Dedicated, caring, professional dog walker 🐶🐾
I have recently moved to Cambridge from London where I was a full time, professional dog walker! I am experienced with all types of dogs: from puppy to senior, teeny to huge, and perfectly behaved to (less than) perfectly behaved! I am used to doing group walks of up to 6 dogs, so am extremely confident walking dogs either on or off lead, depending on their need. I am a huge animal lover, specifically dogs, and understand how important their safety and enjoyment is! As someone who has grown up with pet dogs, I treat all dogs in my care as if they were my own. I am fully engaged with the dogs I walk, and offer both physical and mental stimulation, ensuring that your pup is getting the most out of our time together! I also have experience in training dogs of all ages, and am happy to implement training into our walks, in accordance with their training schedule. Your dog’s safety is of paramount importance to me, and as long as they’re happy on our walk, I’m happy!

Safety, trust & environment
I ensure that I fully understand owner’s expectations before walking their pup, and any quirks/ things to look out for with their dog. Whether that is walking the dog only on lead, or avoiding certain dogs/people, your dog’s comfort and safely is the most important aspect of the walk.

This was our first time using Gemma and we very pleased. We met Gemma the day before and she was great with Max and asked plenty of relevant questions. Max was very happy on our return. Received a lovely photo of him while Gemma was with him. Will definitely use Gemma again. Thank you Gemma!
Did a wonderful job taking care of my pup! She sent lots of picture updates and made sure he had plenty of activity. She also left my house clean and tidy like when I left 😊 I would definitely book her again!

We were so lucky to find Gemma to look after our 9-month-old Cockapoo, Asher, for around 5.5 hours. Asher has quite a bit of separation anxiety and had never been left alone with someone unfamiliar before, so we were naturally a bit nervous. But from the moment we met Gemma, we felt reassured—and Asher seemed to feel the same! Gemma has a calm, kind energy that instantly put Asher at ease, and her spacious garden was a dream come true for him—he had so much room to explore and play. What made the experience even more comforting for us was how thoughtful Gemma was in keeping us updated with regular messages and adorable photos. It really helped ease our minds and made the whole process feel very natural. By the time we picked Asher up, it was clear he'd had a lovely time. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and we’re so grateful to Gemma for taking such gentle, attentive care of him. Highly recommend!
