About: Hello! My name is Aleksandra (or Sasha), and I’m a huge dog lover with plenty of hands-on experience caring for dogs. As a dog owner myself, I know how difficult it can be to find someone you truly trust to look after your beloved furry family member, so I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have about me or my experience. I have a 12-year-old dog whom I adopted from Japan over eight years ago, and I’ve also spent many years looking after other people’s dogs, whether hosting them in my home, doing drop-in visits, or taking them for walks. My dog has become a bit of a bossy and stubborn old lady, but she gets along well with other dogs, especially younger ones. I work as a scientist and have a flexible hybrid schedule, which means I can work from home several days a week and adjust my hours when needed. This allows me to check in on your dog, take them for walks during the day, or provide company while you’re away. I’ll always do my best to make sure your pup feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Drop me a message and I will be happy to chat! I have a hybrid schedule and work from home 2-3 days a week. My office days are usually Monday and Thursday, but can be adjusted if needed. My weekends are usually free, so I can easily help out with walks, drop-in visits, or dog sitting when needed. I live in a secure apartment building, so any dogs staying with me will be in a safe and supervised environment. I only take on a limited number of dogs at a time so that I can give each one plenty of attention and make sure they feel comfortable. I’m also available for house sitting, drop-in visits and walks within Saffron Walden, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible. I have a 12-year-old dog who gets along well with most dogs, although she can be a little bossy sometimes. For that reason, I would prefer to arrange a first meeting in a neutral open space, such as a park area, before any stay in my home. I find that this helps dogs get to know each other more comfortably and makes the experience much smoother for everyone. I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos, and I’ll make sure your dog is treated with the same care and attention that I give my own.

About: We’re Alice and Josh - a calm, reliable married couple. We’ve grown up with dogs. We currently have a friendly rescue Lurcher called Mona who we trained ourselves. We’re experienced with walks, enrichment, basic training and play. We work from home and love getting out before work, at lunch and after work for nice walks. We are keen to welcome more dogs into our home and introduce Mona to some friends. We work from home most week days and have flexible jobs. One of us is always at home with our Lurcher Mona. We go out for a morning, lunchtime and evening walk and love getting outside into nature around Sawston. We do enrichment and training as much as we can. We have a small secure fenced garden. We have plenty of nice walks on our doorstep around Sawston including Orchard Park, Babraham Forest and the Whittlesford loop. We live down a quiet driveway. We have a large open plan living room kitchen which is where Mona sleeps and at least one of us works, with space for another dog. Dogs are allowed on our sofa.

About: I have had a family dog since 11 and have experience from puppy to adult. I also have 2 very fluffy cats, who love cuddles and I am very happy to meet their needy requirements! I absolutely love the outdoors and walking so would love for your doggy to come along with me too, or sit with them at home whilst I am working! The best colleagues have 4 legs! I am self-employed and love a change of scenery, so working alongside your pets will keep us both happy! I love to be around animals a lot more than people so I can't wait to sit for you and your pet! I will make sure your home is left just as you left it - making your return to your pet a pleasure as they will have had company to keep them happy but be thrilled to see you too!

With 25 years' experience caring for animals, including 4 years' volunteering in a rescue shelter, I've developed a deep passion for animals of all kinds. In rescue, I had the pleasure of walking multiple dogs on each visit and caring for a variety of animals. I've been a house sitter for 5 years and had the privilege of working with wonderful clients through Rover. I’ve built lasting connections with pet owners who trust me to look after their homes and pets, as if they were my own. I recently lost my own dog of 15 years, who was an adorable rescue staffy called Teddy from Battersea. I have experience with most breeds and comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages and temperaments, including anxious or reactive dogs. I always recommend a meet and greet before booking, especially for dogs with specific needs or triggers, to make sure it’s a good fit and your dog feels safe and settled. I live in Saffron Walden and have a long garden in the countryside, with plenty of nearby fields, which I love to walk in. I ensure safety of pets by: • using secure leads • walking in safe areas • communicating with owners regularly • learning the commands your dog responds to • understanding your dog’s temperament • if there are any issues (I.e. not good around other dogs, people etc) • understanding what your dog enjoys (swimming in a lake) and finally, by building a great relationship with the pets and owners.

About: My name is Kinga and like many people I grew up with dogs and have had dogs throughout my adult life. I love living with dogs, looking after them and simply being around them.I have experience of caring for dogs of various breeds such as Greyhounds, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Labradoodle, German Shepherds, and Cane Corso, to name a few. As a dog owner I know how important it is to have your pet looked after by someone who is reliable, dependable and trustworthy and who will make your pet feel safe, comfortable and happy. I’m happy to help look after your pet/s whilst you go away or when you are at work. I’m patient with animals and confident with looking after dogs of all sizes and ages. I’m working from home and therefore will be around to look after your pet 24/7 and can be flexible to accommodate your pets needs. I love walks with the dogs and snuggles on the sofa. I have a medium size, secure garden where your pet can chill in the sun or have a playtime. The safety of your dog is paramount when out and about thus I am mindful what areas and walks I chose.
