“Lucia is a fantastic, responsible and caring pet sitter and dog walker. She looked after my dogs during a recent holiday and they felt so comfortable with her straight away. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing the dogs were in good hands. I will definitely be using her services again.”

About: Hi I'm Alma! I have my own dog Snowy back home in Australia, have petsat for friends' dogs (including large breeds like Great Dane mixes) for years and used to volunteer walking dogs at a rescue. I'm also a huge fan of cats, having lived with several over the years and currently am the regular sitter for my friend's two cats Clio and Famke. I used to be a mouse breeder, and am happy to look after any other animals in the house as well, as well as very comfortable with administering medication. I'm currently job searching, so I have plenty of time to spend with your babies! I can do longer daily drop in visits, or stay overnight at your house to keep them company. I'm happy to stay overnight to keep your pets company and water any plants. I'm very neat and tidy and will generally be spending my time cuddling with your pet and/or knitting.
“This was our first time using Gemma and we very pleased. We met Gemma the day before and she was great with Max and asked plenty of relevant questions. Max was very happy on our return. Received a lovely photo of him while Gemma was with him. Will definitely use Gemma again. Thank you Gemma!”

About: I’ve looked after my friends’ pets when they’ve been away for extended periods of time. I am happy to do a range of jobs to ensure they feel safe and happy. Im currently finished with school as I have moved from New Zealand to the UK. I won’t go to University till September so I will be free most days to take care of your pets. I am able to be a calm presence in the house and will be able to take care of them if they start feeling scared or uncomfortable.
“Libby was fantastic. Came and spent a wonderful hour with Charlie and didn't mind that he was fussing over his harness, swapped the walk for hangout time instead as requested. Definitely would book again”
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since childhood, and caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. From energetic puppies and loyal adult dogs to curious cats and small pets, I truly enjoy building a connection with every animal I meet. I’m an active person who loves going for walks, so regular outdoor time, exercise, and fresh-air adventures are always part of my routine with pets. Whether it’s playtime, gentle senior care, reinforcing training, or just keeping your pet’s routine consistent, I provide loving, reliable care and treat every animal like my own. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m currently a student and also work a part-time job, but I keep a very flexible schedule that allows me to be available mornings, evenings, and weekends. I make time every day to get outside for walks and enjoy including pets in that active time. I’m responsible, organized, and always punctual, so you can count on me to follow your pet’s routine, whether that includes feeding, playtime, walks, or cuddle breaks. I’m always happy to discuss scheduling details to make sure it works well for you and your pet. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow the routine and guide you provide so your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. I pay attention to the little details—feeding times, favorite toys, treats, and any special habits—because I know how much routine matters to pets. I treat your home with the same respect as your pet, keeping everything clean and tidy by washing bowls, cleaning up after playtime, and keeping litter or potty areas fresh. I also love staying in touch, so I’ll send regular updates and photos to let you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make things easy and stress-free for both you and your pet. 🐾

About: I just finished my PhD and suddenly have much more time on my hands while working from home and miss having dogs around. For about four years, I’ve regularly looked after friends’ dogs, doing walks, play, and overnights, one of which had a lot if separation anxiety that me and her parents managed to lesson over the years together. However, I recently moved back to Cambridge, after living up in Edinburgh for 2-3 years and no longer see my friends’ dogs as often. Hence, I’d love to welcome your dog instead and give them the same warm, reliable care as I was able to do up in Scotland. I currently work part-time and mostly from home, so I’m around during the day for walks, feeding, and company. This means your dog will always have company. I take safety and trust really seriously, and would love you to feel completely comfortable leaving your dog with me. I have a have fenced backyard where dogs can explore and play safely, and would always supervise outdoor time. Inside, your dog will stay in a calm, homey environment with plenty of attention. Before any booking, I would obviously love to chat about your dog’s character, routine, and any important do’s and don’ts (for example: recall, food rules, reactivity, separation anxiety, or quirks). I’m happy to follow your training approach, keep to feeding and walk schedules, and accommodate any specific needs or preferences.
About: I’ve been around animals since I was about 2 years old and I’ve had pets at home since I was 8 (cats and dogs). 🥰 My family even adopted a stray dog when living abroad (in India ) and trained her from scratch. It was a lengthy but very rewarding process. It taught me a lot about dog psychology and training. We often used to foster dogs before they went into their forever families or did dog sitting for dogs to stay at our house overnight. I really love all animals, I am very patient with pets and very attentive to their needs. I am a full-time MPhil student but I am very happy to take care of your pets (for doggy walks, drop in visits and house sitting) whenever I am free. I am usually available during the evenings and on week ends ☺️ I can completely understand how daunting it might be to leave your pet at home while you are away. I will always try my best to make your pet as comfortable and happy as possible 💕 I listen to their special needs, whether they require special exercises to remain occupied or frequent belly rubs! 😻 Please let me know about your pet’s routines and I will adapt accordingly :)

“Kayleigh was amazing with my dog Albus - she really took the time to get to know him and made him feel very comfortable right from the outset. It’s obvious she has a lot of experience with different types of dogs. Albus already can’t wait to see her again soon!”

“Sarah was great. Took the time to get to know my more cautious dog, and worked with the random schedule to make sure the dogs got out morning and afternoon. She let me know if they were feeling nervous that day, if she noticed a limp, or anything else out of the ordinary. Mine are both medium dogs and she handled taking them both out and walked them together easily. It seems like they really liked her. I would definitely book with Sarah again.”

“Francesca was lovely to deal with, and made time to come and meet Chester beforehand even though my booking was really short notice. He loved her straight away, and we would be very happy to have her look after him again.”

About: I grew up surrounded by pets: 1 dog (a goldie), 3 cats, 2 hamsters, 2 birds. And all this in a city flat. So I know what it needs to make things run smoothly: frequent, early and late dog walks, feeding schedule, cleaning, etc. I took care of different types of dogs from small to large, old to young: poodles, airdale terrier, Foxterrier, English setter, mixed breed. My parner‘s family‘s dogs (goldie, English setter, mixed breed) were very old and we sitted them for several days. I am a PhD student and can work from home - or anyone else’s home as long as I have WiFi. All I need is to know briefly in advance. My meetings tend to not go longer than 2 h. I have experience with many different types of dogs and can adapt to the dog’s personality. If the dog is young and active, I can go for long walks, play fetch, etc. if the dog is older I’m happy to go for short walks. I am very diligent so would follow owner instructions most accurately.

Dexter is a calm and friendly dog walker. He immediately made a connection with my dog, Lupin, taking time to get to know him and to check with me about any likes and dislikes. This was Lupin’s first walk with Dexter but he obviously felt at ease with him. I think Lupin appreciated going with someone à bit more energetic than me; he came back very happy and is now flat out. I have complete confidence in leaving Lupin with Dexter and would certainly ask him to walk Lupin again.
Derya is amazing! My dog Nala cannot wait for her daily walk and sits waiting woth her favourite ball. We know that she has been treated with such care and even gets her paws cleaned when she gets in. Happy dog days indeed - thanks so much Derya, I don’t know what we’d do without your brilliant service 🤩🐕🤩

Maisie is great with our dog Rocky. She did a lovely job watching him and our home for a week. She was available on short notice so our family could take a last-minute holiday. Rocky also loves her; Maisie took him for a walk every day and shared pictures with us. He was very excited to see her again for a recent walk. We had no issues at all, and would definitely use her again.
