“We chose one of the hottest days of the year to leave our black and white border collie with Stacey. She was so good with him. He just wanted to stay cool in the hall and she gave him a fan and lots of water. Communication with Stacey was excellent from start to finish. As we were travelling a distance, we were unable to have a meet and greet but it was so reassuring when Stacey was keen to enquire about Robbie’s likes and dislikes before he boarded with her. I would have no hesitation in asking Stacey to look after Robbie if we are in the area again.”

“Sara was more than brilliant with our flat coated retriever. The multiple updates throughout the visit from photos to videos was so reassuring! Sara made Basil (our dog) feel so part of her family! He was very spoilt with lots of hugs, walks and playtime. The attention to detail was brilliant. Any small concern or question was put to me straight away instead of just being assumed. It really shows that Sara knows our dog and his routine / mannerisms. Only the level of detail and understanding you can discover by spending real time and investing love and care. I found Lilian & Chris and knew as soon as I met them that they would love and care for Tiger like one of their own. “Katt was everything we needed for Neville our English bulldog. So kind and gentle, it was his first stay away without us and he was a bit unsettled at night at first but with regular contact with us Katt and her partner got him through it. Nev also developed a sore ear and Katt took him to the vets to get him sorted. He received all the daily regular care with walks etc but I know that he had the extra cuddles that he would have been missing from home. I recommend Katt highly and would definitely hope that Nev could stay again.”

After meeting Laura and her dog, we knew that’s where we would like our dogs to go because you can tell her love for her pets which we hoped would continue onto ours. She kept us up-to-date with the going on of our dogs with photos and texts, she was honest if there was an issue, and again, she was prompt with replies. As long as Laura continues to pet sit, we will be using her again.”
