Rocio was amazing with our 2 cats, Sammy and Lola. She was kind and attentive and understood their individual needs. Both cats require medication and Rocio administered this diligently without causing any distress. Rocio sent pictures and daily updates which was helpful and reassuring. I would certainly book her again.
Rocio always treats Jujube like family! She is so caring, attentive, and welcoming. Jujube had another lovely weekend with Rocio and came home very happy and well treated! Thank you, Rocio!!
Rocio has been great with our anxious puppy!
Rocio really understood the needs of Luna who was very nervous about her first stay away from home. She helped her settle in and sent us frequent reports with photos. Overall a very positive experience .
Rocio was absolutely brilliant with Lukie, she took great care of him and sent us lots of pictures so we wouldn’t miss him too much. Always prompt at communicating as well. Many thanks again, Rocio!
What a great experience! It was a first time for our dog Elwyn to stay in a new place, with a new person and he was very scared initially but Rocio made him feel safe and welcome. He was a bundle of joy as we come to collect him. We certainly recommend and hope Rocio will be available to host Elwyn in nearest future as we know have confidence to book pet-worries-free holidays!!!!

Schedule
I am currently doing walks and pet care services full time, so my daily routine revolves around my bookings. I tend to be flexible and will try to accommodate to your preferences, but I plan routes daily depending on the area and service to cover.

Safety, trust & environment
I will always follow instructions/routines provided during our M&G meeting, and will provide you with daily updates on how your furry family is doing during your absence. They will be part of all activities I can include them in (at home and out in the community). I am very respectful and tidy. I will leave your place as found. Happy to help with parcels expected during your time away.
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs by taking them for regular walks/potty breaks, and playing with them and their favourite toys. I like to make sure they are well excersised to reduce anxiety and to balance their energy. I love giving them full attention and understanding their body language. If they like it, I am always up for cuddles and belly rubs. When visiting your cats/hamsters /rabbits, I will make sure I respect their space and will give them time to get used to me. If they like it, I will play with them and take nice pictures to update you.
