About: My name is Kinga and like many people I grew up with dogs and have had dogs throughout my adult life. I love living with dogs, looking after them and simply being around them.I have experience of caring for dogs of various breeds such as Greyhounds, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Labradoodle, German Shepherds, and Cane Corso, to name a few. As a dog owner I know how important it is to have your pet looked after by someone who is reliable, dependable and trustworthy and who will make your pet feel safe, comfortable and happy. I’m happy to help look after your pet/s whilst you go away or when you are at work. I’m patient with animals and confident with looking after dogs of all sizes and ages. I’m working from home and therefore will be around to look after your pet 24/7 and can be flexible to accommodate your pets needs. I love walks with the dogs and snuggles on the sofa. I have a medium size, secure garden where your pet can chill in the sun or have a playtime. The safety of your dog is paramount when out and about thus I am mindful what areas and walks I chose.

“At short notice, I was able to book Ping Yan to look after our dog three times over half term for a full day. She was very professional, friendly and caring and I felt 100% confidence in her. She kept contact throughout the day sending videos and information about how our dog was doing, which was great. On the first day, we were stuck in London and got back much later than we had initially anticipated. Ping Yan was very understanding and kept telling us not to worry as we waited on delayed trains to get back to Cambridge. She made us feel very reassured which really helped. I can’t imagine that anyone would be anything but overjoyed at the way Ping looks after dogs so you have nothing to worry about with her. She was also very punctual whenever I texted her to say that we’d be downstairs in a few minutes to meet her.”

About: We’re Alice and Josh - a calm, reliable married couple. We’ve grown up with dogs. We currently have a friendly rescue Lurcher called Mona who we trained ourselves. We’re experienced with walks, enrichment, basic training and play. We work from home and love getting out before work, at lunch and after work for nice walks. We are keen to welcome more dogs into our home and introduce Mona to some friends. We work from home most week days and have flexible jobs. One of us is always at home with our Lurcher Mona. We go out for a morning, lunchtime and evening walk and love getting outside into nature around Sawston. We do enrichment and training as much as we can. We have a small secure fenced garden. We have plenty of nice walks on our doorstep around Sawston including Orchard Park, Babraham Forest and the Whittlesford loop. We live down a quiet driveway. We have a large open plan living room kitchen which is where Mona sleeps and at least one of us works, with space for another dog. Dogs are allowed on our sofa.

About: I'm an experienced pet owner and sitter with a love for all animals. I have my own 8 year old rescue dog, Kika, who has various behavioural and medical issues which has given me a lot of experience in managing these conditions. Before adopting Kika I spent many years pet sitting through BorrowMyDoggy and Trusted Housesitters - looking after dogs of various ages and sizes, cats, and even chickens. I grew up with cats so have experience looking after all ages from young kittens through to senior and blind. In the week I work mostly from home, so for house sitting I just need somewhere to work from my laptop. My work is quite flexible, so I have plenty of time for lots of fussing and a couple of walks during the day. Depending on your pets routine, I often start the day with a longer walk before breakfast, and then a number of toilet breaks throughout the day with a short walk at lunch time. I am sometimes also able to take dogs for boarding, but my own rescue dog would need to meet them and be comfortable with them first. For housesitting I will respect your usual routine for minimal disruption to your pet, feeding and giving any medication at times they are used to, and accommodate their usual walks, garden access, sleeping arrangement etc.

She sent lots of videos and photos of Biggles clearly having a terrific day and dropped him off late as we’d requested. About: I have had both cats and dogs in the past, from Akita X Ridgeback, English Bulldog, Husky, Whippet X Saluki X Collie, as well as a lovely cat for 10 years. Dogs have ranged from puppies, young (cheeky and teething) dogs to elderly, so I have experience with all ages! I absolutely adore both cats and dogs amd enjoy training with treats and taking them for walks. Unfortunately, with travelling into the office twice a week, it's not feasible for me to have a pet of my own now but I would love to look after your fur baby and treat him/her like my own. They'd get lots of cuddles and attention! I currently work full-time and work from home Wed-Fri. I would love some company during the day and would love to look after your fur baby! I have a small garden and a very large park around a 2 minute walk from me to take them for a walk at lunch time. I'll treat them like my own and give them all the attention and cuddles they need. I have a small enclosed garden at the back. If you have any specific requests in regards to looking after your pet, please let me know and I can accommodate.

About: I've taken care of my pets since I was a kid. At home, I took care of cats, dogs, fish, and birds, while at my farmhouse, I took care of many other animals. I'm currently on maternity leave. I can easily manage to petsit in the morning, during lunch break, evening, and overnight in my home if needed. Once I am back to work, I could also work from your house, ensuring your pet doesn’t stay alone, if that’s okay with you. I will provide food, fresh water, walks where needed and of course, play with them. I can administer medication to pets according to the instructions provided by pet owners. Cleaning out litter boxes. I’ve experience taking care of more than one pet at a time.

“We asked Giselle for day care for 2 consecutive days at short notice and she was more than happy yo help. Our dog had never stayed at another persons house before and can also be anxious but this didn't phase Giselle. She was welcoming and happy to meet our dog, Maple and asked questions about her care before I left. Maplee didnt show any signs of anxiety or being frighted at being lwft with someone she didnt know. When we went to collect Maple on the first day, she clearly had a brilliant day and was reluctant to leave. When we returned on the second day, Maple was straight out the car and clearly very impatient to get back into Giselle's home. They clearly had fun on the second day as Maple was reluctant to leave the garden and clearly had no thoughts of wanting to leave. Would definitely ask Giselle to care for Maple again in the future.
