About: I've been looking after dogs of all breeds since i was 12yo. Neighbors, friends, and family have depended on me to check in on, feed, and play with their pets I'm currently working 5 days on 3 off with 3/2 home standbys per week, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your dogs! I'm available for boarding at weekends, and on weekdays I live near a park, so I can easily crate your dog if needed. I can take them for walks in the morning, at noon, and in the evening.

About: I have taken care of cats for 10+ years. I am a full time nanny with experience of caring for two dogs and two cats. The family also have snakes, lizards and a tortoise. I am happy to handle and care for reptiles/small animals. I have 10 years experience of being a pet owner :) I work full time Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm. I am free in evenings after 7 if required although would prefer Friday - Sunday I live in a flat in a cul de sac. It’s a very nice and quiet area and has lots of greenery outside for walks. Can send some pictures if required :)

Nishi was great with our high energy Spaniel Jagger! He is a rescue and not yet used to walking on the lead but she handled everything so well and professionally. He had lots of walks in the park which he loved and he was very loved in their flat. Highly recommend, thank you so much!
Obi can be quite tricky to look after as he’s an anxious dog but he is very very sweet. Millie looked after Obi very well and communicated with me that he wasn’t eating well. Millie adapted his routine which was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Millie.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
