Thank you for looking after Seamus at short notice. The photos and messages reassured me that he was absolutely fine! I was concerned that there was another dog present. That wasn’t stated in the profile. And I didn’t ever get to meet Franklin, just his daughter. Think you should make your profile clear.
Dora's stay for the day with Franklin seems to have gone very well. She certainly seemed to have enjoyed the walks and the play in the garden - so much so that she actually ate all the food I had left for her lunch - a good sign as she is a very 'reluctant' eater at the moment - possibly due to the arrival of new teeth. With thanks to Franklin & family for looking after her so well.
Franklin and his family took great care of our 2 girls: a dog and a cat. He took pictures everyday and you could see they were being well taken care of, and that's all I wanted to see :) I had a set back and asked for another day and it was without any problem that he accepted. Many thanks again for everything!!
As this was our first time leaving our dog, we were very anxious however, when we meet Franklin he automatic re-assured us and made us feel at ease. I am extremely grateful to Franklin, for all his help. We had to modify the booking last minute and he was very accommodative. He was very quick on replying to our messages, he send us videos and pictures of kevin throughout the day. I will definitely recommend him and will book with him again.
