About: Pet Care Experience I’ve always loved animals and have years of experience caring for dogs of all ages and personalities. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a gentle senior, I take the time to understand each dog’s routine, quirks, and needs. What sets me apart is my calm, caring approach — I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m attentive to details, patient with shy or anxious dogs, and make sure each one feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. Pet care is a regular part of my week — I love starting and ending my days with walks, playtime, and cuddles. I plan my schedule around the pets I look after to make sure they get my full attention and consistent care. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, or weekend stays, I always make time to keep each pet’s routine as normal and happy as possible. When pets stay with me, they’re treated like part of the family. I make sure they have a comfortable space to relax, regular walks, and plenty of attention and affection. I follow each pet’s usual routine — feeding times, walks, and any special needs — to help them feel settled and secure. I keep my home clean, calm, and pet-friendly, with safe areas for play and rest. Whether it’s cuddles on the sofa or fun in the garden, I make sure every pet feels loved and cared for while they’re here.
“Porridge seemed like he had a great day with Polly and Maisie. We had a little meet and greet before to make sure they’d be ok together - pick up and drop off were super easy. Thanks Polly!”

“Taro loves going to Alison for day care! He always seems like he’s having a good time with Saffi, the beautiful cocker spaniel. Love the pictures and updates I receive throughout the day.”

About: Growing up surrounded by a menagerie of pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, parrots and a lizard, I have been caring for animals for over 30 years and feel that a home isn't really a home without a furry companion. Owning various pets over the years has results in me being confident in animal care and behaviour. I lead an active life and have run with, climbed mountains and trained from a puppy our working cocker spaniel, who even in old age was mistaken for a puppy! Most recently, I have supported the rehabilitation of a stray Lurcher which came into our care. Teaching her how to live in a home and learn commands and what a toy was, has been extremely rewarding. If your pet has boundless energy or is timid, old or young, this is not a problem and I can easily adapt and prioritise your pet's individual needs. There are woods and many walks in my local area and I am also close to secure dog parks if this forms part of your pets routine. Muddy boots and paws welcome! At a glance, I can offer: * 35 years plus experience * a focus on enrichment and providing a safe environment * confident to administer basic oral medication - easy access to veterinary support * experience of working with dogs of different temperaments * happy to also feed and care for other small pets * Available 24/7 during school holidays * up to date Pet sitting insurance Perfect for all your school holiday, evening and weekend needs! I currently work full-time as a teacher. This allows me to have weekends totally free 24/7. I can be available from 3:30pm weekdays and possibly lunchtimes if you live locally to my work. I am able to take at short notice so please just ask. During the school holiday ( Christmas, Easter, Summer and half terms) I am available 24/7 I recommend a meet and great prior to the booking to discuss the individual needs of your pet. It would be great to know commands and favourite toys etc so I can fully engage with your dog and they can be at ease. On walks, I will always keep your dog on a lead and avoid other dogs unless you are able to inform me of any doggy friends your pet has. Due to my current employment I am DBS checked and offer a trusted and reliable service.
About: We live in a lovely quiet village and have walks from the back of our garden. I absolutely love dogs and now have more time to devote to other dogs..We have 2 extremely gentle and friendly Golden Retrievers who love walks in the Countryside and we have bred dogs so have many years experience with young and old dogs. Any dog staying with us will have 2 walks a day and one of us at hand all the time. One of our dogs is a Therapy dog and I have had previous therapy dogs, proving that I have a lot of training experience with dogs. We are around virtually all the time between us, in the day and evenings and weekends. They would fit in to our dogs routine of walks and meals We have a totally secure fenced garden looking out onto open fields in our rural setting here in our village near Baldock, Letchworth and Stevenage. They will have full run of downstairs and our secured garden.

About: I am currently on maternity leave so have the time to spend with your furry babies! Cats are my favourite animal and I have my own fluffy girl called Binky. I can’t walk past a cat in the street without kneeling down and psst pssting them for a cuddle. I have experience caring for dogs and frequently help out friends with drop ins and dog walks when needed. Your doggy can expect countryside walks and lots of fuss and attention. I’m currently on maternity leave so have a lot free time to care for your furry babies! I already spend a lot of time out walking so it would be great to have a furry companion and explore some different areas. I’m available for one off bookings or longer term arrangements depending on what you need. I will follow the instructions you provide and take the time to earn your pets trust inside and out of your home. I’ll provide updates and ensure clear communication of any issues.
“Megan is a fantastic petsitter. Kyoko had quite a lot of day care experiences with different petsitters since she was a puppy ( more or less 2 days every week )) and I can honestly say that the first one with Megan and Martin today was one of her Very Very Best ones ! Megan was really attentive to Kyoko's needs and energy, Kyoko felt immediately at ease with her and she was clearly happy and relaxed when I picked her up in the evening, after a wonderful day of cuddles and play with Megan and Martin in their very nice flat ! Definitely an excellent experience!”

“Shelley had my labradoodle last minute for me whilst I went to work. She sent lots of photos all day to update me with how he got on. He looked like he had a lovely day and would definitely use Shelley again! Thankyou so much xxx”

“Shakira had the best day with Elena. Walking, swimming, meeting other dogs, lunch outdoors, visiting horses. Elena kept her physically and mentally stimulated. She sent loads of pictures and videos throughout the day and she has taken the greatest care of my fur baby. I would definitely recommend Elena! Thumbs up!”

About: I’ve had pets since I can remember and have always had a dog in the family home. My partner Declan and I are the go-to dog sitters for our friends and families, looking after dogs of all shapes and sizes from cuddly cockapoos to energetic springer spaniels! My family dog was a rescue and so I’m familiar dealing with dogs who are anxious on the lead/need a little more care than some others. We live in an apartment and are unable to get our own permanent dog just yet, but love taking care of other people’s to fill the puppy shaped hole! As we are in an apartment however we’re unable to take on any pets that aren’t fully toilet trained. We understand the value of routine and love to take care of every dog as though they were our own, with long walks both in town and through the surrounding countryside. Your dog will feel safe and at home with us, and you’ll get regular pup-dates so you can be sure they’re enjoying their stay! I work from the office two days per week but can be flexible with this to accommodate mid-week bookings. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 5pm. We have an outside area for bathroom breaks and your dog will be supervised whenever they are outside. We love cuddles on the sofa but do ask for medium/large dogs to sleep on their own bed rather than sharing ours!
“Lydia has cared for our 1 year old crazy Cockapoo a couple of times now - and she has come home sleepy from all of the walks, playtime and cuddles! I know I don’t have to worry when she is there 😊”

About: I’ve had years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, including owning our Boxer for 12 wonderful years. I’ve also helped family and friends when they have required any pet sitting while at work or away on holiday. I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, and giving dogs plenty of love, attention, and companionship to help them feel safe, happy, and settled while in my care. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as I’m home every day apart from the school drop off and pick up. This means your dog will have plenty of company, attention, care, and regular toilet breaks throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. I enjoy getting out for walks and spending quality time with dogs, so they’ll be treated as part of the family and included in day-to-day life with lots of love and companionship. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always come first. I have a loving family home with a fully fenced garden, including both patio and grass areas, and no free roaming animals. As I’m home all day, your dog will have plenty of supervision, attention, and care, and I’ll always follow your routines and instructions to help them feel safe, settled, and happy.
“Dionne took such great care of Elvis, I was left with peace of mind he was safe with regular updates and reassurance that he was having the best time. Thanks Dionne for giving Elvis a second home for the day! ❤️😊”

“Buddy had a great time with John and his dog Maverick. Great communication in the lead up to the booking and photos of Buddy throughout the day. Would recommend and we look forward to Buddy having another fun day with John and Maverick.”

About: Hi! I live on Henlow Camp so am able to assist people both on and off camp. Experience with both small and larger dogs from puppyhood through to adulthood. We have 2 friendly labradors and love walking and seeking new locations with our furry friends, followed by cuddles on the sofa. Our dogs are part of everything we do, even with our two human little ones. As we have 2 very young children, any dogs must be good with kids and well behaved on a lead. I understand how nervewracking it can be leaving your furry best friend with a stranger and how very important it is to take good care of them, so rest assured your furbaby will become an extension of our family while in our care. I'm a stay at home mum with two little ones and two friendly female labs who loves to go on walks and play in the garden as much as possible. If you choose to have your pet board with me, I have a fenced garden and two friendly, sweet labrador ladies to keep your dog company. Equally, dogs are given their own space from time to time to avoid overstimulation. We go on long walks together and enjoy plenty of snuggles on the sofa. If I come to your home, know that your dog is in sensible, capable hands.

A fantastic dog sitter who was so accommodating and kind. This is our second time booking and we will definitely be booking again. We were updated throughout the day with photos and a couple of videos and it was so lovely to see. She is very responsive to messages and has taken superb care of our boy. Thank you again! He had the best day 🐶 🐾 ❤️

Julie looked after our 12 week old Rottweiler puppy, for the first time and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He hasn’t really been away from us for any length of time before, so we were naturally a little nervous, but Julie was wonderful with all of us. She kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos of what they had been up to, which was so reassuring and really appreciated. She was very attentive to our training information and was using the same cues that we have been to ensure consistency. When we picked him up he was relaxed, happy, and honestly looked like he’d had the best day! He came home, had his dinner, and promptly fell asleep after such an exciting and fun day! We would 100% recommend and will definitely be booking with her again soon. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our puppy! 🐶 🐾

Hanna D has been an incredible dog sitter for us. She’s reliable, caring, and always keeps us updated, which gives us total peace of mind. Most importantly, Chester always enjoys his time with her and comes home happy every time. We feel so lucky to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful, trustworthy dog sitter.

Mabel loves her time spent at Jade’s and we know that she is going to be well looked after and fussed when she is there! Jade is easy to communicate with and is flexible and accommodating when needed. We get regular updates about their day and lots of cute pictures. Always happy to have Mabel booked in with Jade. 🥰

Corinne was absolutely amazing. Their knowledge of dogs and behaviour was clear from the very first meet and greet, especially in the way they connected with Mike right away. I left Mike with them for the day and came back to a happy, relaxed dog — you could really tell how much he’d enjoyed himself. Communication and updates throughout the day were spot on as well. I couldn’t recommend Corinne more highly.

Mabel seemed to have a really great day with Jordan, she didn’t want to leave the house!! We received lots of lovely pictures and updates on how their day was going and I felt very happy leaving her in a dog-loving home that she was comfortable in. Thank you!! ☺️
