“I am reluctant to leave feedback...mostly because i'd like to have Ralf and Chateau LeBark all to my self... at risk of attracting more customers for Ralf, I would say that Ralf is really easy going and super accommodating for our newly adopted English Shepherd, Tessa. Ralf was easy scheduling a Meet-n-Greet, and had Tessa meet one of his dogs... He's got a super dog friendly home and back yard. When we got Tessa back from her first doggie daycare, she was wiped out. Which is always a good thing for an English Shepherd. We are looking forward to being "regulars" I hope!”

About: I've taken care of dogs & cats for friends and relatives. I love animals and as a student don't feel I can get a pet of my own yet! Maybe in a year or so but would love to pet sit till then! I'm currently working part-time and have just finished my course. Therefore, I have plenty of time to house-sit/walk your pet and play with them! I mostly work till 4 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays but my schedule is flexible! I have a fenced backyard and plenty of time to play with your pet! I don't mind pet sitting at your place either, whatever works best for you!

“At short notice, I was able to book Ping Yan to look after our dog three times over half term for a full day. She was very professional, friendly and caring and I felt 100% confidence in her. She kept contact throughout the day sending videos and information about how our dog was doing, which was great. On the first day, we were stuck in London and got back much later than we had initially anticipated. Ping Yan was very understanding and kept telling us not to worry as we waited on delayed trains to get back to Cambridge. She made us feel very reassured which really helped. I can’t imagine that anyone would be anything but overjoyed at the way Ping looks after dogs so you have nothing to worry about with her. She was also very punctual whenever I texted her to say that we’d be downstairs in a few minutes to meet her.”
