaxed when we’re not there. Thanks again Ruby!
Ruby is an amazing dog sitter. She looked after my dog so well, he was very happy in her company. She was very reliable, sent loads of photos and our dog was very happy in her care. Would highly recommend to anyone!
I cannot recommend Ruby enough. She has come and looked after our two rescues Schneebly and Picalilli multiple times, I dare say that they like her more than they like me at this point!! Ruby always sends lots of photos, which I love, as it lets me know that they're in safe hands, and she has such a kind and loving approach.
I can assure you that your pet will be in very safe hands with Ruby. She followed our instructions regarding our dog to the letter. Does not let bad weather put her off giving dogs a good walk. She has a really lovely way with all dogs. Likes nothing better than playing with dogs and giving them plenty of belly rubs. Ruby is very responsible and will have your dogs best interests at heart. She is fantastic!

Schedule
I run my own business and work from home regularly, which means I have flexibility throughout the week to fit pet care around my day. I already head out for a lunchtime walk most days, so I’m always happy to have some canine company along the way!

Safety, trust & environment
On walks, I always keep dogs on a lead. When caring for your dog in your own home, your pet’s comfort and routine always come first. I’ll follow your instructions closely, stick to their usual schedule, and make sure they feel safe and settled the whole time. I’m attentive, patient and never take risks when it comes to someone else’s beloved pet. If your dog is boarding with us, they’ll be staying in a warm, welcoming home with a securely fenced garden, cosy beds and blankets, though you’re more than welcome to bring their own home comforts too! My husband and I are both at home regularly, so there’ll always be two of us around to keep your pup company and make sure they feel right at home.
