Hi! My name is Lucia, and I’m a professional pet sitter and dog walker with over 3 years of experience caring for pets professionally. I’m passionate about providing reliable, attentive and personalised care, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’ve been an animal owner for over 10 years, with experience caring for rabbits, cats and dogs of all ages and personalities. Over the years, I’ve cared for puppies, adult and senior dogs, as well as reactive, nervous, shy and more challenging dogs. I understand that every dog is different and that some require extra patience, space, structure or a more individual approach. I always take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routine and needs so they feel safe and comfortable in my care. Alongside my professional experience, I also have over 5 years of volunteer experience at an animal shelter in Spain, where I fostered dogs and helped support them on their journey to finding their forever homes. This gave me valuable experience understanding a wide variety of temperaments and behaviours and taught me how to adapt my approach to suit each individual dog. I regularly care for cats and dogs through pet sitting and dog walking. Whether it’s a quick visit, regular walks, or looking after your pets while you’re away, I make sure they are well cared for, fed, exercised, safe and, of course, given plenty of attention and cuddles! I understand how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets in someone else’s care. I’m reliable, responsible and attentive to each pet’s routine and personality, and I’m always happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Lucia was phenomenal. As someone who was relocating to Cambridge from overseas, she was able to be flexible and work with my travel uncertainties. Made the entire process easy and flawless. She's a true professional and you get that from the moment you meet her. She's very serious about her work when it comes to the comfort and safety of not only your animal, but you as the customer. She communicated well and always gave a report/feedback about the walks if something out of the ordinary happen. She comes prepared for most common situations. She also preemptively addresses most questions you'll likely have as a client. So there's not much you'll need to ask. She's got it under control and you are in great hands. Muchisimas gracias!

We hired Lucia to look after our cat while we were away for a week. She was so thorough and attentive during her visits, and it was such a relief. She worked through the heatwave to make our cat as comfortable as possible and sent detailed reports every day. Schedule
Currently, I’m a student at university which takes up 6 hours a week, and only work one day a week, which gives me plenty of time to devote to animals.

I love going on long walks, discovering new trails, and giving pets both mental and physical stimulation to keep them engaged and happy. Dog puzzles, treat games, and teaching new tricks are some of my favorite activities to keep pets mentally stimulated!
