Karolina & Jamie - a pet loving couple based in Leighton Buzzard. Together, we share a calm, caring home filled with love for animals of all kinds. Between us, we’ve spent over two decades caring for pets - from growing up with family dogs and cats to offering trusted, professional pet-sitting services across London and now in Leighton Buzzard. We specialise in senior dogs, puppies, and pets with anxiety. Our calm, one on one care approach ensures every pet feels seen, safe, and genuinely at home. We both work fully from home, so your dog will enjoy constant companionship - no long hours alone, just plenty of walks, playtime, naps, enrichment, and cuddles in a peaceful home with a fully fenced garden. Our household also includes Pumpkin, our gentle cat, and Skye, our bubbly young Labrador who adores making new friends. Because of them, we can only host dogs who are comfortable with cats and playful pups. You’ll receive daily photo and video updates, and we always tailor care to your dog’s unique routine and needs. Whether it’s overnight boarding, daycare, or daily walks, you can trust your pet will be in experienced, loving hands and treated like part of our family.

Thank you Karolina and Skye for taking great care of Mali over the weekend. Mali came home and slipped into her routine with ease which shows she was very happy. This has been our first time away overnight in a couple of years and has given us the confidence to go away for a longer break in the future with Mali in the very caring hands and paws of Karolina, Jamie, Skye and Pumpkin xx
Karolina was very accommodating especially at such short notice. We felt that we had a safe pair of hands. Kimba was very well looked after.
Lola had an excellent day with Karolina and Skye. Karolina is friendly and caring. She communicates well, with plenty of updates. Skye is an adorable puppy who played very well with Lola. Lola can’t wait for the next visit, but for now she’s catching up with some sleep. 😴
Luna just spent the day with Karolina & Jamie for the first time today. Luna loves the company of other dogs and cats so this was a perfect fit with their lovely lab Skye and cat pumpkin. Karolina sent me lots of photos and videos of what they got up to through out the day and of the two walks. Karolina and Jamie are so lovely and welcoming so we could relax knowing Luna was having a great day. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into our life, we work from home full-time and structure our day around the dogs in our care. We go on morning, midday, and afternoon walks, plus multiple garden play sessions. We also allow plenty of time for cuddles, naps, and mental stimulation (sniff walks, puzzles, or gentle enrichment games based on your dog’s needs). Because we’re home all day, dogs are never left alone for long periods. Our routine is flexible and calm, so we can easily adapt to your dog’s energy level, routine, or medical needs.

Safety, trust & environment
We treat every pet as if they were our own. Our home is quiet, clean, and safe, with a large fully fenced garden and a calm environment for your dog to settle and relax. To ensure safety, we have a smart security system, including: 📹 Ring doorbell camera 📹 Wide-angle camera covering the front of the house 📹 Garden gate camera with instant motion alerts 📹 Indoors kitchen camera We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with active Neighbourhood Watch. Your pet will stay in a secure, supervised home with constant attention and zero chaos, we never overbook or overcrowd. Pumpkin (my gentle, dog-friendly cat) adds a little furry friendship, but for everyone’s safety, I only host dogs who are calm and cat-social. We always follow your pet’s specific routine, feeding and medicating as instructed, and give plenty of attention, calm reassurance, and enrichment. We also send regular photos and updates for your peace of mind.

A typical day with us is all about balance, routine, and fun! 🐾 Morning walk in a nearby park or green trail 🐾 Garden sniff & play session 🐾 Breakfast and a cosy nap (on the sofa or bed - their choice!) 🐾 Calm enrichment (toys, gentle training, mental games) 🐾 Midday walk or fetch in the garden 🐾 Afternoon relaxation, cuddles, or more play depending on energy 🐾 Evening stroll to keep them calm, comfortable, and ready for a good night’s sleep We’re always watching closely for your pet’s mood and needs. Whether they love to run or just curl up and nap, we’ll adjust the day to suit their temperament. And you’ll receive photo and video updates throughout their stay so you can enjoy your day knowing they’re safe and happy.
