About: Some of my earliest and kindest memories are of growing up with two amazing black labs. Not a year has gone by since without dogs playing a big part in my life. From having then as pets through to dogsitting as I grew up, I adore spending time with our furry four-legged friends. I have a friendly and sociable labradoodle called Ellie who will put any visiting friend at ease; be it playing in the garden or snoozing together on the sofa while I read. I'm currently working flexibly from home so am able to spend most of my day with your dog. I have several parks nearby where I can take them for walks however often they need, plus a back garden they can relax in. We have a very pet-friendly home (it was necessary for our own dog, Ellie!). The back garden is fenced with both sun and shade. I'll always tailor the environment to suit your dog, ensuring they are comfortable and happy while staying - be it a quiet space to sleep, or if they prefer sleeping in the bedroom with me.

As always otis and lola love going on their holidays with Fiona and have the best time living with their family for a week. I get regular walk and cuddle updates and they really are so happy and very settled when they stay. As my doggies are my babies i couldnt recommend Fiona enough!!

This was our first time leaving our one-year-old dog, Nola, with a sitter, so naturally we were a little nervous. However, from the moment we met Nathalie and her husband at their home, we felt completely reassured. They spent quality time getting to know both us and Nola, which made us feel very comfortable leaving her in their care. We were more than happy with the care Nola received during her stay. Nathalie kept us regularly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which was so lovely to see while we were away and gave us real peace of mind. Nola was treated like a member of their family and clearly had a wonderful time. She also got on very well with their lovely dog, Tilly, who was such a great companion for her. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Nathalie to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter. Barney had another sleepover at Jennifer’s & as usual he ran in to see her and her dog and didn’t bother looking back. He always has a good time there and Jennifer sends us updates of photos of him enjoying playing & out on walks. What more could we want when he is having such a caring fun time with Jennifer.
Kim took excellent care of my dog Lola while I was away. She treated Lola like her own, giving plenty of attention, walks, and care. Communication was great, I received regular updates and photos. Lola clearly loved staying with Kim. Highly recommend and will 100% book again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
