Alix was fantastic with our 7 month old Dachshund bramble. We were sent photos and updates throughout the day and Alix was quick at responding both before and during brambles stay. Would definitely use Alix again ☺️

It’s obvious Sharon is a natural with dogs and very easy to talk to. This was Milo’s first time for day care with Sharon and she kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and messages. He had a lovely walk by the river. Milo must have felt at home as he actually ate all his dinner which he won’t always do when we’re not around. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation booking again. Thank you Sharon.

Bean had a great time, lots of playing and attention which she loved. Golnar took very good care of her, making sure she had space from other dogs when out and about until Bean was comfortable with the other dog. Very happy to have found Golnar.

About: Hi my name is Steve and I have years of experience looking after friends' dogs and cats. I grew up with a labrador and (together with my wife and daughter) have been the proud owner of Sam, our (now almost) 7 year old cockapoo. Sam is very friendly, loves nothing more than chasing a tennis ball and cuddling on the settee with a blanket. I work from home and enjoy going for daily walks with Sam around the village and nearby Country Park, so your pet will have plenty of company and exercise during their stay. Your dog will also have full access to our enclosed rear garden, with plenty of space to play, and free access to the downstairs of the house. I am available for day care and boarding in our home, during the week and on most weekends. Before committing to any new bookings, I would like to meet your dog to ensure that your dog is happy to settle with our dog. Please contact me for any questions. I work from home and enjoy taking our dog for daily walks around the village and neaby Country Park, ensuring your dog will have plenty of company and exercise. Your dog would have free access to an enclosed rear garden with plenty of space to play and would also have full roam of the downstairs rooms (inluding access to comfy settees and blankets).

Amira loved her time with Inga & Bonnie. Amira is always scared around new people but she’s gotten used to Inga very quickly, which is great! Inga has been very patient with Amira’s constant demands to be petted.

About: I first became a "dog Mum" 15 years ago to our Westie, Elland, who sadly we lost recently. I sadly was that annoying "Dog Mum" who had pictures of her on my desk and booked holiday for her birthday each year. I took voluntary redundancy nearly 6 years ago so have been fortunate to spend quality time at home with her and take her out and about on our own or with her other doggy friends. Unfortunately she lost her hearing about 3 years ago so learnt quickly how to communicate with her with some basic sign language. She also developed dry eye disease so I had to administer drops 5 times each day. Two of these were determined by time so I had to ensure I was available to give her these on time. The last 5 months of her life, her arthritis worsened so I bought a buggy to help her whilst out for daily walks/sniffs. I have also looked after family dogs whilst they have been on holiday and have accomodated raw feeding for one of family dogs. I live with my husband in a bungalow. He still works but is here in the evenings and at weekends. I work during examination periods at a local college but can accomodate pet sitting around this as dates are known well in advance. My contract with the college is ona casual basis so dog sitting will be my priority. We have used a local dog sitter who stayed in our home when we went on holiday. I therefore understand the importance of providing important information to the pet sitter when leaving the pet. When I first stopped working I volunteered for a local hospice helping support a family who used their services, by walking their dog on a weekly basis to give them some respite and also encourage the dog to socilise. I did this for 12 months. I also volunteered at Wood Green Animal Charity during Covid restrictions. Although I was there to help in the fundraising office, we often had dogs who weren't settling in kennels, come and sit with us in the office for the day. Some were quite withdrawn so I learnt how to slowly gain their trust. I am retired so home all day. My husband works full time but is home in the evenings and at weekends. I do some casual exam invigilating but I know dates for this in advance so will not take on any work if pet sitting is booked. I am happy to be led by the owners on when and what activity their dog (s) are used to so am pretty flexible. I have acess to my own car so can take the dog to any appointments if required. I have a fully fenced in garden (6ft) I live in a village with lots of access to quiet walks in the countryside if required, as well as walks within the village itself. I am happy to book out local secure dog fields if agreed with the owner but this will involve driving to nearby fields. As previously mentioned we live in a bungalow so no stairs. We are based in a quiet cul-de-sac so if your dog is reactive to traffic, should not be a problm here. I have space for a medium size crate if required.

I had a great experience with Carmen. She accepted my last-minute booking request, which was a huge help, and took very good care of my dog. She was reliable, caring, and made me feel confident that my dog was in good hands. I really appreciate her flexibility and would happily recommend her to others. Thank you!

About: We are a family for four with a clean, tidy home, hard floors, rugs, and a good-sized, securely fenced garden that’s perfect for zoomies or gentle strolls. We’ve owned dogs for over 22 years, both small and medium breeds, and they have always been cherished members of our family. We have previously bred a litter, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and we’re experienced in puppy training, agility, nutrition, and caring for dogs with chronic health conditions. We’re also confident in recognising emergencies and knowing how to respond. Whether your dog enjoys long walks to burn off energy or shorter potters for your golden oldie, we’re happy to adapt to their individual needs. Our love of dogs extends beyond our own home— we organise an annual village dog show and are passionate supporters of animal rescue. We do have consistent house rules: dogs aren’t allowed on sofas, beds, or upstairs. If your dog already follows similar boundaries, we’ll happily maintain them during their stay. No limits on cuddles, tickles and attention. Over the past few years, we’ve sadly gradually said goodbye to our entire pack, all of whom lived to wonderful old ages. They gave us countless adventures, companionship, and treasured memories. Although we’re not quite ready or in a position to welcome another dog of our own just yet, our home feels empty without them, and we miss the joy, fun, and comfort that dogs bring. We’d love the opportunity to give your dog the same love, care, and attention that we’ve always given our own. We both work full-time, but one of us works from home with flexible hours, while the other works just a few minutes away and regularly pops home during the day. This means your dog will enjoy plenty of company, attention, and regular comfort breaks throughout the day. Our evenings and weekends are largely spent outdoors, whether relaxing and playing in the garden, kids activities, exploring local walks, or spending time with our horses. Dogs staying with us will be included in our active family life, with walks, playtime, adventure, and lots of human companionship, while a meeting their routine, exercise, and rest needs. Secure, fully fenced garden for safe play and exercise. We’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether they’re crate trained or not. If they prefer a cosy den rather than a crate, we have a comfortable ‘dog’ room where they can relax. You’re also very welcome to bring your dog’s own bed, blankets, or favourite things to help them feel settled and at home during their stay. In fact we’d think it odd if you didn’t.

Giselle was absolutely fantastic with Stella. Stella has quite a nervous disposition, but she took to Giselle straight away, she engaged great with her and updated us on how she was doing. Stella settled in great, far faster than I expected her too which was so reassuring to see. I would definitely recommend and will be booking with Giselle again in the future!

About: I’ve been looking after dogs for the past 7 years and absolutely love it! I’ve cared for a wide range of breeds and sizes, including puppies who were still learning to be toilet trained. I’m happy to help with feeding, walking, playing and bathing, and I love taking dogs on fun adventures to the beach, parks and new walking spots. I’ve received lovely feedback from owners and always enjoy building a special bond with every dog I care for. 🐾💕 I’m currently on a break for the next couple of months, so I have lots of free time for plenty of walks, playtime and cuddles! I’m available all day, both weekdays and weekends, for dog walking and boarding. I have a large, fully fenced garden and a lovely local park right on our doorstep, which is popular with lots of dog walkers. There are also bigger, quieter parks nearby for longer walks and adventures! I have plenty of space in both the living room and bedrooms, so your fur baby can have their own cosy bed wherever they feel most comfortable.

About: I love dogs and cats, they love me in return. They contribute to my mental health. I've always been surrounded with pets. I've recently lost my best friend, Falco, you can see him on most of the pictures. I'm still grieving him so I wouldn't be able to get another dog. But I still need to be in contact with pets, hence this profile. I don't have many reviews because I created this profile a month before adopting Falco and I only came back to the UK in July! I like to believe Falco had the best life, we lived in England and France together, our bond was magical. He was part of my everyday life, I've chosen my job so that I would have a lot of free time to take care of him and go on long walks. He was part of every plan : going to the café, going on holidays, going to parties, he lived them all. You can count on me to take good care of your loved ones. I am a teacher, so I have a lot of free time. I've chosen to do this job to spend most of my time with my best friend Falco, he died six months ago. I usually work 8 to 4 but not every day and I have a lot of holidays! I would never give less than 4 walks a day to a dog, with at least 2 long walks (unless asked differently). I live in a 45m² one bedroom flat in a quiet village. There's a park literally in front of the house, and a forest next to it. The river is close, I have a car. We're going to have so much fun!
