About: I have had a family dog since 11 and have experience from puppy to adult. I also have 2 very fluffy cats, who love cuddles and I am very happy to meet their needy requirements! I absolutely love the outdoors and walking so would love for your doggy to come along with me too, or sit with them at home whilst I am working! The best colleagues have 4 legs! I am self-employed and love a change of scenery, so working alongside your pets will keep us both happy! I love to be around animals a lot more than people so I can't wait to sit for you and your pet! I will make sure your home is left just as you left it - making your return to your pet a pleasure as they will have had company to keep them happy but be thrilled to see you too!

About: Hello! My name is Aleksandra (or Sasha), and I’m a huge dog lover with plenty of hands-on experience caring for dogs. As a dog owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to find someone you truly trust to look after your beloved furry family member, so I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have about me or my experience. I have a 12-year-old dog whom I adopted from Japan over eight years ago, and I’ve also spent many years looking after other people’s dogs, whether hosting them in my home, doing drop-in visits, or taking them for walks. My dog has become a bit of a bossy and stubborn old lady, but she gets along well with other dogs, especially younger ones. I work as a scientist and have a flexible hybrid schedule, which means I can work from home several days a week and adjust my hours when needed. This allows me to check in on your dog, take them for walks during the day, or provide company while you’re away. I’ll always do my best to make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Drop me a message and I will be happy to chat! I have a hybrid schedule and work from home 2-3 days a week. My office days are usually Monday and Thursday, but can be adjusted if needed. My weekends are usually free, so I can easily help out with walks, drop-in visits, or dog sitting when needed. I live in a secure apartment building, so any dogs staying with me will be in a safe and supervised environment. I only take on a limited number of dogs at a time so that I can give each one plenty of attention and make sure they feel comfortable. I’m also available for house sitting, drop-in visits and walks within Saffron Walden, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible. I have a 12-year-old dog who gets along well with most dogs, although she can be a little bossy sometimes. For that reason, I would prefer to arrange a first meeting in a neutral open space, such as a park area, before any stay in my home. I find that this helps dogs get to know each other more comfortably and makes the experience much smoother for everyone. I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos, and I’ll make sure your dog is treated with the same care and attention that I give my own.

“We recently left our dog Bertie for the first time with Steven for the day. We found Steven to be very friendly, accommodating and he took on board all Bertie's needs. We had regular photos and updates on Bertie's stay throughout the day and on collection we were greeted by a very happy dog! We feel very comfortable to leave Bertie in Steven's good care in the future.”

About: We’re Alice and Josh - a calm, reliable married couple. We’ve grown up with dogs. We currently have a friendly rescue Lurcher called Mona who we trained ourselves. We’re experienced with walks, enrichment, basic training and play. We work from home and love getting out before work, at lunch and after work for nice walks. We are keen to welcome more dogs into our home and introduce Mona to some friends. We work from home most week days and have flexible jobs. One of us is always at home with our Lurcher Mona. We go out for a morning, lunchtime and evening walk and love getting outside into nature around Sawston. We do enrichment and training as much as we can. We have a small secure fenced garden. We have plenty of nice walks on our doorstep around Sawston including Orchard Park, Babraham Forest and the Whittlesford loop. We live down a quiet driveway. We have a large open plan living room kitchen which is where Mona sleeps and at least one of us works, with space for another dog. Dogs are allowed on our sofa.

“Milly went straight to Paul when arriving, which is a very good sign. Was very comfortable with him straight off. We understood she drank well there we can be a issue. They had a really good day together and we will defiantly be arranging some more doggie days.”

“Lauren took great care of Dora in her home when I needed help. She communicated really well to make sure she understood Dora’s needs, and she has a lovely home clearly very welcoming for all her dog friends! Thank you!”

About: Hi! I’m a self-employed dog lover who works from home Monday–Friday, so I have plenty of time to give your dog lots of attention, playtime, walks and, of course, cuddles! I live in a spacious two-bedroom flat with my own dog, Vinny. While we don’t have a private garden, we do have a communal outdoor space for toilet breaks, and I make sure Vinny gets two 45-minute walks every day. We’re lucky to have plenty of lovely options nearby, from open fields and woodland to peaceful walks through the village. At home, life is nice and relaxed. Vinny is usually snoozing on the sofa, or happily working away at a frozen Kong or LickiMat. I’m happy to keep your dog’s usual routine as much as possible, whether they’re full of energy and love a good walk or are more of a professional sofa-snoozer! I’ve always loved animals and have had pets throughout my life, including dogs, rabbits and ducks. We’d love to have a second dog of our own one day, but in the meantime I’d love to welcome some local four-legged friends into our home and give them a safe, comfortable and loving place to stay. Your dog will be treated like one of the family, with plenty of company and attention throughout the day. I’d love to meet you and your pup and see if we’re a good match! I love living with dogs, looking after them and simply being around them.I have experience of caring for dogs of various breeds such as Greyhounds, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Labradoodle, German Shepherds, and Cane Corso, to name a few. As a dog owner I know how important it is to have your pet looked after by someone who is reliable, dependable and trustworthy and who will make your pet feel safe, comfortable and happy. I’m happy to help look after your pet/s whilst you go away or when you are at work. I’m patient with animals and confident with looking after dogs of all sizes and ages. “I’ve never met such loving sitters! And also in such a great and safe place. They kept us updated on the Rover Card and sent us lots of wonderful pictures. The house is beautiful and their little toy poodle Milo is also such a fantastic host as well! Thank you so much guys! 10/10! Noodle had an amazing time x 100% recommended”

“Louis had a great first day with Gareth and family. Gareth was very friendly and welcoming and kept us updated regularly throughout the day. We would not hesitate to recommend Gareth and we have already booked Louis’ next visit.”

“Giselle was absolutely fantastic with Stella. Stella has quite a nervous disposition, but she took to Giselle straight away, she engaged great with her and updated us on how she was doing. Stella settled in great, far faster than I expected her too which was so reassuring to see. I would definitely recommend and will be booking with Giselle again in the future!”

About: I've taken care of my pets since I was a kid. At home, I took care of cats, dogs, fish, and birds, while at my farmhouse, I took care of many other animals. I'm currently on maternity leave. I can easily manage to petsit in the morning, during lunch break, evening, and overnight in my home if needed. Once I am back to work, I could also work from your house, ensuring your pet doesn’t stay alone, if that’s okay with you. I will provide food, fresh water, walks where needed and of course, play with them. I can administer medication to pets according to the instructions provided by pet owners. Cleaning out litter boxes. I’ve experience taking care of more than one pet at a time.
“I am so satisfied with the care that Lokesh and Keerthigaa provided to Luna while I worked long hours . They are a lovely family, kind and welcoming and clearly love what they do. They kept me informed me with photos and texts and Luna was always happy to go back to them! I am very grateful for the flexibility and the support while I had to work long hours and my partner was out of town. I will surely book again if we go on holidays 🙂🐾”

“Thank you Gareth! You were terrific with Pablo and he had a lovely day! Thanks for the photos and updates and for helping us with the awkward timings today. Much appreciated- see you again!”

“Virag was terrific! She looked after my dog (miniature dachshund) for the day. She arrived promptly as arranged and Biggles quickly took to her (despite always being wary of strangers at first). She sent lots of videos and photos of Biggles clearly having a terrific day and dropped him off late as we’d requested. Will definitely book with her again, would recommend Virag for any pet sitting or dog walking.”
“Roccio has been the perfect dog sitter over two consecutive days this week. She is conscientious and respectful of our wishes and instructions, she is punctual and above all really good with Fairfax who loves her already! Rocio has sent me updates and photos regularly, and I've felt like our dog was in very good and safe hands. Five stars all round.”

“Jackie was amazing throughout Nova's day with her and kept me informed with lovely messages and photos. Nova bonded with Jackie straight away and had a brilliant time. I thoroughly recommend Jackie and will definitely be booking her again. Thanks so much.”

“Tahiana took great care of Cooper and was kind, caring, and communicative throughout his stay. She made me feel reassured that he was in good hands and was very patient with him. Cooper came home happy and well looked after.”

“I had a great experience with Carmen. She accepted my last-minute booking request, which was a huge help, and took very good care of my dog. She was reliable, caring, and made me feel confident that my dog was in good hands. I really appreciate her flexibility and would happily recommend her to others. Thank you!”
