“Our dog Bess is quite an anxious dog who struggles to relax around new people. We were unsure how her experience of staying with Ralf and his family would be. However, Ralf showed his wonderful experience of dogs and after a couple of day visits, Bess was desperate to get out of the car when we arrived to spend time with him! Ralf greatly helped to make our time away on holiday more enjoyable as we were confident that Bess was in good hands and having a great time. The daily photos and messages we received were a lovely touch aswell. We would thoroughly recommend Ralf for looking after your dog and we will definitely be booking Bess in for another holiday treat with him soon!”

“I have an elderly dog with multiple health issues and a complex medication regime. For this reason she cannot be left alone for long and I was very anxious about leaving her. I need not have worried. She had a fantastic week with Erin and Andrea. After her first trial visit, as soon as she saw there street, she was pulling to get to their door - very excited. Erin and Andrea made additional notes to mine and coped with the routine without a hitch. They contacted me during the trial nights to ensure they had fully understood, and for clarification on something I had overlooked. It was lovely to receive their updates and be able to see that my dog was loving doing her usual things. And I was able to relax knowing my dog was in capable and caring hands. I cannot recommend this couple more highly.”

“I am so grateful to Patricia and her lovely family for taking such great care of Button, my 17year old Jack Russell. Because of his age he has some problems. Patricia listened, understood and kept my dog very happy. She was so caring and so loving to him. When I picked him up after over a week he was calm, his fur felt so soft and he was very content. Absolutely would recommend her and her family to take care of your pet. Alex J”

About: I am a proud cat mum! I live with my one year old British Shorthair, Chestnut, and I am currently also looking after a fluffy long haired cat for a friend. Feeding, grooming, litter, playtime, cuddles, I have got it all covered. I am great at reading what each cat needs, whether they want to play or just want to be left alone with a full bowl. My hours are flexible, so I can work around your schedule easily. Your cat will be in happy, loving hands!

“Yasmin was really kind and caring. She visited before the booking In order to meet the cats and she was sending me pictures to update me when I was away. She respected the property and I went back to two happy cats. ”

“It was great having Maisie walk the dogs this week. She arrived on time and was ready for a walk with a lively cocker spaniel! We had done a meet and greet the week before so they were both very happy to go with her. I had complete confidence that she could manage an older dog and a younger livelier one and I'll definitely be using Maisie again”
“Alicia was great looking after my shy Ragdoll cat, Tali. She kept me up to date with pictures and progress on how his extremely timid self was getting progressively more comfortable being around her. This was super important for me, as he’s not used to being around others and was great to see him trust Alicia. She also left the house impressively tidy. Really professional and great communication. Will definitely be asking Alicia back in future :)”

“Annie was responsive and thorough and looked after our cat perfectly, with great communication. She was happily fed, watered, and cleaned! We would happily have her again - thanks Annie.”

About: I’ve had pets throughout my childhood, so caring for animals has always been part of my life. I also have 3 years of pet sitting experience, and I understand that cats need more than food and a quick check-in — they need someone who respects their routine, their space and their personality. I’m calm, patient and attentive. I won’t force attention, rush them, or treat them like “just another booking”. Some cats want cuddles and play, some prefer quiet company, and some need time before they trust you. I’m happy to meet them where they are. I can help with feeding, fresh water, litter changes, playtime, check-ins, cuddles if they want them, and photo updates for peace of mind. Your cat gets proper care, a clean space and a kind human around — not just someone opening a tin and leaving.

About: I’ve had pets throughout my childhood, so caring for animals has always felt natural to me. Alongside that, I have 3 years of pet sitting experience, helping with walks, feeding, check-ins, playtime, litter changes, cuddles and keeping pets calm while their humans are away. I know how scary it can feel to leave your pet with someone new. You want to know they won’t be ignored, rushed or treated like “just another booking”. That’s not how I work. I pay attention. I follow your pet’s routine, notice their mood, respect their personality and make sure they feel safe, loved and properly cared for. Some pets need play, some need patience, some need space, and some just need a kind human nearby. You’ll get clear updates and photos, and your pet will get real care, company and attention — not a quick visit with no heart behind it. I have a flexible routine and I only accept bookings when I know I can give your pet proper time and attention. I’m available for check-ins, feeding, walks, playtime and company, depending on your pet’s routine and what you need. At the moment that's my availability: •Mon to Mon •Morning - Afternoons- Evenings •Boardings full day, half day and weekends. I know it can feel scary to leave your pet with someone new, so I take trust seriously. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep doors, windows and gates secure, refresh food and water, clean litter or any mess, and make sure your pet is safe before I leave. “Calvin and his partner have looked after Hutch a few times since we have moved to Cambridge earlier this year. Hutch has gone in happy and always come back home happy. They are dog lovers who know how to bond and make Hutch feel at home! We will continue to use Calvin whenever they are available as we know Hutch will be cared for as if he is theirs!”

“Dora seemed very happy when we went to collect her after her day's stay with La Sol E who seems genuinely fond of dogs. Dora is still a puppy of 9 months and so extremely lively (and also having her first season) but La Sol E. seemed unphased and we shall be very happy to ask her to look after Dora again.”

“Gilda was a fantastic dog sitter, i definitly recommend her! Gilda shared lots of photos throughout the day so I felt very much in touch with my dog's day/activities. Gilda took my dog for a few walks and let her into her garden. I felt like my dog was in safe hands. Thank you!”

“Rocio is clearly an animal person and put my dog at ease at our meet and greet. She looked after him during my long work day and it was great to get updates and the summary at the end. Thank you”

“At short notice, I was able to book Ping Yan to look after our dog three times over half term for a full day. She was very professional, friendly and caring and I felt 100% confidence in her. She kept contact throughout the day sending videos and information about how our dog was doing, which was great. On the first day, we were stuck in London and got back much later than we had initially anticipated. Ping Yan was very understanding and kept telling us not to worry as we waited on delayed trains to get back to Cambridge. She made us feel very reassured which really helped. I can’t imagine that anyone would be anything but overjoyed at the way Ping looks after dogs so you have nothing to worry about with her. She was also very punctual whenever I texted her to say that we’d be downstairs in a few minutes to meet her.”

From the moment he picked Max up, he kept me updated with thoughtful messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. He was calm, patient, and incredibly attentive to Max’s needs, especially when handling walks and unexpected situations with other dogs. About: I have loved dogs and cats (and all the other animals!) since I was a kid, as I grew up on a small farm. I always enjoyed their company, and they seem to enjoy mine ☺️ I had a black lab called Brian in my adult years and a cat called Simba. My heart broke to pieces twice when I lost them. I have always been actively seeking dog and cat sitting opportunities, especially before and after Brian. My longest dog sitting was nearly 6 months long, and I still go to visit him whenever I can as we have formed a lovely bond. I currently work for a company producing smart devices as well as other products for dogs (soon cats, too!), so I am very familiar with the dog & cat world and their welfare is very important to me (as well as all the other animals!). I work full time in a 9-5 office role, but I am based mostly from home and generally have a good degree of flexibility throughout the week, with the occasional exception when I need to be in the office or attend meetings elsewhere. This means I can usually fit pet care easily around my schedule. For dogs, I can provide walks before work, during my lunch break, and again after work, as well as plenty of companionship throughout the day. I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, so daily walks and quality time with pets fit naturally into my routine. My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable, cared for, and relaxed while their owners are away. I usually care for pets in their own home, as I find they are happiest and most comfortable in familiar surroundings. For dogs in particular, this almost always means that I stay in the owner’s home so they can keep their usual routine and enjoy the comforts they are used to. I am happy to discuss having a dog stay in my home if needed. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always look after both pets and homes with care, respect, and attention to detail.
About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I currently own a young Pomeranian who keeps me on my toes! I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and needs. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles or simply a calm and reassuring presence, I provide loving, reliable care and will treat them as part of the family while they’re with me. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds and personalities, including puppies and adult dogs. I provide attentive care, regular walks, playtime, feeding, plenty of affection, and updates for owners. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always prioritise their safety, comfort and happiness. I work from home full-time, which means I have plenty of flexibility to provide attentive care throughout the day. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine as I care for my own Pomeranian, Coco. Whether your dog needs company, feeding, toilet breaks, playtime or a consistent routine, I can ensure they receive plenty of attention and care while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a clean, pet-friendly home with a lovely fenced garden where dogs can safely play, explore and enjoy time outdoors. Dogs staying with us enjoy at minimum of two walks per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, alongside playtime, enrichment and lots of affection. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, exercise and routines, ensuring every dog feels safe, comfortable and at home. My friendly Pomeranian, Coco, is well-socialised and enjoys the company of other dogs (he loved making new friends!).
“I am so lucky to have found Manu for my Chase! I think he and Valeria provide an exceptional service without a doubt. They are happy to have my dog from early morning to late evening so I can work my long shift with a peace of mind. I know that Chase is in very good hands with them because he is wagging his tail and getting excited as soon as we are approaching their doorstep. On top of that Manu and Valeria are so nice people that I feel like I’m taking Chase to old friends. Thank you for being so lovely and caring, you are a rare find.”

“Sam and Harper look after our lil baby once a week and are awesome! We get regular updates throughout the day and our doggie always looks so happy! We can go to work safe in the knowledge she will be well looked after and have a lovely day!”

About: I'm an experienced dog and cat sitter. I grew up taking care of my cats and my family's dog which taught me how to properly look after them and make sure that they feel loved! I moved to Cambridge in 2023 and since then I have pet sit (both cats and dogs) for several people, and I'd love to care for your furry friend too! . If you chose me to look after your pet, I'll provide pictures and updates, as I know how stressful being away from them can be. Whether you're going away and need someone to care for your pet for a few days, or you just need my services as a dog walker, I'd be happy to have the opportunity to be the one to care for them. Taking care of animals brings me genuine joy and I assure you that your pet will be treated with lots of love! I have recently finished my sixth form studies so I'll be completely free to take care of your pets for the time being. However, during the moth of May I'll be only available to walk dogs or provide drop-in visits. On the days 17, 18 and 19 I'll also be able to provide doggy day care (1 day). Starting June, I'll be able to dog and cat sit normally. I live on a lovely flat that I only share with my mother. It has enough space for a small or medium dog or a cat to be happy and comfortable and live peacefully without disruption. We also have access to a private garden and there are several parks nearby that are perfect for walks.

About: Hello 👋 My name is Freya and I'm an experienced, fully insured cat sitter ✨. I've been cat sitting for friends and family since I was a teenager, and over the last couple of years I've taken this more seriously, caring professionally for a wide range of cats with different personalities and needs across Cambridge 🐱. I've always grown up around pets, as my family adopted several rescue dogs over the years. As I've got older, I've realised I'm more of a cat person, especially since moving in with my partner and his beautiful cat 🥰. As cat parents, we all know how particular our feline friends can be, thriving on routine and familiar surroundings. I'm dedicated to providing calm, attentive care in your home so your cat feels safe and comfortable while you're away 🤗. My services include: - Feeding, fresh water, and litter box maintenance - Playtime, grooming, and affection tailored to your cat's personality - Administering medication if needed - Plant watering, mail collection, and basic home check-ins - Regular photo/video updates so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and looked after I'm patient with shy or anxious cats, comfortable with multi-cat households, and happy to follow detailed care instructions. I offer flexible scheduling and can typically arrange visits before and after work hours to fit around your cat's routine. Since I work from home, I'm also able to accommodate daytime check-ins when needed. When caring for cats in their own home, I prioritise keeping their environment calm, secure, and familiar. I follow your instructions closely for feeding, litter, medication, and any specific routines your cat is used to, and I'm careful to keep doors and windows secure to prevent escapes. I take time to let cats warm up at their own pace, especially shy or anxious ones, rather than forcing interaction. I'm fully insured, so you can have peace of mind knowing you're covered. I also send regular photo or video updates so you always know your cat is safe, happy, and well cared for, and I'm happy to handle small home tasks like watering plants or bringing in post to help your home feel lived-in while you're away.

About: I’ve lived with and taken care of pets like cats, dogs and hamsters since I was a kid. I currently have two happy, healthy senior cats at home and I would love to help take care of your animals. I’m currently working part time with flexibility so I can fit my schedule around yours. I’m a morning person so it’s no problem for me to come by before work. After I moved into my own home 7 years ago, I immediately got cats and they have glowing reviews for me (except they would like more food please.) In your home, I would treat your pets with loving care and your space with respect.

“Kayleigh was prompt in her interactions. She came on time to take Leo and Ace for a walk. She made sure the dogs were friendly with her before the long walk started.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since childhood, and caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. From energetic puppies and loyal adult dogs to curious cats and small pets, I truly enjoy building a connection with every animal I meet. I’m an active person who loves going for walks, so regular outdoor time, exercise, and fresh-air adventures are always part of my routine with pets. Whether it’s playtime, gentle senior care, reinforcing training, or just keeping your pet’s routine consistent, I provide loving, reliable care and treat every animal like my own. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m currently a student and also work a part-time job, but I keep a very flexible schedule that allows me to be available mornings, evenings, and weekends. I make time every day to get outside for walks and enjoy including pets in that active time. I’m responsible, organized, and always punctual, so you can count on me to follow your pet’s routine, whether that includes feeding, playtime, walks, or cuddle breaks. I’m always happy to discuss scheduling details to make sure it works well for you and your pet. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow the routine and guide you provide so your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. I pay attention to the little details—feeding times, favorite toys, treats, and any special habits—because I know how much routine matters to pets. I treat your home with the same respect as your pet, keeping everything clean and tidy by washing bowls, cleaning up after playtime, and keeping litter or potty areas fresh. I also love staying in touch, so I’ll send regular updates and photos to let you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make things easy and stress-free for both you and your pet. 🐾

“This was our first time using Gemma and we very pleased. We met Gemma the day before and she was great with Max and asked plenty of relevant questions. Max was very happy on our return. Received a lovely photo of him while Gemma was with him. Will definitely use Gemma again. Thank you Gemma!”

“Libby was fantastic. Came and spent a wonderful hour with Charlie and didn't mind that he was fussing over his harness, swapped the walk for hangout time instead as requested. Definitely would book again”
About: I’ve been around animals since I was about 2 years old and I’ve had pets at home since I was 8 (cats and dogs). 🥰 My family even adopted a stray dog when living abroad (in India ) and trained her from scratch. It was a lengthy but very rewarding process. It taught me a lot about dog psychology and training. We often used to foster dogs before they went into their forever families or did dog sitting for dogs to stay at our house overnight. I really love all animals, I am very patient with pets and very attentive to their needs. I am a full-time MPhil student but I am very happy to take care of your pets (for doggy walks, drop in visits and house sitting) whenever I am free. I am usually available during the evenings and on week ends ☺️ I can completely understand how daunting it might be to leave your pet at home while you are away. I will always try my best to make your pet as comfortable and happy as possible 💕 I listen to their special needs, whether they require special exercises to remain occupied or frequent belly rubs! 😻 Please let me know about your pet’s routines and I will adapt accordingly :)

“Our dog had such a fun few days with Lauren, her family and their doggy friends! Lauren sent wonderful photos and videos so we knew he was having a ball!”

“Alice was absolutely wonderful! She was very quick to respond to all messages, and even accepted our last minute boarding request. Our dog can be a little nervous and shy, but she warmed up to Alice very quickly. Alice also sent lots of photos and videos, which was very much appreciated.”

“Amazing service. My dog is a puppy and was still a little reactive and didn't seem to be able to calm down around their dog Ivy. Ivy handled him really but there was still a bit of worry about them being together because of my dog. They graciously organised Ivy to stay at a friend's for the night which meant Carrot could stay without any worry. Sent amazing updates and useful updates about his behavior and temperament. Would recommend and use again”

“Rachel and Ben took wonderful care of our boy. It was like a home away from home for him and he was clearly very happy and settled when with them. They sent lovely photos and updates which we were very grateful for as we were missing him. However, knowing he was being so well cared for meant we could enjoy our time away. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.”

“This was Digbys first stay with Stephen and it all went really well. Initially Digby was a bit anxious and unsettled but soon settled in and Stephen kept me well informed and updated. Digby really enjoyed the company of Stephen’s Cockerpoo Sam. I felt reassured throughout that Digby was in safe hands and I’m sure I’ll be booking him again soon.”

“Last minute, emergency booking and Kat was amazing. Bernoulli had a lot of fun running around with her dog, CJ, and it was clear Kat was a great dog owner and carer. She picked up on what commands I used to train him and was able to work with him, even as a boisterous 6 month old puppy. Highly recommend!”

“Highly recommend Ecehan! It seems chippy had a lovely stay and even came away with a nice personalised necklace. You could see how much Ecehan loved dogs straight away and we felt very at ease leaving Chippy with her for the night.”

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, our home was never without one, from a bouncy Poodle to a loyal German Shepherd, a gentle Bernese Mountain Dog, and a spirited Airedale Terrier. Each one left a paw print on my heart. Over my years in Cambridge, I've built up experience in dog walking and sitting, and have a particular soft spot for both puppies and senior dogs, I love them at every stage of life. I woke up around 8am and I have a big garden where the cat/dog can be. I mostly work from home so the cat/dog can be by my side most of the day. If it is a dog, I am happy to take him/her for walks 3 times per day, as it is also good for my mental health. If they are well behaved they can even go to the office with me, if needed, as my office is pet friendly. I like to give lots of love to animals and I am very playful. As I have an ensuite room they can sleep with me and can have always water in a ball for them and fresh food in the kitchen. The house is very big so they have space for playing and relax. We also have a big and sunny fenced garden
“Couldn’t be happier with our Sringer Spaniel’s (Ziggy) care. He loved staying with James and don’t think I’ve seen him looking so healthy and happy after staying away from home. Highly recommended.”

“Liz was brilliant. Fizzy clearly had a lovely day, and Liz sent me regular updates and pictures during the day so I could see what fun she was having! V easy to communicate with beforehand too - would certainly recommend.”
